"Standing In The Shadows of Love" was a song the Jackson Five covered back in 1969 or something, lol.[/b]
That song was made by the Four Tops ages ago. I wish I knew why it was mentioned on that cover. ?

Does anyone know how much this site charges for shipping to the US? I will try to get it at a bookstore first but it is nice to have a fall back plan. I haven't checked my bookstores yet to see if any will carry it. I would love to have it on display all over the US so that people can see how good he looks.

When I read about the "soon-to-be Queen" , I thought it was another rumour about a marriage

Thanks for the article, can't wait to see the actual pics :jump:

 I completely agree! In my opinion, not buying the magazine is the same as just bootlegging an album!! The artist works hard with all their projects including magazine photoshoots. They do them so people will BUY the magazine, not just scan them onto the computer! And I think that if at all possible we should all try to get one!! :D :flowers:

LOVE the large pics!!![/b]
That is exactly how I feel. I am really enjoying these pictures and am glad they did this shoot. If it is a price I can afford and I can buy it I will. I also want to reward them for doiung the spread on Michael and show my support for MIchael's return.

The photos I have seen so far are great. I can't wait to see them all in high res. The one of him stepping out of the hole was my least favorite because I hadn't liked the way his face looked in it but not that we have the close up I see that one is excellent as well.

Michael's photoshoot for L'Uomo Vogue is also featured on GQ's italian website:

There was also a little article by Bruce Weber so here it is:

(I will also include the italian version so those who speak italian may translate it for us so that way we may better understand it)

Thriller compie 25 anni.

a New York pochi giorni fa con The King of Pop

to New York little days ago with The King of POP

Here is more from Bruce Weber that was printed in English:

I first met Michael Jackson in the late 70s.
Andy Warhol asked me to photograph a group
of kids called the Jackson Five for Interview magazine. They were staying with their tutor while on tour at a hotel in mid-town New York City.
Their tutor was an elegant lady - almost like a character out of a George Cukor's film, The Women. When I started taking the photographs, Michael and his brothers were having a pillow fight, and she was trying to make them behave like gentlemen. Michael wasn't posing; he was only interested in reading the newspaper and looking for his reviews.
