why no news on the investigation?

just arrest him and put him in jail ... I dont say this to many people but I really hope he dies.
 
I knew it was going to get really quiet after he was laid to rest, but hopefully being quiet means they are actively working on it and digging until they can't dig anymore to get a rock solid case. If they stay quiet too long we have to rise up, but for now, I hope they're busy doing what they're supposed to be doing.
 
Yes it has been very quiet. It does feel like the lull before the storm, like everyday I'm waiting for that 'Murray Arrested' headline, then it'll kick off big time. I think I'm bracing myself for what comes next becuase it's going to be draining. If the whole thing is anything like Michael's trial, I'll be a mess :(
 
no, the media was warned...they r the reason this is taking so long. so things are extra careful now. only on a need to know basis to prevent leaks
 
I was just going to post too how I felt the investigation has gone cold but you guys raise some good points so hopefully the DA is going over the case very carefully.
 
it's been very quiet this past week! I hope they are still doing investigations, although I really think Murray is gonna get away with this cos he'd have been arrested and charged by now!

They can't be sayin everything they're doin into the media and public or it will ruin the investigation.
 
I think we just have to sit tight and wait.I am sure that there is loads going on behind the scenes.Janets face at the VMA's said it all.The family are going to fight this all the way.
 
they r in the loop but they won't have a story if they leak what they know and they realize that now. it was all sensationalism after he passed...look beyond that...shut up for a lil bit and y ou'll have two or three yrs of guaranteed stories.
 
I am getting pissed off about “no news”. It is getting more shady. Are they going to arrest anybody soon or not? This is really upsetting… . Is LAPD going to drop MJ case? I am kinda worrying….
 
It's been so long, I'm getting so impatient. I know they must be doing something but, all my hopes of justice are starting to slip away.

I think it won't happen soo nad maybe never. I have a feeling, they are trying to drop the case.

this is a real crappy example but its the best one i got cuz so many know about the backstory...


ok....remember, gavin and the family left mj and then a few months later some things happened. then more things happened....it took several months to secretly plan all this out, warrants for arrest and search warrants, etc..

secretly. now, if they had been leaked, it would've taken longer or jeopardized the investigation.

apply that to this and see what u come up w/

Yea, now we have to wait for a few months till LAPD will come out with the story that nothing really happened and MJ died from accidental overdose. This is what gonna happen. Just watch.

did mj know he was being investigated in the su mmer of 03? NO...did he know he was about to be raided and arrested? NO....it's called a secret investigatoin.

the stupid media messed it all up so now they had to start from scratch making sure murray had no outs

I don't know the name of the Coronor but I bet they have had death threats. Yeah, maybe even on their families.
There are ways to shut people up if you don't want something out.
I am afraid that is what is happening. They are trying to decide what kind of story the public will buy with out turning over the men with the money.
Just my opinion of course.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Michael Jackson homicide case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney in 3 to 4 weeks.

We're told the lion's share of the investigation has been completed and Dr. Conrad Murray remains the singular target. Our sources say LAPD detectives have requested opinions from several medical experts who will analyze the evidence and offer their opinions on Dr. Murray's conduct.

The medical experts are supposed to submit their finding in 2 to 3 weeks and we're told detectives need an additional week to assemble their evidence before they make a formal presentation to the D.A.

Law enforcement sources also say an arrest will not be made before Dr. Murray is charged with a crime -- of course that assumes he will be charged.

The case is complicated by the fact that Jackson had been taking various medications, even though the evidence is compelling that Propofol was the direct cause of Jackson's death.
