I made a thread before about a man named William Wegener who host a show called "On Second Thought" aired in California who attended the MJ 2005 Trial and wants to do a Documentary exposing Sneedon an Co. and show the general pubic MJ was innocent.

What do u guys think? I trust him and would like to donate. He says the Jacksons are in support of this cause and T-Mez also told him in his sit down interview that he should do the documentary.

http://youtu.be/ebXRmKH3SJE

1 million MJJ fans donating $20-$50 each, can PUT SNEDDON where he belongs, and get JUSTICE for Michael J. JACKSON. Will you be able to say,
"I helped fund that documentary that exposed Sneddon and the Media?"

Website to donate is now up:
http://mjjforeverinnocentfoundation.org/

Mission Statement:

To produce a true to life documentary taken from the Official Court record and other eye witnesses records on the Trial of Michael Joe Jackson in 2004-2005, made for television, and events leading up to and after that event, where a jury found him NOT guilty of all 10 felonies and NOT guilty of 4 lesser included misdemeanors.

This looks like a scam to me...Please keep your money.

If he wants to produce a documentary...he has several avenues. Asking fans for money is not the way to go.

How exactly is a documentary will " PUT SNEDDON where he belongs, and get JUSTICE for Michael J. JACKSON " ? Is he connected to the LAPD?

Sad that people are gullible and some will fall victim to this nonsense.

Oh well...survival of the fittest. If one gets screwed.. probably deserves it. Sad..but true.

I corresponded with this man personally during the trial, and he seemed very legitimate. He provided info about Sneddon for my articles. I know from my various correspondences in Santa Barbara, during the trial, that there is, in my opinion, great corruption in the S.B. P.D. I would not be so quick to dismiss what Wagener has to say, ok? Anything he has to say that would clarify to the public that Michael was targeted and abused (trial) is not a bad thing. So, be careful, and do the research, and do not be quick to dismiss him?

Completely agree.

This thing of "fans have to give money" ... be sure, it is not anything good.

Why have to have money involved... always? I do not understand.

To me, it does not smell good, but it is my opinion. :fear:

Been following Wagener's channel for a while and I do trust him. He was there during the trial, one of the few media outlets to report the truth. I don't think he's trying to scam anybody. He has my support anyway.

Hi everyone i'm new here, I just wanted to say that I trust him, he has over hundreds of mj videos regarding the mj trial in 2005 and he says how unfair it was. If he is not a scam, he just need our help to get this out.this is a Beneficial documentary for mj that will tell tue truth a obout mj. I will help him because is a good cause

I don't think it's a scam. And of course u should know more info before u decide to donate or not. U might want to visit his website and youtube channel first. Not everyone is bad, and some do want the truth to be told not just in books but, where everyone can see. Watch his sit down interview with T-mez on his youtube channel too, where T-mez think this is a good idea.

I believe Wagener is Legitimate--I've followed him for years. His heart is certainly in the right place but I must say that I feel weird about this campaign. He wants us to raise 20 million dollars to make a documentary thats purpose is to destroy one man's life. If we, as a community of Michael Jackson fans, were able to raise 20 million dollars what would we choose do with it? Would we use it to help put Sneddon in jail, or would we use it to help children's hospital and charities and make MILLIONS of lives better?

Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate what William trying to do, but it just seems like such a waste of money. The court documents and transcripts are available online. People who want information about the trial just have to look for it. As far as I'm concerned, if people are still ignorant about the facts in the case, it's because they choose to be. So many things have come out since 2005 (FBI files, Aphrodite Jones book, Larry Nimmer doc etc, etc.) and it is my belief that any information that is leaked from here on out will only support Michael's innocence. I'm still hoping that the someone from the DCFS would speak to a reputable news agency rather than as an anonymous source for Radaronline. There's also those phone tapes of Chandler and Schwarz (sp?) that I think may still be in the hands of Anthony Pellicano. I'm hoping they might be released eventually. And who knows? Maybe Jordan might summon up the courage to come out publicly and state Michael never touched him? We all know he's been saying it privately for years.

Sneddon's imprisonment is not worth 20 million in my mind. If he wasn't at least reprimanded and called out for falsifying the fingerprint evidence (right in front of the judge and grand jury mind you!) then it's clear they let him get away with anything. They didn't care then, I don't see why they'd care know. If Michael was convicted due to the fingerprints, we might have a chance with this. The jury saw through it though.

I have respect for Mr Wagener but will wait until we have more information about this project.

I understand the concern over how this will turn out in the end? But, I just wanted to post it to share the info just in case others heard of it or wanted to help out if they trust this? So please don't shoot the messenger. =(

I'm not being gullible because I been watching William videos on MJ for some time now and he seems sincere and T-mez trusted him enough to finally take his request to be intervewed not to long ago. William talks about his plans for a doc to T-mez and he thought that it would be a good idea. But, we shall see, right?

By the way I spelled Williams name wrong on the thread tittle....lol Can someone changed it for me? Thx

I have been watching his YouTube videos about Sneddon and his interview with T-Mez for a while now. Just a few weeks ago I found him on Tinychat with a group of MJ fans discussing this project.

I trust him. In that Tinychat room, he said that he doesn't want any fans donating more than $50 because they might not be able to afford it and he doesn't want them to lose their house or something like that. If he was after our money I don't think he would set a limit.

I'm happy this is finally set up.

I'm totally agree.
Keep your money guys! And be careful! Michael's name was clean long time ago in a court. If some people doesn't believe that Michael is innocent till today they never believe and tomorrow.

I think he can be trusted too.. He was there from the beginning defending MJ and calling out Sneddon and his team for their corruptness. During the trial he was a huge help. He said that MJ would not be convicted, and how obvious it was that Sneddon set that whole thing up with the Arvizos right after Bashir aired. Sneddon was looking for years and as soon as Bashir aired he found someone that he could get to turn against MJ for his own personal vendetta.

Mr. Wagener can be definitely trusted. He's a man who fights for justice. Not only for MJ, but for all kind of people. People who are not heard of in public. I've already donated and I will again.

Exactly. Why do these people feel that their documentary will change minds? michael moved on from the molestation talks years before his death.

He had peace of mind that he was innocent...If he thought he needed a documentary to clear his name, he would have financed one himself.

Why are all these people suddenly want to collect money from fans to clear MJ's name? If after the "not guilty" verdict some feel he was guilty..no documentary will change their minds. Just like those who convince themselves MJ is still alive... You could take them to Forest Lawn to see MJ's remains..they'd still believe he's alive.

Move on from rehashing these molestation stories... you guys don't help by constantly bringing them up..reminding the general public that he was once accused.

MJ moved on...Until the kids come out & admit they lied...no one will change minds.

^^ Although i agree with you on being carefoul where we give our money, the thing is that those allegations are part of Michael's legacy. This is the truth. Even if we don't talk about them or don't discuss them, people will always know that MJ was accused in his life. I believe that is a good thing when someone wants to seriously investigate those allegations and present his facts on the pubblic. Whether we like it or not the media and especially the Tv has enormous power. It can rise people or it can destroy and lead them straight to hell in just a second (see MJ). Up until now, there has't been a serious documentary or show to present the facts about the 2005 case in a vast public. I believe that the more tv programms or documentaries there are about those allegations, the better. People are too lazy to read transcripts or artciles or whatever. But TV is an amazing way to present your truth. And yes, a documentary can change people's mind because the general pubblic doesn' know the facts. They just know that MJ was aquited and they think that he was because he was famous or because he had good lawyers and things like that.

By the way by not wanting to talk about those allegation, is like saying that we have something to be afraid off. No, we don't. Michael was innocent and that trial was a travesty in so many ways. This documentary actually it is done very late. There should have already been thousands of proramms on the trial. But there aren't and that for me is very weird and suspicious.

the accusations won't defined MJ's legacy...right now, I only see money grubbers taking advantage of fans. Like I said...MJ lived his life & did not feel he needed to bring this up in interviews or documentaries.

Until the kids themselves come forward....this is just spinning. Only fans will watch...just like only fans bought A. Jones' book.

I have nothing against his documentary per se..if he feels so strongly about it, he should go ahead & self produce it & recoup his costs from selling the distribution rights.

But I am emphatically against him asking for millions of $$ from fans. A documentary like this wouldn't cost 20 millions by the way...Not even Michael Moore's docs cost this much.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!

