Murray Trial - 7 October - Day 9 - Discussion

Well that would have to be testified too and proven but, so far all we know that it WAS empty, and that's what's been testified too. I have no time for playing devil's advocate. It has no use to me in this case!
 
It's amazing to me that Murray was starting a new IV on him pretty much every night.....particularly when he's talking about how sclerotic his veins are. Even in a hospital setting no patient would be having an IV started on them every single day (not even close). Generally if someone needs regular IV access but doesn't actually need to have an IV running continuously, they'll insert an IV port/plug that stays in the vein and is very inobtrusive, is covered with a dressing........and is accessed only when needed. Amazing Murray wouldn't have done this for MJ if his veins were so bad but he's indicated he'd start an IV on him daily.
 
how many other times have u given him diprivan in the past? 30 days a month with the exception of 3 days leading up to the 25th i tried to wean him off. he claims mj was taking it on a daily basis (diprivan) b4 he came on board. he said mj told him he had used it multiple times on tour. in germany he never told me he did it himself. but he said the drs had allowed him to do it himself. mj asks why dont u let me push it. murray says no. mjs idea the first time it was used. mj knew everything about the drug how to use it inject it etc. he cautioned mj that its not a real sense of sleep. murray says there was 2 dr in germany (chernoff is coaching murray in such an obvious way) says there were marks on his feet from seeing cherlyin lee. lee was giving him a special cocktail for energy. said she worked with the la lakers. clams mjs viens were a mess cause of to much use of an IV . mj said he got rid of Lee cause she couldnt come cause her kids were ill so mj sacked her. several times a week lee gave him an IV
 
Murray is claiming at some points that MJ was referring to this so-called "Dr Adams" as "Mr Adams" then at other points he's saying MJ referred to him as "Dr Adams." Does it make sense that MJ would call a doctor "Mr"?
 
Say WHAT? He claims he arranged to let this Dr Adams use his (Murray's) office to give MJ Diprivan......and he goes on about his office had a crash cart, oximeter, oxygen. So it would appear he thought it significant/important to have a crash cart present when MJ received a Propofol drip there in the office....but no such equipment when giving this to MJ in his home? Does that make any sense? That would say to me that he's fully aware that proper resuscitative equipment should be available during a drip.....and yet he didn't have it in MJ's home.

Also, from what I've read, Propofol doesn't cause a good, deep restful sleep so it's a strange choice of drug to give for someone who has severe insomnia. I can't imagine someone waking up from having received it and feeling as rested and great as Murray alleges MJ reported he felt after having a drip.
 
PART 2:

Murray says he had no idea that AEG were going to pay him.
Murray says generally speaking MJ was very thin. He did not find any major physical change in MJs condition except for something called X (spelling). MJ had some disease on his toes. Nothing more that Murray noticed.
On June 24th – Murray got a called from Amir around 12:10 am that MJ was done with rehearsals and going on his way home. Murray and Murray said he was going to meet him there. Murray asked how MJ had performed and they told him MJ did a partial performance (not a full rehearsal).
Murray spent every night there except nights he where off, which were Sundays. He spent the night there per MJs request.

Murray arrived to MJs home at 12:30am and waited at MJs room and awaited his arrival, he arrived to the house before MJ. MJ arrived shortly after, around 1am. Once MJ arrived, they greeted each other and talked about their days and what not. MJ took a shower and changed and went to Murray.

After showering, MJ came back to the room and he put on some cream/lotion on his body and back. A cream he uses for dermatological issues (allergic reaction from sun, stemming from vitiligo).
Murray talks about the room where he would see him. He was not allowed to go into the room on the left (MJs master bedroom I presume).

After cream, MJ wants to sleep. Murray says MJ is not able to sleep naturally so Murray says he would put an IV right or left leg below the knee. The IV was due to MJ was dehydrated after rehearsals. They then talked a bit and he gave MJ medications to sleep.

