Hi everyone,
In a few months it will be thrill time again and for the first time I'm trying to organize a Thrill The World event on my own (well with an own team). Last year I danced at someone elses event but he can't organize it this year.

I thought it would be nice to meet other event managers here so we can help each other out with questions and stuff.

So if you are gonna host an event come in here and let's talk about it :D

Well wherever you want it to be. Thrill The World is about volunteers around the world that make it possible for others to dance. You can check the website (when the new website is online) if there is a place near you that hosts a TTW. I organize it in my own city with some friends :)

I was just looking for people who are going to dance or even better people who host their own event.

Edit: As an eventmanager I am able to see which places will be dancing :p
In the UK it will be Kilmarnock, London and Southport but these are just pre registrations so could be at more places. Because I know for a fact that in another town there will be dancing too in The Netherlands but only my event is in this chart...

I'm going to be dancing in TTW Helsinki, Finland :dancin:

Promotional dance event for Thrill The World, in Tampere Finland, on September 24th. I'm the one dancing right in the middle (on 2nd row) :p There were some problems when uploading to You Tube, so the music isn't perfectly synchronized at the end..

My Thrill The World costume is now finally ready! My bathroom reminded a bit of an abattoir after I had finished spraying the fake blood on my TTW shirt. It's going to be a very long, but thrilling day tomorrow! :wild:

I wish everyone who's going to participate the Thrill The World a wonderful day and have a successful dance! :dancin:

Everyone please take a lot of photos and share them here later :)

Aaaayyyyeee, I'm excited! :wild: I also wish to see plenty of photos and videos from all around the world afterwards.

You have a great time, too, Reeta :huggy:

Let's Thrill The World again, for Michael!!!!

I was in the audience at TTW Helsinki last night.:) The zombie-dancers were absolutely great! :clapping:
The only disturbance was a drunk guy who in the middle of the dance joined the dancing group, pulled down his pants and started exposing his stuff…:bugeyed

I'm glad to say that TTW Tampere, Finland was very succesful! There were 72 dancers, and lots of audience. I haven't had the time to sort out my photos, but this is me:

As promised the video of our event. This one is shot by the local newspaper.

@ Laura did you have to ask for permission or anything to dance outside?

Oh bugger, I can't watch your video, Angela, because it's blocked in my country due to copyright issues. :/

Yeah, we got permission for the dance from the police, environmental services and property services. (I hope those are the correct english terms, lol)
