yeah I know but making the short vid for them on windows movie maker is much better...with gifsoup sometimes it doesn't cut the part I want so I just do it this way

I still don't have my another PC and my laptop doesn't have enough memory and working slow if I open Win movie maker or Adobe Photoshop. I like to make gifs with Adobe Photoshop cs5.