Murray says MJ took valium (one pill, 10mg), he needed to sleep so Murray gave him additional medications safely of Lorazepam (2 mg) which it was IV pushed slowly. Murray says he observed MJ but he continued to be awake for 1 hour, he says he watched him because he wanted to be cautious. After 1 hour watching him MJ was still awake and MJ complained he can’t sleep. So Murray decided to give him Midazolam (2 mg injected slowly) and then gave Lorazopam again at 3am he thinks… he awaited again… but MJ was wild awake. MJ said he couldn’t sleep… Murray said why if they lower the music and turn off the lights and told MJ to meditate. MJ did that reluctantly and MJs eyes closed. Murray says he watched him for 10-15 minutes and he thinks this was around 3:15-3:20, he estimated this, don’t know because he wasn’t looking at his watch at that time.

Murray then says he looked at his watch and then looked at MJ and MJ woke up again, wide awake… MJ then told him he managed to sleep after he had meditated. And they tried mediating again. The time is 4 am, 4:30 but MJ was sill wild awake. MJ says he has rehearsals he needs to perform, he says he has to cancel his rehearsals tomorrow because he can’t function if he can’t sleep. Murray say he should try close his eyes, but MJ can’t sleep… medicines don’t work… says he looked at his watch and then gave him the Ativan/Lorazopam (2mg) around 4,30-5am… MJ is still wild awake, this didn’t help him either…

MJ talks about pressure, he can’t satisfy his fans if he is not rested… he says he told MJ he isn’t normal (due to wanting the medications/can’t sleep)… now its 6-6:30 and MJ is still awake… 7:30 MJ is still awake… at that time he gave another 2 mg Midazolam….
He says he then CAUTIONOUSLY checked the IV stand to see the fluid was going to MJ because he asked himself “where is all the medicine going??”

Murray says Michael did urinate… he emptied a jar

Now its 10am in the morning. Nnothing has worked.. between 7,30-10am he is only watching MJ and MJ is complaining he can’t sleep, he has to cancel the dates and everything has to be pushed back…

MJ then asked for “milk” so he can sleep… officers asks if it hot or cold MILK (omg!)…. Murray says it’s a medicine, a sedative… gave him through IV. He looked at the time and this was around 10:40.. Murray say MJ told him just make me sleep because Murray had asked him how long he would sleep if he gave him this due to rehearsals but MJ told him to just make him sleep.

Murray say he gave him small amounts to get him to sleep… he adminstrered 25 mg of Propofol together with Lidocine, he pushed it,.. this time It must have been 10:50… effect is quickly… and Michael was sleeping now.
 
Murray is a mess. He is throwing everybody under the bus. He sounds like he got his answers from tv and will Chernoff sthu.
 
So his saying he witness MJ under propofol by Dr. Adams. So Murray just let him continue using it, except now Murray is the given it! So how is that weaning him off?
 
PART 3


Officers ask if Murray had any equipment’s and machines… Murray says YES he took precautions, he says he took oxygen and Oxi-meter…

50 mg – that was the highest amount propofol he had given MJ ever. He says he was cautions knowing he had given MJ other medications during the nights… Says he had given MJ propofol more than 10 times for 2 months.. 30 days a month,, roughly everyday… rarely exceptions… three days leading up to MJs death, he tried to wean MJ off propofol
He was not aware that MJ was taking this on a daily basis before he was hired. Murray was surprised by MJs pharmacological knowledge, MJ said he had taken propofol before.

MJ said he used it in Germany but never disclosed other doctors names, MJ never told him he administered it himself but other doctors let him infuse it by himself but Murray told him NO he wouldn’t let him to that. MJ asked why because other doctors let him.

