Why did he hire a doctor to begin with?
He could've done all this by himself...

Too bad Murray never got a dime, or the estate could've claimed their money back :(
 
I want to know why there's no info for the 2 calls prior to Amir's. The one to his other practice was long - what were they talking about? and the guy said he went there in person - what happened? What did they tell him? And then the other call to Miss Saday - it said it wasn't relevant - why not? It was the last call he made before calling Amir! I want to know what it was about.
 
Maybe they'll call those people as witnesses later on?

Nicole Alvarez thing was TMZ's story and apparently they were wrong.

We are seriously getting to the point when the whole thing is so stupid that is almost impossible not to laugh at it. And it only adds to the pain for this is but a joke. There were just so many things that could have given MJ maybe a better chance. What's all this??? :doh:

And again: even if they are so blind and careless to ever allow this man to practice medicine again, any person hiring his services can be serioulsy be considered insane. Or with no love for his/her own life :mello:

you know those anistho.. *dont know how to spell it* are educatide for giving propofol while on surgury.. now whe have a so cold doctor how is giving this... without training..

AND ON THE PHONE?????? hahah did you ever hear about a doctor giving anything to a patient while on a phone? ever???
 
When went Murray to MJs house? In the morning, or at night , after rehearsal?
 
When at the hospital and asked about the timeline.. Murray said he had 'no concept of time'

This basically "confirms" what I have said pages ago about how doctors usually give benzos. Starting with a small dose, etc. So I wasn't wrong about that.

Unfortunately, I have. And I have even seen them doing so while on a surgery. Shamelessly!
Before one of my sister underwent a surgery, the "doctor" was trying to apply her a IV and then his mobile rang and he left it there on her to answer the call!!!!! :bugeyed Of course the thing went out of her hand, so the stupid doctor had to try again. Just to think of all the pain!!!

But she couldn't say a thing, for it as a "public" service and she had no health insurance and maybe they felt she had to be "grateful" for them only to have them at the hospital :(

Again: there is something really WRONG with doctors nowadays. Really wrong. And we are all on their hands :no:

Agggg... I have to go to the doctor tomorrow morning :bugeyed
 
The drugs given to Michael prior to propofol were quite high doses the second given before the first was out of his system and so Michael was probably not in state to ask for anything let alone more propofol.

Well, I hope they don't just continue, but that they backtrack. 'Cause they gave an explanation for every call before and after those two...

Ohhh, is that who Miss Saday whatever is? How can the defense be allowed to object to that? (I am clearly not court savvy) Is that not super important info that we should have? :scratch:
 
ok but if he had not his girlfriend on the phone why is she testifying?

and are the ucla doctors giving an tod? because i think thats an interesting issue? also maybe in the text message he send.. i killed michael *he could have texted that hehe*

and yeah PCR thats bad.. i never heard that hear in holland...
but we are a small country .. so..

i believe the lies are more then we ever thought and i was just wondering the same thing

Ohh, I get it, haha. Answered my own question. Objections are allowed if it may compromise the case. If there are plans for these people to testify, they want to hear what they have to say before hearing what the dt gathered from calling them? And before they hear anything that may make them change their story? Got it.

Mine is quite little too, but it might be that as it was so close, I got the info. But unfortunately I see this kind of careless behaviour once and again in doctors. How sad :(
