Murray Trial- Day 17 - October 25

So out of all of the witnesses the defense have brought forward, how many have actually helped Murray and given him even 5% of hope of being found innocent?

But when and by who was Frank Dileo called? I just think that it is peculair that Frank Dileo was discussing "breathing problems" and not cardiac arrest - as Conrad Murray claims. Maybe it is too late in the evening here in the Netherlands, but there seem to be some inconsistency with these statements.

ps: I forgot to "reply with quote", but this was in answer to the comments of Bonnie Blue and Volitional.

I don't understand why is he bringing up new questioning during re-direct it's like as if he's remembered a whole load of questions he forgot to ask during initial direct

u ahd a contractual obligation to mj so AEG would never pull the plug on the tour? it not something u can decide yourself. each side has agreements

mj was paying for production upto. objections over the money issue.

are u saying kenny out of no where used the words pull the plug? tough love i dont know what kenny was thinking. im not in his brain.. kenny said pulling the plug would hurt mj. did u respond to the emalil? no. other than setting up the meeting

the meeting where he told murray about klien. other than telling murray mj was seeing klien did u tell him anything else. why tell murray? randy mentions the prior production meeting where mj seemed distracted. first time he had seen mj like that. chernoff ays u thought that was kliens doing? radny says i didnt say that. i asked amir if mj was ok and he mentioned klien

second time he rang amir to set up a meeting and amir said mj cant talk hes just come back from klien. a reciept was shown to randy from klein for . did the bill amount shock you? objections all over the place and substained

no recross

witness is off

Hi guys, thank you so much for the updates!

I couldn't watch the stream today up until now. I saw Cherylin Lee wipe a tear yesterday. But I did say that I'll wait for her whole testimony. In a way, I am glad that I didn't get to watch it. I sensed that she was about to breakdown yesterday and I don't think I could of handled it.

I don't understand defense's strategy. It's clear to me that these people, although not friends, wanted to do their best to help Michael. Metzger gave a few anti anxiety pills, since anxiety is something Michael struggled all his life. Lee wanted to do a sleep study and did a sleep interview. They wanted to really help, the best they could. And are probably as outraged about what has happened as we are. Some of them may also be scared that their name be dragged in the mud. How is this supposed to help in any way the defense?

judge is certainly not taking any nonsense from jerkoff or anyone else of the defense team. did you guys see murray and flanagan's faces when the judge sustained the last few objections? they spoke volumes.

frank didnt know what had happened. the ambulance was still at the house. same as the media reports were speculating when it first happened. remember the coma reports. i doubt the family even knew what happened until they got to the hospital

michael hanson one of the medical experts. no doubt here comes the demoral shit

their they go again trying to blame Klein....

They will try, but it won't work... It could even backfire. Klein wasn't the best influence on Michael, but CM was the main physician - he should have known about all the doctors MJ was seeing as stated by previous witnesses.

Breathing problems were the first indication the public knew s omething was wrong with mj on the 25th as it was what was reported on the 911 call which the media found out about somehow.

February 1st progress notes Walgren : «*may I appraoch the witness to reference a particular page*» : she took his vital signs (BP, pulse rate, respiratory rate, asked for his weight)

Did anyone see what was his weight?

Did Chernoff look frustrated just then?

He obviously wanted Randy to admit that AEG would had pull the plug on the concerts if they felt Michael wasn't up to the task. They're saying Michael was pressured to perform because he would had been ruin if his tour was cancel. Randy, however, murdered that theory because AEG couldn't just cancel the shows. Apparently, it had to be an agreement between both AEG and Michael.

The defense has been looking at fanboards and Karen's facebook for too long if this possibility was never once mentioned.

Thanks for all the updates, guys. I had work and then a long doctor's appt. Missed most of court today. So, thank you so very much for doing what you do so well. Don't know what I'd have done w/o you.

Btw, thank you to everyone updating this. (especially you Ivy for compiling it all...) I am not that active on this board, but keep a close track on this trail. Appreciate that you guys transcribe for all of those that can't stream, or don't live in the US.

tested the loraz in the urine samples. tested the total (total is the metabolite and the actual drug) loraz 12.9 per mg pml autopsy urine is 15.1mg pml

the pros never tested the urine did they? i see a delay so they can if they havnt already

IMO...ANY medical professional that would testify for this defense....KNOWING that Murray FAILED his patient...and let him die by 17 egregious standards of care....CANNOT be very credible..and absolutely NOT at the top in his field

Walgren will chew this guy up and spit him out on cross.

showing shaffers theory from injections at 2am and 5m and the blood concentrations. can u add up how many pills would have been taken between 7-10am to get to that level?. objection substained. asking if he can do the calculations and how its done? he relies on info from books etc to do it. its not something he would normally do . (funny how now flanagan has dropped the time to 7am after shaffer used 8am and said it wasnt possible.)

going on about that besalt book again

2mg pill according to besalt is .objection substained. flanagan re asks the question objection substained again. re asks again 2 mg pill would be .018mg pml . whats the elimination half life? 12.9 hrs what does elim half life mean?. indicator of how long it takes the blood levels to drop by one and a half. thats part of the calculation used to see how many tabs it would take.

more objections flanagan approaches
