Does anyone have an account on the prince forums? It may be worth asking them to download this song too as they have a lot of respect for Michael.

In fact, I think it needs to be posted on the official Michael Jackson facebook group. It has 12 million members now, with some of them fans on board we will get this #1 for sure.

Its only available to download as a single track from Itunes

^ In Europe on amazon.de (Germany) , amazon.fr (France), amazon.co.uk (UK), amazon.nl (Netherlands) and probably many more you CAN download it as a single track :D It all depends on which country, because the licensing can differ.
So again, in many European countries you can download it from Amazon. :yes:

We scoured UK amazon over and over but next to the track it says only available as album download.
Would be wonderful if you could help us....

Just been googling and we need just under 5 thousand downloads to get We've Had Enough into the top 40. I think I have read that to get number 1 you need 400kish.

I need to stop double posting! But just read you need 40-50k downloads to get number one not 400k. I reckon he will definitely be in the top 40 and I pray he has number 1.

^ Maybe there was a change recently in licensing agreements or something, that's why it was 'album only' when you looked before. Well, in any case, glad I could help! :)

If we are looking at about 400K in downloads should we all download in one region or does all the regions make it qualify to make it #1 for instance here in the USA?

If Michael had a #1 hit in the USA again people would talk about that for a very long time expecialy from an older song.

Please tell me the creators of this campaign have spoken with major USA and UK radio? If nothing is organised with radio then there isnt much chance of the song climbing the charts.

Tis my fave MJ song. Hope this campaign is well organised :)

I said this on another board, but they seem to think this song actually has a chance of entering the charts without a huge campaign. :scratch:

In 2008 Sony promoted the absolute heck out of Thriller 25 online, tv, billboards, magazines, radio and more.. and even that wasnt the #1 selling album in the USA on its first week of sales... Jack Johnson's new album sold more copies that week. Thriller is the most famous album in the world and it featured will.i.am, fergie, akon and kanye west. All big at that particular time.

This (weve had enough) is a song no one has heard of, on an album (ultimate collection) that no one has heard of, with NONE of the above marketing.

Does anyone speak directly with Sony USA or Sony UK? Maybe they might like to email their subscribers about the effort or purchase an iTunes Music Store homepage advert for the week... its worth explaining what ur doing and asking them...
