However, there is a difference between your brother who took a CPR class, and a DOCTOR who was supposed to be a CARDIOLOGIST for SEVENTEEN YEARS and was based at the Acres Home HEART AND VASCULAR INSTITUTE in Houston Texas.
My point is if you never done something before it doesn't matter if you are train, you still never did it. There is a different in learning to be a doctor and actually using everything you know on the field. If he learned CPR seventeen years ago and never used it once, it is possible to forget something.
I am not in the medical field, but there are things I forget in my own major and I have to look it up to see if I'm doing things right.
However, I still said that doesn't explain the CPR on the bed on given CPR in the first place to a person with a heartbeat. I would think anyone would at least remember to put a person on a hard surface before beginning CPR.
