Re: R.Kelly Sues MJ Estate!
Why are you citing mediatakeout?
You missed this tidbit- It calculated that the melodic similarity of the works was 43.46% and held that this degree of similarity could be mere coincidence.
R. Kelly couldn't back his claims because he only had the final score. When he does collabs with other artists he usually goes into the studio and do the whole song infront the artist. The thing is why didn't this Belgium group sue after the song hit #1 in almost every country? Why so many years later? The fact that a musicologist found only a 43.46% similarity speaks more volumes then a court ruling him guilty for plagiarism just because he didn't have a demo in hand. MJ and R. produced the track together and R. Kelly wrote it himself. The way R. Kelly creates his music is difficult to understand that's mostly why I find this whole plagiarism crap BS. Besides this has nothing to do with the topic. MJ loved R. Kelly and R. Kelly loves MJ.
Geez! Some of you are so quick to attack others when it's not necessary :sigh:
What is your source for this as this link which includes a new report from Holland doesnt agree with you.
