Just so you all will know, there was some sort of major "problem" last night. MJJC, the KOP, and all major MJ boards were down last night, simultaneously. They are just now beginning to come up again.

I'm not going to theorize about why until we KNOW. However, it could not have been random that all these boards were down. Most are not linked in any way (independent servers), but yet went down at pretty much the same time. It was a virtual MJ-blackout.

Just so you'll know. . . . .

I'm assuming that you mean, "Not?"

It is for the family to determine what information is available to the children, or not. Michael's children seem to be well-educated, highly intelligent, and balanced. They also happen to be the children of the most famous person on earth, which will always be a factor in their lives. They loved their father, and I'm sure when they come-of-age, if not before, they will want to know what, exactly, happened?

I think all MJ boards needs to protect themselves. Today I tried logging on to about 3 MJ boards and none of them allowed me access. This immediately set alarm bells ringing, it's a worry and blatant attempt to silence fans as I see it.

Someone is not happy with MJ fans.

Nearly all Michael Jackson boards were affected at exactly the same time last night. Even some smaller ones. The boards were offline for about twelve hours. Nearly ALL of them. These boards are on many different servers, not just one.

MJJC will address our own security, but what you can do, individually, is back-up data you want to keep, if you are so inclined? In other words, some may want to copy and paste important threads to your desk-tops. As of this morning, MJJC continues to run very slowly, it seems.

What seems likely at this point, is that the attacks were done by more than one person. It would not be possible for a rogue hacker to take down so many boards simultaneously.

We really don't know more than that, as of now.

Thanks Victoria, I've never known of a simaltaneously hack of ALL MJ boards.

It says a lot to me about how some people are feeling about uneasy questions.

ABC news has reported that Murray's indictment is coming on Monday.

This was a very sophisticated, coordinated attack. It involved literally hundreds of MJ boards, simultaneously.

^ What?! :bugeyed No way! That is really...man...that is so weird! Only confirms for me that this all is bigger than one thing. It sickens me.
Thanks for all the investigation guys, I'm proud of you all. Let's keep it up...we gotta get the truth out there.

OMG. I wondered what had happened, but to know that nearly all MJ boards were affected is so scary, wtf?

Thank you Vic for letting us know. I asked you if it was possible in my thread when I couldn’t' login but I didn't want to look paranoid.WOW This is terrible.... . Some very powerful ppl do not want us to discuss anything about MJ death. This is what I think now.

Wow, that's pretty frightening. I noticed that MJJC and KOP were off, but didn't realize it was hundreds of boards! I don't know all the MJ boards, but found it suspicious that two major boards such as MJJC and KOP were both down.

Sick.

What would be the purpose of hacking into all the forums? was it is to delete info somewhere, that is core to something. But they did all the websites so we do not know which one it was that had the relevant info, or is it to remove the info for their own data base to prepare them. It is very sinister whatever the reason

ok it's kinda freaking me out now....you know, if I wasn't convinced before that Sony/AEG were involved, I am now.
But isn't it weird that the official campaign site hasn't been affected?

There are three parts. Randy Philips in his own words confirming most of the things TINI is revealing. Now he's backpaddling a bit, openly acknowledging he had "eating disorder", they were concerned about his weight, having to cut his food, fighting with Michael because he was showing up late, etc

after listening to this interview....I am even more convinced that Philips didn't give a flying crap about Michael's health.....he states....Kenny Ortega was spoon feeding Michael chicken....oh please...now...if you have to spoon feed someone this has to tell you something....These concerts should of been put on hold....and they all knew this.....the other thing that bothered me about this was when Randy Philips said,.....".People told me that Michael would break my heart but...I took a chance anyway".....what the hell is he saying....Michael never let him down..if anything he let Michael down......Why cant they just take responsibility for their roll in this whole thing.....Then he says...'Oh well we didnt tuck Michael into bed at night so we dont know what he was doing".......Phililps is just blaming Michael for all that happened.....but then again he doesn't surprise me.

I even couldn't listen to the whole thing. It was such a BS from the beginning. Looks like nobody wants to be responsible for anything.

So yes, he was astute at business, sometimes, when he was able. The POINT is, that some people knew about the problems and instead of protecting him when he needed it, took terrible advantage. He did have chronic pain, but sometimes, the medications for it just took over. . .I don't blame him, at ALL. I'm just sorry he didn't have good people around him.

What I bolded is how I feel about alot of things in his life the people he surrounded himself around were Undesirables in my opinon

Sorry for the OT but was any information lost during the time that the boards were down? Or is there anything to maybe point to who was behind it? I just find it odd... And all of this happening after the This Is Not It campaign really started to spread...

hmm Admin, as the TII single is about to be released, could the MJ boards downtime be due to high traffic? What time did this happen? I belong to a small board elsewhere and that was still working yesterday.

I don't think so, the highest ever traffic on this forum and others was 25th June when Michael died and I don't think the boards went down simulataneously then.

I've just sent out the statement to 13 major mediacompanies here in the Netherlands that are not tabloid-ish crap.
Hope there will be more attention for it!
