As if there wasn't enough to figure out in the wake of Michael Jackson's death, a San Fran man is throwing his name into the circus -- claiming to be Michael Jackson's 24-year-old son!


According to a creditor's claim filed yesterday in L.A., a guy named Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson is requesting a DNA test to prove he is the biological son of the late King of Pop.


A birth certificate was submitted with the claim -- one which lists a "Michael Joseph Jackson" of Indiana as the father and Zerline LaVette Dixon as the mother.


According to the claim, MJ's family pressured Prince Michael Malachi's family to keep quiet.


Coincidentally, Prince Michael is the name of MJ's two "official" sons.

MJ had sons all over the world. Whey the hell he had to go through all the trouble to have DR as surrogate mother?
 
But is "Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson" the same guy as "Jason Malachi"???
 
man this is so odd cuz IF it's legit, as in his birth cert is real and all....his mother named him that, not knowing mj would name call his sons prince. that's just odd.

i don't think mj would've denied his presence in his child's life. that's bs

Heroin at Jackson's House -- Not So Fast

UPDATE: A source connected with the case tells TMZ the "tar heroin" was tested -- and the results showed it was not heroin of any kind. This is not reflected in the warrant.

A search warrant affidavit just released from the search of Michael Jackson's home says the Jackson family notified L.A. County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter that they found "tar heroin in a bag" in Jackson's bedroom. Chief Winter notified LAPD detectives of the found evidence.

Cops also found Benoquin in the master bathroom. Benoquin is bleaching cream.

The affidavit also says surveillance cameras at Jackson's home captured Dr. Conrad Murray arriving at 1:00 AM the day Jackson died.

As for what else was found during the search -- an empty bottle of Lorazepam, an empty bottle of Diazepam, a baggy with the medical label with the name Dr. Conrad Murray, 2 cigarette packs, 1 cigarette paper, 4 pill bottles and 1 shaving case.

Detective Orlando Martinez wrote, "Conversations with family members lead me to believe that there may be additional medications and/or narcotics at the location as well as the necessity to confiscate these items for the safety of the minor children."

Michael Jackson Estate Hearing

Attorneys for everyone involved in Michael Jackson's estate -- Katherine Jackson, Michael's kids, and the co-administrators -- are in court today to discuss Katherine's safe harbor petition.

The safe harbor petition allows Katherine to ask the judge if she can object the special administrators without it being considered contesting Jackson's will. Jackson's will contains a no-contest clause -- meaning anyone who challenges it loses their inheritance rights.

12:30 PM ET -- And that's it. The hearing on the safe harbor petition has been postponed to a later date.

11:59 AM ET -- The judge has shot Buie down, claiming she doesn't have the standing to file an objection. Apparently imaginary relationships don't count.

11:57 AM ET -- A woman named Charlene Buie (crazy on Line 1) says she has a hand-written will from Jackson and doesn't think the will recognized by the court is legit because the initials on the will are not MJ's handwriting.

Coroner Releases Jackson Findings This AM

The L.A. County Coroner will release Michael Jackson's cause of death in the next hour or so.

We're told the Coroner will not release the autopsy report, but we will learn what the Coroner believes killed Michael Jackson ... and what conclusions the Coroner has drawn from the death -- i.e., homicide, death at the hands of another.

Michael Jackson -- The Kid Is (Maybe) His Son?

Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson came out of the woodwork to claim he is Michael Jackson's third son -- and now we have the photos to help you judge if it's true.



According to documents released last week, PMMJJ requested a DNA test to prove he is the biological son of Michael Jackson. Ron Newt, a close family friend of PMMJJ, tells TMZ he approached Joe Jackson (whom he was friends with) before Michael's death. Newt says Joe denied the whole thing and told him to "leave it alone."

The "official" Prince Michael -- the one who was raised by MJ -- is 12 years old. This other PMMJJ is 24, and Newt says the man is just looking for "closure."

All I can do is LMAOOOOOOOO. I do believe this Prince is a lil "touched" in the head.. If he looks like MJ then I look like MJ..
 
Hi all...newbie to the boards here. Been reading for quite some time but haven't posted.

I agree that this child does not resemble MJ but he reminds me strongly of somebody but I'll be dipped if I can figure out who. This is going to drive me crazy! :scratch:

please don't make unkind comments about learning difficulties. Also many people find the word 'retard' here in the uk very offensive.
 
the poster said she didn't know any other way to describe it, knowing that it would be offensive but she meant no harm. so i provided the term special needs....

i would know...i work w/ mid to low functioning adults at a non-profit and um...i am soso DEAF for a reason.

