He claimed he was in the room with her and the emergency physician when they told Katherine.

first worked with mj in the mid 90's repped him in talks with LA gear worked as an consultant. hired through john branca. philips brought the LA gear deal to branca.

after that he lost contact with mj as he changed jobs. next saw mj in a meeting in 2007 because peter lopez called one of philips ppl to arrange a meeting in vegas. philips knows paul gongaware and knows of his realtionship with mj. lopez contacts a partner of gongaware.

was the contact by lopez a feeler? just a get together? yes . lopez was mjs lawyer. did u verify lopez was mjs lawyer? other than mj being at the meeting that lopez arranged no he didnt. (pretty obvious lopez worked for mj as mj was at the meeting)

lunch break.

jeez i hate all this stuff being brought up. takes me right back to march 09 and being in the 02 at the P.C

thanks. i hope the pros make a point of these lies. theres so many that the jury are gonna miss half of them.this is why i hope jr takes the stand in rebuttal
 
I remember Murray said he comforted the kids and he didn't. He was just worried about himself that day.
 
I amend my earlier speculations about Cherlyn Lee. She turned out to be a VERY good witness -- for the prosecution. She kept detailed NOTES, did extensive testing with regards to Michael's health (Murray did none of this), and advised Michael of how dangerous propofol is. The next witness, the hospital executive? Another great witness for the prosecution, in that on cross, he confirmed Murray's LIE about being the one to inform Katherine, and comfort her. That was NOT Murray.

Is THIS all there is? Certainly looks like a trend. . . .

So far these have been excellent witnesses, for the PROSECUTION.
 
Murray's police interview keeps coming back to haunt him with his 'I told Mrs Jackson her son had passed away, I comforted Michael's children. LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right. LIAR!

The way I see it, the defense attorneys made a MAJOR mistake before the trial even began. Which was, consenting to Murray's police interview, at all. Murray could have maintained "no comment," and then a defense might have been possible. Now, I think it ISN'T possible.

Sure, White will testify, and will probably prove unlikable to the jury, and it will come out that he's a PAID expert, next to the squeaky-clean Shafer.

As of now, the defense is rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, but the ship is STILL sinking.
 
I don't know why Murray would lie about something that can be so easily disputed. Not very smart.

He is CLEARLY a pathological liar, but at that time (only what, three days after Michael died?), I think he totally thought he'd get away with it, and never would be charged with anything. I also think it was a major mistake on the parts of his attorneys to let him prattle on that way? I also think that Walgren has been brilliant, to let Murray's own words hang him out to dry?
 
Will the jury see the lies here? He didn't tell Katherine, he didn't comfort the kids. Because if lies about that then he can lie about everything else.