Murray says MJ knew that propofol was the only thing that worked for him. Murray says he often warned him about it.
MJ told him he was seeing a Dr Lee that she was giving him a cocktail of medications… MJ says he isn’t aware what was in that cocktail because it might not be good because his veins can be “useless”. MJ never told him what kind of medications were in that cocktail. MJ then say he got rid of her because she was unprofessional because Dr just called once and cancelled an appointment.

In Las vega once- he got a call from Michael Amir… MJ says he having difficulties to sleep
Dr klein gives him the strongest medications but It does work and dr Metzger, they all give him medications but it doesn’t work. Murray says he can’t give him anything that will work.. MJ then says what about diprivan.. MJ says he knows it work and Murray says its not a medicine u can put your hands on it like that. MJ got restless because he couldn’t satisfy him… MJ tells him DR adams has given him milk before.. murray says he cant help him and he don’t have access to these products. MJ calls murray back with dr adams number to see if he can reach him.. adams would take him to a plastic surgeon office and he could sleep

now dr adams. sometime between march and april brought the kids to see a show in vegas mj and murray talking. mj talks again about i cant sleep. can u help me what about the sleeping pills i gave u. mj said they dont work. ive had stuff from klien and metzger nothing works. mj then says what about diprivan? murray says i cant get my hands on it u have to order it. then mj said do u know dr adams he gave it to me in vegas several times before. mj calls him back with a number for adams and says will u call him and ask (why didnt mj just ask adams himself?) says adams would take him to a surgeons office to give it to him. murrays claiming amir was involved in arranging it. he says he called adams and wanted to know if he would help. adams said give me one hour and ill call u back .adams says he loves that drug yeah i know michael. adams couldnt get the surgeon to open his office so murray let him use his office. with oxygen and crash cart monitors etc. adams says ill put mj to sleep for 5-6 hrs. murray comes back later and mj wakes up and says i feel great. by then mj had asked him about joining the tour. and mj said its divine guidence! mj says to him when im on tour dr put me to sleep for 18hrs.mj says how about getting another dr to come with you cause its long hours. murray didnt think it was to much but cause mj was doing diprivan everyday he knew it would be to much for one dr. murray says mj said he wanted adams on the tour. cause adams was one of his regular drs that gave him diprivan. adams called murray and murray said what money are u gonna look for adams? adams made 600k the previous year. adams want 2-3 mill? murray told mj about it but he never got back claims adams kept texting murray wanting to know if anything was hap. mj wanted murray to be around for ever and to help run his childrens hospital
 
HE feels a weak pulse..........but he does CPR? You don't do Chest compression on someone who has any pulse. What a lying ****.
 
Murray is lying though his teeth!!!

Did someone get up??
 
a 6'5" 220lb big dude can't quickly move a measly 135 lb man down onto the floor? Give me a break.
 
back to 10.50 when/after hes given the diprivan. mj falls asleep pretty quick. normally mj snores if hes in deep sleep. if not deep sleep he jumps up out of sleep wide awake and reaches for his IV (yeah right) i monitored via his oxy pulse watched him long enough to feel he was ok. then went to the bathroom. to go and empty the jug. comes back not breathing. i always check his chest see if its going up and down. gone 2 minutes. pulse was high. felt for a pulse and found one body warm no change in colour assumed it happened when i was gone. did CPR mouth to mouth. did compressions (he did compressions on someone with a pulse!!!!) so the chest going up and down. then looks at the telephone. no telephone works in the house
 
Gas station around the corner? There is no gas station there. It´s Sunset Blvd for f** sake..

couldnt move him off the bed cause mjs sooooo heavy NOT so he puts his left hand under his body and does cpr that way. the house is closed just the kids me and mj. security dont come in to use the bathroom they have to use the one at the petrol station! knowing the phones dont work and. to speak to 911 would be negligent to mj!! then he reaches for his cell phone and rings amir. i didnt want amir to ring 911
 
His statements to the police are insane and showing how incompetent he is. I can't believe what I am hearing.
 
The last thing you'd do if you felt a weak pulse would be to start CPR!