By no means was I trying to pick on the man or joke about the word "retard". I work at a mental hospital for kids and majority of them are what we here in the states call "low functioning", I simply used the word "slow" for a lack of a better term at the time I posted. I did state that I wasn't trying to offend anyone.. Sorry if you took my post that way..

The Jackson Kids' Education -- Home Works

Michael Jackson's kids won't be attending a swanky school in Los Angeles after all -- the family has decided to keep them enrolled at the one learning facility they are very familiar with ... home.

A source extremely close to the situation tells us the decision was made not to enroll Michael Jr., Paris, and Prince at the Buckley School -- where Tito's three kids attended -- so they could continue being home schooled by the same tutors they had under Michael's supervision.

The only difference -- their home is now the Jackson's place in Encino, not Michael's place in Holmby Hills.

We're told the Jackson family is pulling out all the stops to recreate a "normal" school environment -- they're even building a school yard, complete with a volleyball court, so the kids can enjoy P.E. time. The kids will also go on field trips and have a designated "lunch hour" in between classes.

My take on this is: Had they gone to a private school cool, if not then that's just as cool. Maybe they will go at the start of next school year. That way they will have somewhat adjusted to their new surroundings and possible come to some sort of terms with their father's *gulp* passing. (that really hurt to type that)..... Maybe the kids want to be in a classroom with their peers.. I am sure Mrs. Jackson will decide what's right for her grands

Mary J. Blige -- Jackson Concert Denial?

Another one bites the dust -- Mary J. Blige is the second big performer to deny being involved in Jermaine Jackson's Vienna tribute concert for Michael.


Jermaine claimed Mary was on board for the concert during a press conference yesterday -- but when we saw Mary and her husband/manager out last night in NYC, they had no idea what we were talking about.

Chris Brown -- who J.J. also claimed was going to perform -- has also denied being involved in event.

I am usually real cautious when speaking about MJ's family but something just doesn't sit right with me when watching that video of Mrs.Jackson..
I can hear Jermaine now "Mommy plz do this for me, you never supported any project I put out, but u stayed having Mike's back... come on I need this one, this is my chance, PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ"

Dr. Arnold Klein has sued Dr. Steven Hoefflin in the Michael Jackson prescription drug saga -- sued him for defamation of character.



According to the suit, Dr. Klein claims Dr. Hoefflin told The Sun in the minutes following Jackson's death, "[Dr. Conrad] Murray definitely called Klein because Klein taught him how to administer Propofol ... Murray would have counted on Klein to be the source of Propofol and guide him on its use."

Klein claims Hoefflin's conduct was "willful, fraudulent, malicious, oppressive and reckless" and was done "with the intent to injure and harm Dr. Klein."

ah she was looking at someone. someone was telling he rwhat to do. hell for allwe know, his youngest sons live therestill...he could've used them as a pawn for her to agree. glad it was pulled though.

me thinks rowe may have something ot do w/ it. theminute hementioned the kids on stage, the time was limited
 
Dr Steven Hoefflin, Michael Jackson’s former plastic surgeon, has released a statement in response to the lawsuit being brought against him by Dr. Arnold Klein for defamation of character, claiming it’s part of a larger conspiracy. In addition, RadarOnline.com has obtained secret documents revealing the behind-the-scenes war between Hoefflin, various lawyers and Klein.

The documents include nasty email exchanges between Hoefflin and lawyers and also what purports to be a handwritten note from Katherine Jackson authorizing Hoefflin to talk to the press and correct false information. Other documents from Katherine’s people say she never gave that permission.

There’s even a handwritten note from Michael Jackson in 1999 authorizing Hoefflin to use the pop star’s medical records to dispel misinformation.

Hoefflin claims to have had his life threatened because “members of law enforcement know that I possess abundant incriminating evidence [regarding the Jackson death] that is going to put a lot of people in prison.”

In his lengthy statement Hoefflin claims people are colluding, with the police “to use false documents to threaten me, obstruct my independent investigation into Michael’s death and to stop me from providing evidence to the proper authorities.”

He claims Colin Powell is a friend of his, and that he has called and left messages at the house of the retired General and former Secretary of State, asking him to “engage a congressional investigation into all of the LAPD and Los Angeles Sheriff Department Law Enforcement Corruption in Los Angeles that is taking place in the Michael Jackson and other important investigations that is ruining our city.”

Hoefflin says that he is an established Government Witness in the Jackson death investigation and that Dr. Arnold Klein and his attorneys are “attempting to prevent me from discussing incriminating evidence that I possess on Dr. Klein.”

Hoefflin claims that Klein’s lawsuit against him is frivolous and that he expects the Attorney General of California himself, Jerry Brown, to end the lawsuit.
