So has the medical establishment/FDA done anything about declaring Diprivan a controlled substance since June 2009?

I realize that but I don't think it's legal or ethical for a doctor to document fake names for a patient because in a case like this, how could one ever really "prove" who the real patient really was? I think it's illegal what he's done. I say this as someone who works in the health care field.

I dont get why in the Us its allowed to use fake names.. Privacy or not, its fake..

Thats alot medical info about omar arnold.
 
So I'm assuming that "Omar Arnold" is a fake name for MJ. How can a doctor keep records of a patient that contain a 'fake name'?

another email from Ng to Murray from June 24, 09,
says the mail just had one attachement with the title medication log
 
0554 email on june 25th about artist insurance. murray viewed it email from bob taylor at the same time on the 25th
 
with all these documents they may be trying to prove that he KNEW about Michael's medical history.
 
those medical notes show mj was suffereing from insomnia long b4 09 and murrays claims of klien causing it
 
DAMN! I wish they would READ the contents of these documents, particularly this email re: "artist insurance." Wonder what that's about? Life insurance for MJ? I wonder what in the heck this was all about........especially since this was correspondence sent very early the morning of Jun 25, 2009.

He knew that michael was strugling long before... He knew it ALL!!
 
If im correct in pleminary hearings Murray assured that insurer Michael is excellent and his health is better than ever

it was mentioned in the prelim. Murray answered on june 25th, at around 11 am if I remember correctly, that MJ was in good health

He's trying to claim that Michael was an addicted and he didn't know until he came on for TII concert. With the long medicate history and the fact he did run tests, if he was supposedly an addict, Murray should had known already. He can't claim that it was all new to him back in March or May.

What do you mean by struggling anyway? You mean with sleeping?

If I remember correctly that was Murray telling the insurance company...Loyd's of London I think...that Michael was in good condition to do those concerts...from what I can remember from what we heard in the past the insurance company was instructed to talk to Murray because he was Michael doctor.

Do the documents show that though? All I could see when they showed the documents briefly was that MJ had a history of insomnia, was on Xanax and Restoril (both are benzos; the former is for anxiety, the latter is a sleeping medication). A lot of people take these regularly and aren't addicted to them per se. I'm not sure we were able to see/read enough of the documents to conclude that they would have shown MJ as having a history of addiction to any particularly medication..........plus, I would imagine that a lot of celebrities who perhaps DO have an addiction to particular medications, their doctors may not even be aware of this, or the extent of it.

It's a courtesy thing between the two sides. It's not always done but most times the other side is given a copy of whatever is about to be submitted to verify the items is part of discovery and no changes were made.

Arnold Klein used the same cover name for MJ. Not sure how legal/illegal it is, however, for high profile people it's not exactly frowned upon as long as the physician has the REAL name referenced somewhere. In other words, it's not a made up name with no real name to go with it.

I'm a lil confused about the records tho. There's a medical referenced with Murray as the doctor but it's dated Jan. 11, 2006. He didn't meet MJ til Dec. 2006 when MJ returned to the USA (Vegas) so how is that possible?
 
Michael has struggled with sleeping for years. It's a pile of crock that Murray says this is all alien to him.
