Preliminary Hearing 5/1/11 Day two. Discussion thread

If I remember correctly, Michael had almost no hair. It was very thin and extremely short. I remember also folks were discussing any possibility to do some test on his real hair to see how long these drugs were given to him, but because he had very short hair we had doubts that it was possible. This is what I remember, but I am not sure.

Asedora from what I remember, it said his hair was sparse in the parietal region (which was the area he got burned in during the Pepsi commercial. It is at the top section of the hair). It said the rest of his hair was short and tightly coiled.

So he had plenty of hair. It was only sparse in that section.

I would also suggest that people have a little patience while members try to work some of these things out. Goodness!

So defense is definitely going to say MJ was a drug addict. Even if he was what does that change about Murrays actions. He still had no monitoring equipment still left MJ unattended while under an anasthetic and tried desperately to deceive everyone. Well all I can say is we know who the defense witnesses will be. EMT: Murray Wouldn't Accept That Michael Was Dead

An EMT continued testifying after a recess, stating all of the emergency workers at Michael Jackson's house knew the singer was dead, but Dr. Murray wouldn't "call it.0105_michael_jackson_ambulance_2"

Richard Senneff testified about facts that TMZ has been reporting for more than a year -- that when paramedics arrived at MJ's house, there was no sign of life and no chance of revival. Nevertheless, Senneff testified Dr. Murray claimed to feel a pulse and, as the senior medical person on scene, refused to pronounce MJ dead.

Murray ordered the EMTs to take MJ to the hospital. Senneff said the ride was "unbelievable ... like the Rose Parade. People running down the street, taking pictures, random cars passing the ambulance. It was insane."

Once at UCLA, Senneff said Murray was "spinning ... moving around, nervous, sweating, multitasking."

On cross examination, Ed Chernoff got Senneff to admit ... Jackson's skeletal, frail frame, along with his black/bluish feet, were signs of a drug addict.

I don't know if this was mentioned already cause this thread is moving fast! But, the pros tried to insinuate that the paramedics where the ones who didn't want to take MJ to the hospital cause the new policy is now that it's better to pronounce someone dead at the scene then to waste time and tax payers money trying to get them to a hospital! o_O Again, the same paramedic Seffens said he wouldn't know how to answer that!? Also all 4 paramedics that where at the scene said they couldn't get a pulse on MJ he was flat lined but, only Murray was saying to them he can feel a pulse!

She/He loves these issues.

I was not involved with cream discussion and other private stuff you discudssed here before through 15 pages. So pls move on and do not be rude. I am asking you nicely so far or you will have go to Cuba:) that's very far

that wouldn't be smart though because that means their client was administering and enabling a drug addict. I guess they want another charge added to their client

were these ridiculous questions he asked objected too?

Not so much objected but, the judge cut it off cause the paramedic didn't know how to answer the question and asking what where they trying to say!? Also when the defense was calling MJ an addict the prosecution didn't object! Which I guess is a good reason why Katherine reacted the way she did cause the defense kept saying it! :( The defense attorney Rowe was shooting question rapid fire and the judge was pretty cool, calm and collected about it until the paramedic seemed confused as to what the hell the defense was trying to insulate and then the judge stopped it or more like ended the hearing for 2 tomorrow! By the way the person Erin on Ustream said it was either a shower cap or some type of do-rage whatever it was MJ was wearing something on his head!

Ok thank you. Good to know the EMT stood his ground those were questions he could not answer

What we are seeing is what happens when men, in this case Conrad Murray (and maybe some others) sell their souls to the Devil for money.
There's a special providence in the fall of a sparrow.
If it be now, 'tis not to come;
if it be not to come,
it will be now;
if it be not now,
yet it will come: the readiness is all.

