It looks like that comment was cut from the televised/streaming video of her interview, unless they plan on airing it tomorrow... At least Paula knows who really is the biggest star in the world and isn't afraid to admit it :D

But if Michael was really planning on appearing tomorrow night as a surprise, I doubt that Paula would so easily and readily divulge and fuel such speculation... Who knows!

A season finale just wouldn't be complete without the annual speculation of an MJ appearance :lol:.

I was watching this jacked up gossip show on E! last night and this dumb chick said she heard the biggest star ever is supposed to be on AI and that she thought it was Michael. She proceeded that with a fu*ked up joke which I won't repeat, stupid bi*ch. But there is speculation.

You obviously have been missing out on Paula's screw ups over the past couple of seasons!;D

I'm gonna control any excitement and just wait and see what happens tomorrow, 'cause if he does'nt appear then Paula should be glad that I won't be able to reach out and slap her via the t.v.!:D

Yeah loni love on 'Chelsea Lately' but it's comedy show so did you really expect that they were gonna go without making a f*cked up joke?

How could Paul do this to us? Why would she say it so casually like that? I mean why wouldn't there have been a leak by now? After all, AIs goal would be to get as many people as possible to watch. So why wouldn't they leak it?

Paula, the leak? Well now that would make since. But what is he going to sing? I hope he is not going to sing something old. How about the first new single? Now that would be amazing!

Regardless, now that she has said this and it has hit the media, people are gonna tune in just to see it. How many days ago did she say this? Was it today or yesterday?

I'm not sure when she said it. Of course, it might make some sense in corolation with what Robin Leeche said the other day about Michael releasing a new single next month. Of course, this is all purely specualtion, lol.

Well yeah it was but all i'm saying is that I don't think you should be surprised to hear someone saying something stupid about him or anyone when it comes to these programs.

Well, either way at least we'll only have to wait a day to find out! Last year the rumors about him appearing were circulating out of control for at least three months before it was put to rest. I was thinking it'd be Madonna but I guess she's in France at the moment. They are also supposed to have some tribute type thing like they did with Elvis last year.

If by "biggest star in the world" they really mean "one of several popular artists from Europe", then yeah, that's it.

Well, E! says George Michael will perform "according to a source"

The big surprise guest performer during the American Idol finale tomorrow night will be “Freedom” hit-maker George Michael, a source has exclusively revealed.
Earlier this week, producer Nigel Lythgoe refused to reveal who the artist would be, only saying that the “biggest star in the world” was coming to Idol.
The appearance will time in nicely for the former Wham! frontman, who starts a 20-city tour on June 17 in San Diego in support of his recently released two-disc CD, Twenty-Five.
A rep for Idol would not confirm Michael’s appearance, while a rep for the singer could not be immediately reached.

I don't mind either way, because Michael shouldn't go on a two-bit wedding singer contest like AI anyway. If he does, that's fine, but he really doesn't need to and they sure as heck don't deserve him.
