However, there is a difference between your brother who took a CPR class, and a DOCTOR who was supposed to be a CARDIOLOGIST for SEVENTEEN YEARS and was based at the Acres Home HEART AND VASCULAR INSTITUTE in Houston Texas.

My point is if you never done something before it doesn't matter if you are train, you still never did it. There is a different in learning to be a doctor and actually using everything you know on the field. If he learned CPR seventeen years ago and never used it once, it is possible to forget something.

I am not in the medical field, but there are things I forget in my own major and I have to look it up to see if I'm doing things right.

However, I still said that doesn't explain the CPR on the bed on given CPR in the first place to a person with a heartbeat. I would think anyone would at least remember to put a person on a hard surface before beginning CPR.

Completely agree! This is beyond me.

I just realized that TMZ is doing a "fashion report" of the prelim. Avoid it if you don't want to curse out loud.

here a cardiologist have a education for at least 10 years, in those years you have to be a co doctor etc for many things from ER to IC ecpecially in the first 5 years...

so why would murray if he was such a long time card. dont know about a hard surfers the window of reviving a small one, and to give oxygen immidatly with cpr.. and not wait so long.. and call for help

oh and why did the bodygard need prince to go in the house if there was an emergency like murray called it.. and the bodygards prob now the house right? so is this strange?

If a person is not breathing, you can't just give them oxygen. You have to stick a special tube down their throats or into their necks because they are not breathing.

The bodyguards were allowed in the house, which is why they needed Prince. The chief said as much. I don't know what the protocol was for an emergency, but it seemed that only one of Michael's kids were allowed to make that call.

if we all remember the coronor report said that the iv was in Michael's femur..that is his leg...we have never heard of another ivy being anywhere in Michael's body...it doesn't say in the coroner report that there was another one. confusion much right now.

That last update.... totally heart breaking. It's terrible to read and to realize Michael had to undergo all this just to get some rest. That doctor... he is nothing but a cheap nothing :(

very true.

@ elusive & Justthefacts today's testimony probably made Janet even more stubborn.:mello:

Sorry to ask, but what is a 'fashion report'?

pictures of the Jackson family with fashion related comments such as "she looks fierce" , "his & her matching suits" etc

btw TMZ is also running a poll asking "Did Murray cover up?" 90% says yes.

i mean giving mouth to mouth...

skynews :

they have someone in the courtroom and show updates every hour or so.

About where was the milky stuff (in the bag or in the vial) : it was not clear where exactly it was. It could have been both.

He said the bag was by the bed.

Now from his twitter
"RobertNisbet:
Alvarez: bottle in IV bag which Murray asked to be removed from room contained milky white subtance. The bag wasn't connected to MJ [via Twitter]". For those who use twitter, maybe you can try to contact him ?

Yeah, the updates seem to have come to a hault, so I was searching around and found that too. So disrespectful.

Yeah not much coming out at the moment. It slowed down a bit this time yesterday as well. Kai will be the last one called today.

Updates come in waves, whoever is testifying is going over an hour now. We'll probably hear something once it's done.

Well, it doesn't paint Michael in the best light, especially with all those hook-ups. Not too many people will asked to be wired up like that just to sleep. At the same time, however, Murray should had known better.

At this point, the DA is trying to paint the scene of that day. They're not in the business at the moment to talk about how depended or 'addicted' Michael was. You noticed we haven't even gotten to the coronas' report yet.

bouee I love you , you know that ,right ? :). THANKS FOR ALVAREZ's TWEET.

the IV bag with the vial inside was not connected to MJ that's what he said, THANKS GOD.

Murder charges are dictated by intent. Hiding a crime scene and withholding information are separate charges altogether and isn't related to murder.

There is also a fine line between manslaughter and murder 2. Most fans can't even agree how much Michael is at fault and that same argument will shape any jury. They may agree that Murray's is at fault, but might also say 'well Michael asked for it and he would had gotten someone else if Murray said no', so murder 2 is too harsh.
