Murray Trial- Day 17 - October 25

says he set up 3 press-conference room's.. one for family, one for police, one for hospital adminstration

talks about press-release in one of the rooms.. ceo of aeg live was there, a pr-person from aeg plus the hospitals pr-person was there.... later jermaine joined

witness saw dr murray at the conference room (where they were doing the press-release).. witness believes conrad murray read the press-release too... witness believes murray corrected/edited the press-release (the cause of death)

conference room was in the west wing. there was a meeting to dicuss a press release. phillps and AER P.R ucla PR and at some point jermaine came in might have been others coming in and out. he wasnt there all the time. he went back and forth from the room. what time was this ? he wasnt sure. after mj was gone? he doesnt know.

P.C was in the basement area given by jermaine. during the discussion in the conference room did u see murray? briefly yes in the conference room. what was murray doing. murray looked like he was reading the press release. he made some comment about the COD wasnt know yet so basically not to put that in the statement.

murray demenour? was he emotional? he looked distressed. everyone did. randy philips was in the conference room

no further questions.

cross. demenour of murray. did u tell the police how katherine was told about the death. yes. dr cooper went in and told her. thats what he saw. then he heard sounds of pain something he didnt want to hear i guess screams and crying

witness stood down


here we get two possible contridictions. chernoff claimed murray was involved in organising the press conference and the anouncement. he wasnt. he went in after it was done and was concerned about a COD being given

The problem being that none of these people gave Michael what he wanted and they have 'medical' records to prove it. Also, Lee clearly said that Michael was deceived by doctor/doctors who told him he was safe as long as he was watch/monitor. Guess what Murray didn't do and the defense had the nerve to suggest that Michael would had taken the drug even if Murray didn't have the proper equipment because he was an 'addict.'

It shows Michael knew the risks and he trusted Murray to take care of him. Michael thought he was being safe.
