I deliberately stayed away from twitter not to get my nerves up. Here's my 2 cents to his tweets

not a good idea at all.
I thought that the reasoning of burying Michael in Holly Terrace was to give him privacy and that they were afraid that people can go crazy, vandalize, try to steal the body etc.
Honestly if you were going to allow the fans in, then why did you bury him to a not publicly accessible place to start with?
Also if you want to allow fans in why were you angry with the latest sunflower photos being taken and being published?
Does he think that they can allow the fans in and they wouldn't be taking photos and that photos not being published? Really?

Okay so does he mean that the will is not according to Michael's wishes? Looking after his mother and leaving everything to his children?. Sorry Randy but that makes all the sense in the world to me as something that Michael would wanted.
I'll add this no one could convince me that Michael would wanted his family to run his business and that he'll definitely provide to his family. My thoughts is that Michael distanced himself from his family business wise and was fed up with being a financial cash cow to his family members.
The executors thing again, I guess.
What can Randy do? Nothing, he has no legal standing- we have seen this in the case of Joe.
He has to make Katherine agree to challenge the will. How can they do this? The signature is fake or they forced Michael to sign it and he was kept under control so that he couldn't change it. If they can't prove these theories Katherine will be out of the will.
If they can, he'll still have to invalidate the 97 will and the trust. Well don't hold your breath.

Isn't this throwing Joe under the bus in regards to foundation and the museum ?
Now we write about the museum and foundation and criticize Joe but he's not our father. I don't know regardless of what Joe might be doing, I'll expect Randy to not to throw his father under the bus.
Okay people taking advantage of Joe - I can think about several : lawyers, business associates, people looking for 15 min of fame etc. But who is taking advantage of Katherine? It looks like Joe is pulling her into his plans. Other than Joe who do we have? Straisand - because after he came Katherine withdrew her objection? What does he mean?
Overall no real answers IMO.
. I think he should spend his time doing something more important. Seriously, Randy is a mess. :sigh:
