I was wondering if your the lawyer what would u ask murray if he is on stand?

I would ask, why hide? Why not tell the doctors? Why would u be on the phone? Why help a man sleep with propofol, are you a doctor?

Very good question but there are sooo many questions I would like to ask Murray.

I would ask how come he didn't know CPR if he is a qualified doctor as surely this is the first thing doctors are taught? But my main question would be why did he cover up things? Why did he hide the syringes and drugs if he claims he is innocent? Why didn't he ring the ambulance sooner than he did? Why did he leave Michael unattended after he had just injected him with the drug?

I'd ask him, for someone who's suppose to be a licensed physician, why did you perform CPR in a bed? Any 1st year medical STUDENT knows damn well you get the patient on the floor for maximum effect.

It pains me to say this but it sounds to me as though Murray simply didn't care about Michael. I'm pretty certain that he would have known that CPR has to be administered on a hard flat surface but he probably panicked and thought any old surface would do instead of doing it properly. Makes me so angry. I may be a little slow on this one but is it true that Michael picked Murray himself or did AEG?

Are you a human for real?

Were/are you paid to be this dumb, incompetent and a killer, and by whom?

His reactions, head positionings and eye movements are crucial right after dead-on questions like these, so I'd be curious about that.

I wouldn't ask him anything, because he'll lie anyway.

That's true. The only truthful question you can ask him if you are a woman is: "Can I have your phone number?"

Mier, everytime I see your picture of Michael in that pinkish outfit, I want to go and look at the video of him in the same outfit where he is performing with his brothers.

probably nothing......I dont think I could look at him without wanting to punch him in the face.

My theory has allways been that Murray had thought Michael was dead and past the point of revival when he found him and this is why he didn't ring 911 (in his mind he probably thought, well he is dead now anyway so I may as well use this time to cover my tracks as they wouldnt be able to save him anyway), then the CPR on the bed was just a show for whoever was in the room at the time so it looked like Murray was actually making a genuine effort to save Michael. Come on, he knew that CPR is meant to be performed on a hard surface like the floor.....

So i'd probably ask him if he thought Michael was still able to be revived at the time Murray found him.

I would ask him in what jail he wants to spend the rest of his life....

I wanted to ask a simmilar question...what would you do if you saw him on the street...?

i would walk up to him, be a better human being and not punch him and ask him what i want to ask him..

Yes, one of his favourite performances of mine too.

Maybe I'll ask murray what soap he wants me to sent him when he is behind bars:D

I would probably ask: "Why are you such a tool?"

That's how I'd feel too.

And me three! Yes, there are questions I'd like to ask Murray but these have been covered above BUT I just couldn't bear to see his murdering, lying, arrogant face in that courtroom and if we feel like that, God knows how Katherine and those children feel!

I'd like to ask him (on the stand) if he had that time again, what would he do differently (and why).

Off the stand, I'd ask him how he can live with himself.

Would you take a lie detector test, if not, why not?
Why did you let your Board certification lapse?
Are you an anesthesiologist? Have you any training in the use of anesthetic agents? Then why did you agree to do something you knew you weren't trained to do?

Having decided to do this insanely dangerous thing, why on earth didn't you at least have monitoring and life saving equipment and a trained assistant?

If you were giving him propofol as often as you have said, where were the IV sites? In his legs? Arms? where?

Do you feel in anyway responsible for the death of Michael Jackson?

Do you think you were practicing good medicine?

Where did you finish in medical school? Top half, bottom half, where?

Do you usually let your patients dictate to you how they should be treated, with what medicines and in what locales? or do you at some point remember you are a doctor sworn to do no harm who should be managing them, taking care of them, doing your utmost to ensure a positive outcome?

Based on your many versions of the truth, why should we believe one word issuing forth from your lying mouth?

The more I write, the more hostile I feel.....!!!

I would ask him if he felt using anethesia as a sleep aid was a good idea?

and also when Mike approached him for that did he realize MJ had a sleeping disorder and may have needed a professional sleep therapist?

Great questions cinzia, especially the lie detector one. I wonder why he hasn't been subjected to this test, I'm sure they'd fill a swimming pool if they tried.

Could write a billion questions... however the art of good lawyers is to follow the the in response given answers with more questions hopefully leading in the end to unfold some truth.

So I'll chose to not even start...

however there is certain points to examine:

- Murrays education, medical qualifications
- Murrays meeting with Michael, how did they meet, who introduced them
- Murray relationship to the different ppl like Randy Phillips, Thomé Thomé, Frank DiLeo, Kenny Ortega etc. did they meet, did they talk, did he see them acting with Michael etc. etc. when did he last time talk with all of them about what.
- With whom did Murray negotiated his working contract? When? Why wasn't it signed? Did he write that 'email' to AEG? Who is that 'Tim person' then? What was that material meant for?
- What was his medical therapy of Michael? What were the reasons for prescribing and giving the certain medicines? What were the noticed symptoms for what? Where is his documentation? When did he start which medicine why and for how long? etc. etc.
- What did he give to Michael on the 25th, when and why... the whole timeline he gave doesn't match the coroners findings... so there's like a few hundred questions only here
- When did he leave Michael Jackson alone that night? Why? For how long? When did he come back? when did he notice Michael Jackson had problems? What did he notice? what did he do accordingly?
- When did he learn CPR? As a cardiologist does he think he gave correct CPR to Michael Jackson? If not, why not?
- When did he call for help? Whom did he call? Why didn't he call first/imediately the emergency?
- When those arrived? What did he tell them? Why didn't he tell all he knew?
- When they arrived in the hospital, why didn't he tell all he knew imediately? Why did he leave without asking if he's still needed?

I have surely forgotten a few hundred questions... however... again the art will be to follow his responses at times with new additional questions resulting out of how he answers with what...
... but I do have faith the truth always prevails... if not this time in court then later when the time and circumstances will be ready!!!

Who made you do what you did...

Simple and to the point!

One thing I haven't seen come up yet in the prelim or if it did I missed it is how did murray examine Michael to come to the conclusion he was healthy. Did he do any blood tests, urinalysis, EKG, chest x ray, perhaps a treadmill test, periodic Bp checks? If he did, where are the results? Heck, he's a cardiologist, documentation should be second nature to him. I. would. think.

and also when Mike approached him for that did he realize MJ had a sleeping disorder and may have needed a professional sleep therapist?

Yes! Especially since he was 'Michael's doctor'.

So many good questions we all have. Maybe we should send them to the prosecution :)

As for lie detectors in court, from what I've read, it's on a case by case basis and can be useful as a screening tool to help validate evidence. That's the sum total of my knowledge here! Conrad Murray, is that your real name?

We should send something to them, like a script, with our info for witness qyestions, we have so many info, maybe they discover something new

I would also like to know if Murray did a physical exam on MJ. For instance, blood work, urine samples, blood pressure checks, cholesterol and weight. Did he even do any of this before he started pumping MJ with loads of sedatives and propofol?

And another question would be if he felt MJ had a sleep disorder, why didn't he refer MJ to a sleep specialist?

I'd also ask this seemingly emotionless entity about his in-depth medical background, not expecting an honest answer, though. And if that was a good, spotless one, how can he justify his complete incompetence esp that June 25 day. Also, how can he justify his vain demeanor, irrespective of what he thinks in his delusional mind, after all, his so-called friend die, certainly he should show more emotion. How can it be that he's living so well now, yet he couldn't pay for his child support? Who is paying/has paid him in the meantime and how come?

they arent admissable in court

Do You Swear to Tell the Whole Truth? The Admissibility of Lie Detector Tests
By: LawInfo
Published: 11/2008
One of the greatest challenges for the judge and jury in the courtroom is to determine which witnesses are telling the truth. While witnesses must promise to tell the truth before taking the witness stand, judges and juries often hear conflicting testimony that indicates someone is being untruthful.

It might seem like the technology of the polygraph, also known as the lie detector test, could take the guess work out of determining who is lying and who is telling the truth. However, the results of lie detector tests are not always admissible in court.

Different Jurisdictions Have Different Rules

The United State Supreme Court has left the question of the admissibility of lie detector evidence up to individual jurisdictions. Different jurisdictions have handled this question differently. Some courts allow lie detector evidence in certain proceedings only or only when both parties agree to its admissibility. Other jurisdictions do not allow lie detector evidence to be entered at all...

And from another source:
Admissibility in Court

It seems to be the public's general opinion that the results of polygraph testing is not allowed in court under any circumstances.

The truth is that Polygraph results are admissible in most courts across the country. The Supreme Court has yet to rule on the issue of admissibility so it has been up to individual jurisdictions to allow or disallow them. There are some jurisdictions that have absolute bans on admitting polygraph results, but most allow them.

This is in the U.S. UK might be different.
