but i bet - to give your body a rest, to lie down, to hide yourself under a warm blanket, to close your eyes... and to listening some soft music - is much better.. than to sit in a chair with PC?

nope, wouldn't work fujon. I tried that this morning, was up at 7am because I couldn't sleep due to the pain and discomfort, I hope it goes soon.

because the Good Sleep always help to get well Sooner..

i understand, too..
when i'm ill & throat sore, high fever ( like i got last winter ) and i felt even excited lol.. and sat here on-line a bit... :doh:

but it's not right... have a mercy to yourself.. go to bed.. after some huge cup of tea :yes:
btw, honey is very good in this situation, it's even better than vitamines.
it's help to Immunity system to recover sooner.
( personally, i don't like a honey. but i eat it, while got catch cold, cuz it's needed :yes: )

vitamin C is very important now
and ''Falimint'' is good
maybe you need an antibiotics..

we have so much snow here right now..
the roads are blocked..
in apartment just +14C

As far as I'm aware nope there are no rules. Those that upload videos can however, request that all posts are moderated for approval before going on the video page itself. Obviously these are self-moderated.

I know that I've not selected those options though.

im having the same problem. i posted a reply and nothings there. and i posted it last night b4 bed
 
i had cut my finger in the bathroom.. soo badly :(

i just changed the lock and the handle in the door.. only :(
