I too wonder about SONY! Because it is way to much of a coincidence that the Year MJ was to get 100% back his royalties he passes away! I say them some luck bastards eh? And Tommy Motolla on TV after MJ passes talking about how they have MJs great music at sony and all that shit talk, I mean wasn't this fool FIRED?
 
Where is the proof that Branca tried to steal from Michael?

From all I have ever seen of John Branca is that he does his job and he liked Michael. He doesn't need the money. He has other clients as well that bring him plenty of money.

Also, Sony could have bought Michael out a while back. They easily could have. They chose not to do that.

Mottola was on TV the day of MJs memorial claiming that Sony have MJs demos and that they benefit from it (and after thought to him was that the Jackson estate will also get money)

In 2006 it was discovered that their was a conspiracy to intentionally bankrupt Michael. If MJ went bankrupt, Sony could claim MJs share of the catalogue. Bain released a statement about.

Also in 2003, MJ fired Branca because Branca (who while working for MJ was working for Sony) was recieving money from Sony in an offshore account to attempt to acquire MJs catalogue. MJ requested anything and everything that Branca had relating to MJ. So Branca should have returned the Will. However if MJ wasnt aware that there was a will or that he signed a will, then Branca had no need to return it otherwise MJ would have discovered the fraud and Branca would end up in jail. But Branca held on to it until after MJ died. Michael fired Branca for conspiring against him. He would not hire him again. Let alone the fact that he was hired 8 days before he died. Its alleged that Dileo is the one who hired Branca back. Dileo and Branca both have ties to the Sony/ATV catalogue. Most of this info is in the Will thread and it shows the transcript from the 2005 trial.

were illegally funneling Michael Jackson’s money to off-shore
accounts in the Caribbean. (Exhibit “B”).

The Interfor Report caused Michael Jackson great anger,
and Michael Jackson demanded Branca never have anything
to do with him, his business, his family, or his personal
life again. Michael Jackson terminated John Branca because
of his belief that Branca had committed crimes against him.
Branca never accounted to Michael Jackson regarding his conduct,
nor disclosed his books and records to Michael Jackson.

“Whether it was true or false that Branca had embezzled money
[from] Michael Jackson, Michael Jackson’s belief that it
occurred was the basis for Branca’s termination, and Branca
never complied with Michael Jackson’s demands he account and resign.

A conflicts [sic] of interest exists between John Branca
and the Estate of Michael Jackson. It would be grossly
negligent for any Executor of the Estate of Michael
Jackson to ignore the investigator’s report concerning Branca.

However, Branca has undertaken no investigation of his
own financial transactions with Michael Jackson,
nor will he do so because of his conflicts of interest.
He has willfully concealed from this Court the reasons
for his termination, and he has willfully concealed form
the Court Michael Jackson’s belief that Branca’s embezzled money….

“Michael Jackson was not in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002.
On July 7, 2002, Michael Jackson was in New York City,
and he was not in Los Angeles at 5:00 p.m. to sign the
purported Will as the Will recites. Branca and McClain
have concealed form this Court the material fact that
Michael Jackson did not sign the purported July 7, 2002,
Will as they have claimed repeatedly under penalty of perjury.

Their concealment of this information [from] the Court
is a fraud on the Court and disqualifies them form being
Executors of the Estate […] McClain had a duty to inform
the Court Michael Jackson was not in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002.
They concealed that fact from this Court.

Branca and McClain have violated their fiduciary
duties by testifying under penalty of perjury
on at least seventeen (17) times the purported
July 7, 2002, Will was correct.”

Judge Beckloff threw this entire document out,
along with all the compelling evidence as to its veracity.

He didn’t consider it at all;
apparently not even giving it a second thought.

Sorry, I'm not convinced. Nothing against you but I have already stated my reasons elsewhere in this forum and I am not up for it tonight, but thanks for explaining. Its the same story I have heard before.

The whole will being invalid doesn't make sense to me. Michael, as a father would never have NOT made a will and if he thought there was an issue he would have made a new one. It never happened so he must have been satisfied with the will that was there already. IMHO he made a great choice because the estate is kicking butt.

And nobody said that MJ didnt have a will. But remember that MJ should have a copy himself of the exact will that Branca produced. Nobody from MJs camp has come up with that will so what does that say? And when those who act criminally in MJs past surround themselves around Michael within the week he dies, it's only logical to question these people as they didnt have MJs back when he was alive so why would they in his death (especially if they caused it!)?

That means MJ didn't want them to have a copy of it because he KNEW what was in it and he didn't wanna hear ish.

Im talking about since Michael's death.

Michael's copy of the will should have been forwarded after Branca handed in his version of MJ's will to confirm that this is the last will and testimony of MJ. We only have Branca's word that this is the last will.

Not if those who didnt want it to show up. Remember Branca was MJs lawyer for his final week of his life. If Branca knows he has the 2002 Will, which lists him as the estate executor, and there is a new will that doesnt have him as an executor, then its very possible that Branca could have destroyed the real last will.

As many have pointed out. Its odd for MJ NOT to have written another will after his trial especially as it was noted in the trial that Branca had tried to screw over MJ. MJ wasnt an idiot and probably would have written a new will.

Remember how Branca waited a long time before he mentioned that he had MJs will and he was the executor. Branca could have been waiting to see if someone else had a will first before standing up with this one otherwise Branca would end up with egg on his face. Branca isnt an idiot either who has used his smarts to try and screw MJ over. As I said before, if Branca tried to screw MJ in life, whats different in death?

Does anyone know if the authorities have even looked further afield, like Sony and all the things that have been discussed in this thread? Seems like they've just circled in on Murray and that's that. I have no idea what the truth is and what it isn't, but that deserves some investigating surely?
 
^^ I have thought the same but they only have 3 investigators and theyre all looking only at Murray.

I want to thank DI as well. Michael said himself while on a radio show and with Jesse Jackson that SONY is trying to Kill him! Also, MJ was very cautious with his words too during this interview! This took place after or the year of the '05 trial. I'm certain it is achived somewhere. At that time the fourm was MJJF, so I am not sure if we still have that piece of evidence. Maybe other fans can help me out here with this if you can remember it? Vic maybe???

There's a lot of interesting points being made here. I think we should pull them all together and see what we have...

This all is starting to make some sense now....but I almost expected something like this to happen. I am also beginning to see some truth is some of the theories we tend to call "hoax"....remember, during the child abuse allegations...some of the stuff we were talking about was considered "hoax and far away from the truth" but later acknowledged as true.

Michael did say something about "there being a conspiracy against him" during the 60 minutes interview with late Ed Bradley. I wish he would have spoken more about it.

I had a conversation with someone here about the leaked song and I was told by someone that organised crime and music industry is very much connected and that you do not have to dig too deep to see that.

I don't like Mottola. I saw the interview just days after MJs death him taking ownership of MJs songs...even the interviewer looked like he was forced to do it. Its on youtube...

I agree, everything is so sketchy. I just hope the investigators are silently doind their job to get justice for michael and i hope the family is watching them too because you can't trust the authorities sometimes.

you said a mouthful and I agree with you..you cannot trust them sometimes.....sometimes they cannot see beyond the tip of their noses. Sometimes they dont care too either.