It's not electrolytes...those are in your blood. Like potassium (K), sodium chloride (NaCl)...those are electrolytes...I'm pretty sure that they meant it was just some kind of involuntary heart activity that was still there even though nothing was to be done. Even though weren't there reports that they got a blood pressure and a heart beat at UCLA after like an hour or two...shortly before MJ was pronounced dead. And reports that they were just waiting for Katherine to get there to pronounce him dead? Even if they would have gotten MJ's heart to beat... since Murray waited so long to call help, MJ would not have been a normally functioning human being after that anyways....If he was that long without oxygen, he would have no doubt been disabled after that, not able to take care of himself.

i was correcting the poster about the spelling. i know that its not spelled electro lights. i also know that electrolytes are in the blood. my grandma went to the emergency room this weekend because she was having chest pains and wanted to make sure everything was okay. the doctor was testing her electrolyes to make sure her levels were okay. im not sure what relationship it had to do with her heart though.
the heart activity was useless from what they said because he was brain dead. they hooked him up to a machine and he was breathing and they had a heart beat. they said they were gonna keep him on the machines until katherine seen him. i dont know the medical terms but maybe someone could explain further.

Yes, like I said I can't remember the exact word that was used but, the paramedic said he was still flat lined and dead even though there was some kind of signal going on in his heart from the brain! And ur right it was reported on! Brain Oxman even talked about it on TV! But, said that it didn't mean MJ was alive that is just normally what the body does!

so the prosecution wasn't objecting to Murray's defense attorney? Maybe the prosecution will charge Murray with enabling and prescribing to an addict

HUH? 1.75 m is 5 feet 9 inches. I should know because I happen to be 1.75 .

idk what you were responding to but if youre talike about mjs height..
in the us we dont use meters to measure height. we use inches and feet. the autopsy reprt said he was 69inches which is 5.75 or 5 feet 7 and 1/2 of inch

MJ's hair was covered up because of this hair style that he was wearing again.

He had gone back to wearing curls. It is a hair style that you do not want to sleep directly on if you want it to be looking fresh when you wake up in the morning. You want to be able to get up, do a little bit to it, and go.

Like I've been saying....no matter how they twist it...Murray is doomed.

thats what i was trying to say. they still check your electrolye levels for some reason. i said a few post ago that my grandma went to the hospital for chest pains and they wouldnt let her go until they made sure her electrolyte levels were normal... idk what that has to do with the heart though

I'm pretty sure 69 inches is 5 feet 9 inches and not 5 feet 7 and a half inches... That's about 175 cm.

No hun. 69" is 5'9"

ENOUGH of the bickering! Just choose to ignore one another if you cannot amicably resolve your issues. Or at least PM one another. Please. (This was not directed at you chanel. Sorry.)

i thought so too.. but it seems as if everytime i put it in on the calculator it says 5.75.... i understand now.. cause i was wandering because i am 70inches. i wandered why it said that.
12/4 is 3... its 3.. 6... 9...12. so if youre 5'9 it would be .75 or 3/4 of a foot. which would make him 5 feet 9inches... i knew something was wrong. i kept wandering why the calculator was saying that.. thanks :)

Chernoff is using the word drug addict as much as he can to get some sympathy for Murray. he is planting this image of MJ so the jury will not send him for life in jail...i hope this will never work with him...the autopsy will prove them wrong.

the image of a drug addict will not help Murray to be aquitted but to stay in jail as short as possible....although the details indicate the opposite.

after listening to Murray's incompetence I don't see how anyone can feel sorry for him

I know. If you see the end of my post I said it was not directed at you. It was for two other people in this thread.

I hope that detail about the autopsy be shown to the jurors.

remember this is just the prelim... idk if the corner or the pathologist are going to testify(i have a feeling they will). so im sure more will come out in the trial

I hope the coroner or other authority testifies. That would clear up alot of this mess IMO. To me, Murray's team is playing games with people when they knew frickin' well that Murray was running willy-nilly and messing with Michael's life from the minute he was hired. I'm so disgusted and sad by this that it makes me sick.
