Shannon had everyone convinced that we had a big birthday party planned LOL and MJ was gonna be there and NO ONE picked up the subtle clues like the fact that she had posted it before midnight but said she just got off the phone after MJ called her at 2am and they spoke for 2 hours LOL The members took a bit to respond.. being wary etc but then they couldn't help themselves... they wanted to believe it was real so they got into it LOL
ChiChi and I staged a huge falling out and Shannon was dragged into the bickering... it was all so very fake, I mean I called Chichi a purse swinging queen!!

It was so big that the news spread to all the other MJ boards

I gotta get another one ASAP..

I walked into work and not even expecting it.. See, my place of work has new owners as of Nov. 2007of last year.. Most of the employees from the old owners either got fired or quite.. I was the onlyone left. (aside all new people) The old owners ran the business as a francise, they made a lot of money so they could afford to pay us more.. Now these new owners could not keep up with my pay, so they let me go.. They are keeping all these newer employees that are willing to work for less..

they could have at least gave me a notice or something.. Jobs expect you to give them a 2 week notice for what?? Same reason they should give us. Now I'm jobless the day I find out..

^^ (KOPV) I was concerned that maybe this came to you as a shock. That is so very hard.

It is very typical when new owners come in to do a purging of old employees. I see from what you are saying here that paying less to employees was in their mind the whole time.

This may still turn for the good yet. I will pray you find a new and better job as soon as you can.

Time to trust, huh?

Sorry you have to go through it, but wait and see how things end up. Keep us posted. :)

this just crossed my mind.. It's not but WHAT IF they were to call me and tell me it was an april fools joke.. OMG!! I would be pissed..


But it's not, they would never do that.. that would be tooo messed up

Good luck with your major job hunting and I will pray that your wife and close friends will be a great support for you as you wait this thing out. :hugs:
