Chernoff shot himself in the foot. I believe this is what HLN people were talking about. He asked whether it is possible to remove the IV line from the saline and insert it into the Propofol one.
Yes, it is. But it's also possible to do it the other way around and leave the saline dripping on the floor, you stupid f***.
Maybe this is why Flanagan was looking at him that way.

Of course he ordered more than two. The contamination risk is very high and he had to change the tubing every night. I still cannot comprehend why he didn't use a pump.
 
RI = When the Phone started ringing.

CO005 = When the Phone was picked up.

DI005 = The Time when the Phone call ended

DUR = Duration of Phone call (minus the conversation with LA Fire Department)


 
Why is defence calling this witness? What are they trying to proof? That Alveraz is not telling the truth? I don't get it.
 
she works at the bev hills police dep. property/document reference manager. showing the document showing the 911 call.asking her what the details on the form mean. ie the number that called 911. call registared at 12.20 and 18 seconds on the police system. rings a few seconds later at the call centre picked the phone up about 8 secs later. call transfered then to the fire dep . going through the length of the call. what the symbols means where the cell phone tower was etc nothing we havnt heard before

direct over. no cross . what a waste of time that witness was. 1 down 14 to go
 
I am confused, what was the purpose of that witness? she is off the stand now.

Wth was that about?! I know they aren't going to try to argue the seconds it took for the call to transfer. Geez.
 
LAPD police surveilence specialist collects CCTV at a crime scene. (here comes the claim that footage was wiped etc)
 
Well, at least she destroyed a 'clue' from the believers who thinks the 911 call has been made from Beverly Hills hotel..

Now at least we know that the wireless call has to hit a tower before being transmitted, and now we know that tower for that call was located on the Beverly Hills Hotel..

Just for that I consider her presence useful.

well if the memorial service and the autopsy pics...and this trial is not enough evidence for them....they needed to hear this owomans testimony??? That is disgusting,
 
went to carolwood to get any possible CCTV footage .operators there werent sure how to playback the footage so he went to show them. went there sometime around 1930. several officers who were there when arrived he nots sure who they were all were.. was detec martinez there. yes. did u speak to him? think he did when they were watching it. officer tell u what they were looking for? he was just asked to get the footage playing. he traced back the video line to find the actual recorder. it was 2 stories down. hooked the monitor upto the actual recorder and viewed the footage. who was with u inthe basement.? martinez and some security guard was it faheem. he doesnt know .it was a black guy

any footage available to you when u looked. how far did it go back? no cd burned. just foward and back. they went back to the time they thought mj got home and went from there. who picked the relative time? he doesnt know. could have been martinez.

it was a minute for min recorder could it have been played back to june 24th? he doesnt know. was the recorder recording when he arrived at around 1930. yes
