It's hard because for me, normaly, it should be a fast trial and with this result : Guilty, so jail and no right to practice anymore.

But sometime, it just hurts like hell because it seems that it's Mike who is on trial.

Hurt like hell.

I miss him, ****** shit, more than 2 years and it still hurt like hell!

I am not ready for this trial at all. I don't think I can watch when it's Murray's turn at the trial and they trash Michael. They will. That will hurt too much. I want this trial over with. I wish things could be like they were before June 25.

I agree. Personally, I'm not looking forward to this trial either. All I've been hearing for the last two years about Michael is just negativity. I can't stand to hear any more.

I am so not ready for this. It burst the "not happened, nothing happened, nothing happened" bubble, and makes it all too real.

What a stupid SOB that murray and his defence team. What else are they going to pull of their magic trick hat to stall this again and again, over and over.
This stunt stinks just like murray and it makes him look even more guilty.

I hope when the jury goes in to deliberate that they waste no more time and find him GUILTY! :busted:

We all need to find strength and we have shown this before. I woke up in the middle of the night and saying I cant believe he is gone:(

I know this is going to be hard for all, but we can do it and we can see justice done for Michael.
On another note Karen Fake is being exposed. I dreamt last night that I went to a film where she was literally naked- no joke- I think this is a metaphor for what I have just read about excluding testimony! weird. It was like my mind was saying she is going to be exposed.

Yeah, hard times to come and endure for everyone...

About the "exclusion" of Karen's testimony, I don't think it is such: prosecutors just want the judge to limit her testimony, in the part she talks hearsay (meeting with AEG live, Ortega... as Walgren mentioned in the 29th Sept hearing).

I'me annoyed Lopez done a runner or perhaps got 'snuffed', I was hoping to hear that maybe these two 'Lopez/Murray' may have done business together before, now I guess we'll never know.
I too miss Michael very much....feel as though the pages got torn out of my book and I can't move on. At least when Murray goes to jail and loses his lisence, I will be able to move forward and feel more comfortable about being here.

Sending out a hug to everyone. I am trying to turn a negative into a positive. We have rooted for Michael through some of the toughest times anyone could go through. Now I just want to go the extra mile to see that Murray is punished for taking MJ away from us. It's going to be difficult, no doubt about that, but we have each other. Staying strong regardless of what happens and still standing in Michael's corner. We need justice and sometimes that is an uncomfortable process. Keep the faith.

So was this Lopez a 'one man band', was he the only person in the company, there must be paperwork that could be used, invoices etc.?

Maybe it's a dumb question, but what will happen if they really need the guy to testify? What if the testimony's not enough?

And how the heck could this guy just pack up and go?? He knew he would have to testify, right? You think he did it on purpose?

Sounds shady to me. Judge Pastor should have some type of restrictions on all witness even murray. Time is getting near and things are strting to go awrry. This Joker Lopez is probably somewhere in Mexico just south of the boarder. They have pharmacies on every block and it's cheap. I know he'd better be back here when time comes. This reeks with havoc. :angry:

I really hope that Pastor will allow the testimony, the ordering of the drug, especially in those quantities, is extremely relevant to the case and disproves Murray's claim of trying to wean him off it. It doesn't look good on Murray this Lopez doing a runner, clearly he doesn't want to answer questions.

they have his prelim testimony and the paper work showing murray bought it all. its not like murray is dening buying it.if murray was weaning mj he wouldnt have bought loads in june aswell. akso lopez is getting sued by joe and he had previous issues with the state board so maybe he doing a runner cause of what may happen later.i presume the pros have know about him not being around and have been looking. hopefully they havnt just found out