William Wagener = money grab... If he had anything the feds don't got, that's who he sould be going to. Not trying to con the fans into paying him to tell them what he got.

I referred him to the United States Department of Justice w/a contact and told him if he didn't stop soliciting funds from the fans, he was going to be reported

he had backed down..is he back at it again? Because I still have my contact. I encourage all fans, to contact the state attorney's office and http://www.justice.gov/contact-us.html

An MJ fan on Twitter this morning

Here is a VERY interesting youtube clip

MJ moved on...Until the kids come out & admit they lied...no one will change minds.

Basically!

And if the Jackson's are so in support, are they financially supporting this too?

I just think fans should be very careful and get as much information as they possibly can before donating any funds.

I agree.

I don't know what to think about this.
Wagener have a few things against Sneddon, and that's good BUT I think this documentary it'll only help to his purposes because outside the fandom nobody knows or cares about Sneddon. I think the only way they can clear MJ's name outside the fandom is through Jordan's confession, just my opinion.

Yes, he does seem very reliable. ..But gonna save money to help kids personally than give it to someone whom I couldn't possibly trust, like they're from the Bible or something. ..

I'm tired of all such projects and dwellings on a very very painful past. The media is set on their ways as is the general public. I don't see how this would work to change something, like it didn't help when Larry Nimmer's documentary was out; haters are always gonna be haters and time can be much better spent than trying to change their minds. This is the painful, almost unreal reality in Michael's world that's made me this... well, realistic, gloomy, but I'd say realistic... Everybody writing books, doing interviews, documentaries, releasing perfumes yadda-yadda and the list is endless... It gets nauseating...

The judicial system and the lurid corruption in it should be exposed indeed, but how would a documentary help to change that and what means of promotion for something allegedly this positive and Big could get the truth Out there for the public to see?... It has to be this massive campaign, but since the media are silencing the truth with every chance they get, I don't know... If it materializes, it will mostly, if not only, be taken into consideration and appreciated by Michael's fans. ....

And am still not liking, nor trusting the idea of yet another foundation in his name... Guess I don't trust most foundations, and rightfully...

Theres no denieing what wagner did during 03-05. And its certainly upto fans what they want to do but u have to be sus of ppl asking for such large amounts of money to make something that wont ever go any further than a internet t.v station.

I would love for the whole world to see what the yellow jourlist and Sana Barbara Police dept did to Michael. They lied on Michael in front of the whole world tried to take his freedom but I guess taking his life was even better. If I could write a check to day I would. Every one needs to know the truth from beginning to end.

I don't have a problem with williams wagener he can make his documentary,
But by god my fellow fans it is you all dipping in your pocket why so much scam coming our way.
And some jackson's are in this projects, should send off a red flag.
As far as I know when that jury came back in June 2005 with 14 count of not guilt verdict MJJ was clear.

If people did not believed it then no documentary is going to change there mind know, asking MJ fan for 20 million is wrong.
Did anyone investigate if charges can be brought agains that Tom Sneddon's? And if so Why MJ never sue him?
How is a documentary going to get TS in prison?
I think we should stop being gullible and if we real want to give money give it to a charity Mj support and buy a plant and plant a tree, buy some Mj song you don't have.

http://mjandjustice4some.blogspot.com/2011/06/dresses-from-neverland.html#comments. Buy some fabric and sand to this chariy,
In this hard time why is someone asking of us to give 20 million by Mj birthday?

And

I would like to see a breakdown of expenses outlining why the project will cost 20million. Does anyone have information about this?

I don't know this guy from Adam and so I don't have an opinion as to whether this is legitimate or not but from my point of view....

Firstly, he is asking for anything between $20 and $50 MILLION dollars to create this documentary... WOW! I'm sure I could make a whole movie for that much!

Secondly, if he did take this money from the fans and create a kick ass documentary, he could sell it around the world for a lot more than he is asking for... is there any suggestion that donators will share in the profits??

Thirdly... sure the Jackson family would support this, if it will "probe" Michaels innocence then of course they would support it! But to support it verbally and sponsor the whole thing are apparently 2 different things!

And lastly, if he has the information and the "proof", then there are other ways of getting that info out there, and make money out of it (If that what he wants) without creating a $50million doc!!

Just my opinionm x
