Yes, someone is also following people from MJJC to other boards where this petition is being posted and whines anonymously to other board owners about this petition being posted. These detective skills figured out only one board though.

Actually, freedom of speech would indeed demand that everyone can voice their displeasure at this petition. I am though amused about this being done per 'anonymous' complaints to other board owners. Tells you all you need to know.

do not keep busy with this person! better try doing something positive ;) ... have fun with something... or promote the petition... well honestly to me that is having fun when seeing the signatures number rise!
 
well if people have nothing better to do that is there problem....for all of you that have been working very hard for the past 24 hours there are now 6072 signatures......excellent!!
 
Guys ignore the Twitter feed from that person. We've dealt with it here but we obviously they can say what they want on Twitter. Don't give that person any ammo.

For the sake of FACT. The petition was begun by a coalition called Michael Jackson Accountability Network (M.J.A.N.). M.J.A.N. is a separate entity from MJJC or any other fan-club. M.J.A.N. is not affiliated with any corporation or any other entity, and all the members are volunteers. That is the TRUTH, and I'd say just ignore anyone who says otherwise?

Murray is the one accused of causing Michael's death. Now that the evidence is coming out, it seems more appropriate to up the charges to Murder 2. That is what the petition is asking for.

The petition was designed to bring JUSTICE for Michael, and for his children.

Moving on, now. Don't worry about it, ok?

Also, don't worry about multiple posts. We have the capacity to remove duplicate posts (but not ADD any, of course!) and are doing that now.

So...Facebook just blocked me from sending messages (because I sent too many messages with html links in too short a period of time...? :scratch:) LoL. That is not fair. I wasn't spamming, just e-mailing some MJ fans a well written message with a link to the petition :( Anyway, keep up the work for me, guys. =P

We intend to send in the PDF on Monday, early. So that is not likely, but you never know, if we PUSH? (no multiple signatures please. We just have to edit them out).

Staff? Ivy? We are going on the assumption that any elevation in charges must be done before the prelim is OVER. Is that accurate? If not, the petition could run longer and the 10,000 signatures, or more, would be likely.
 
Multiple signatures with different names... any way of detecting that or is it allowed?

If this isn't gross negligence and depraved indifference to human life, I don't know what is. And that much was clear before the hearing. This DA office is cowardly, I think because of past failures.

If MJ were going to commit suicide, he would have done that a long time ago. What a ridiculous, insulting pool of pond scum this guy is.

Absolutely, the DA will see it. That is quite a lot for a petition. Will he up the charges? Don't know, but at least we can say we TRIED? We're going to couple that with a press-release tomorrow, with the final figures.

I understand that some fans feel that there may be more people at fault besides just Murray.... I think that is a perfectly justifiable opinion, but I don't see how why someone with that perspective wouldn't also want to increase the severity of Murray's charges. If you think others are behind it, that means it was certainly premeditated and done with malice/the intention to kill, and not a mere accident.
