Official: AllGood Entertainment Sues Michael Jackson

I for one just don't understand where all the money is suppose to come from. I can't believe raymone is suing him for $40 million......I mean, for doing what exactly?...Being a rubbish spokesperson?
And then this, how can an aggrement be worth $20 million, when nothing has even happened yet? Where do they get their figures from, and how do they expect MJ to pay it?

this is why MJ is regarded as flaky..cus a** holes interrupt any good thing he's tryin to do. any event he's tryin to put together. any album he's tryin to put out..any concert he's tryin to do. every time, since he bought the beatles catalogue, since 1985, people have sought to interrupt him.

the bigger he got, the more that people saw money in their eyes if he was about to do somn.

it's not MJ's fault he doesn't do a lot of things these days. it's THEIR fault!! their love of money is the root of all their evil ways.

if he decided not to do any events anymore, i wouldn't blame him.

True in some respects, but the other side of this is that they wouldn't be able to have his shiz interrupted if he had his affairs in order. Somewhere, the door has to be left open for shiz to happen.

Why are we even posting articles from TMZ? As if that source is even reliable, it totally is NOT! Nobody should even visit that site, they ain't worth it. Let's just hope we soon get some word about what the hell is gonna happen to the O2 shows now....damn i just hope this ain't gonna ruin it all.

I am so confused. This became a great novel, is so ridiculous! It seems that Michael is chased by people and that God is testing him every hour to see how they hold. :(

I could not open the PDF files, which they say? Then there is a contract that was signed and Frank Dileo is in the midst of this? Why he has not appeared?

Indeed story not all that concerns me not one bit. Michael went through many trials from God, is a human being so blessed and so strong to overcome problems and have already gone through much worse things than that and managed to survive, so I'm sure he will once again a winner too war against him. I hope he has competent lawyers to help resolve this issue peacefully and to reach an agreement beneficial to both parties.

man they are after him no matter what, it never ends

how does anyone have their affairs in such order if a lot of people are coming at u at the same time? we only know of the REPORTED lawsuits. and it's easy to make that assumption that he doesn't have his affairs in order when we're not walking in his shoes. his career is unprecedented. people with lesser careers have eventually split up, or have been done in by their handlers. we really don't know what it's like, behind the scenes.

A lot of careers are unprecedented, that doesn't have anything to do with it. What I meant was that if you have solid legal foundation for agreements/deals/whatever, they can't take you down, unless you messed it up somewhere. That's what I meant with having things in order.

I'm sure there are those who want to interrupt his stuff based on nothing, that's not what i'm talking about, because those are dismassable for having absolutely no impact. However, I'm talking about the cases where he's actually being sued or affected in some way.

Michael is definitely the most sued person ever. For God's sake , it's getting ridiculous!!!!

You don't understand these don't really matter, the AEG deal is so huge. This happens all the time with many of the artists around. It's better to leave something to get something better. And it's not greedy but just reasonable.

He is a walking lawsuit magnet!

prob cause there isnt any

:doh::doh:lets hope

You're correct elusive. That "might" explain why AllGood didn't attach any of those signed contracts to their complaint.

Attaching those documents "might" fill in the blanks as to "what Frank actually promised" and "what Frank was promised in return."

now that would be stupid. they'll have to show it at one point, lol! but no one said they're smart, i guess-_-

I think there needs to be balance here - we do not know the level of Michael's "blame" in this case. Anybody can sue.

Until more details emerge and we know EXACTLYwho said what, did what and for whom, we cannot honestly lay too much blame on Michael's door. Note, I am not saying that I think he is totally blameless, I am just saying that until we ascertain more FACTS, we need to reserve judgement.

If it does emerge that Michael could and should have dealt with this in a different manner THEN we can all give him a verbal smack around the head!

How about a little WARNING to the 'AllGoodEntertaniment' company from the MJ fans community, maybe boycotting them like Tommy Mottola ...

I have said this all along....Good luck with these shows. IF they even happen, Michael will NOT do all of the shows scheduled. NO WAY. And it will end in a lawsuit. I don't mean to be a killjoy but it is what it is. At some point you have to point your finger at Michael because he is making poor management decisions. This has been going on for years and years. Really no surprise here.

well..as for me, and my opinion, i'll just say this. it's funny how i never hear a lot of noise around big companies that suddenly fall or are bought up, like Chrysler or GM. then, suddenly, the announcement is made that they're falling or are bought up.

but there's always a lot of noise made around MJ, and he's still standing.

so ima start to assume that companies and acts that we don't hear noise about, i'll wonder if they're really alright. and for those who i always hear noise about, like MJ...i'll assume MJ is doing his job right. i ain't goin down the road of goin back and forth on this stuff again. i'll just hold to my feelins on it.

for me, it's impressive. i truly feel sad for GM..but i gotta say, it's impressive that MJ is still standing, while a great auto company has fallen. (or has been bought by the government, which, to me, is the same thing)

as far as being 'taken down' as u say. they haven't done that yet.

yeah..i keep hearing the threats. but, so what? until he IS taken down(IF he is), it's just noise. that's how i feel, cus i've heard the noise for years, now. that's how i feel.

i just can,t beleive it,whoever is responsable for mjs management should be sued, they will do anything possible to stop these concerts from happening,

Well well well, what a surprise this is. If there's anyone here who didn't see this coming, raise your hand up! *looks around and sees no hands in the air* Yeah. That's what I thought.
I refuse to worry unless someone announces all the shows cancelled. Which I don't believe will happen, but we'll just have to wait and see I guess.

Well of course you are entitled to your opinion. However I don't see how you can compare a recording artist like MJ to an auto company like that. The auto company doesn't have the same amount of ventures or commitments, and its a vastly diffferent kind of entity. And, there WAS noise about these companies, for a while, the fall doesn't come out of the blue. The car company is going down because they breached contracts, they can't sustain their costs. Different animal.

i doubt mj,like the rest of his family is/was even aware of this "deal"

Well we heard from the brothers already.

Now I would LOVE to hear what Janet Jackson thinks about Frank DiLeo signing an agreement on her behalf. I'm thinking, that Mr. DiLeo "might" be facing another lawsuit.

It's funny how some fans can't look at the bigger picture and they keep defending Michael and feeling sorry for him. When you keep having lawsuit after lawsuit, something isn't right. This isn't normal. This is just a matter of Michael making poor decisions. There is a price to pay when you make bad decisions. Can you get your money back if Michael cancels most of the shows? I would look into that because that is what is going to happen. If Michael can do all the shows scheduled, that's great. I really hope he does. It will be a real treat. But I would be shocked if he did. Nothing is done normal by Michael Jackson anymore. Someone is giving him bad advice but he keeps listening to it. When will he learn.

i also compared MJ to other artists. like TLC. i've never heard noise about them, until AFTER they went bankrupt, and they told the stories later in life. while they were active, i've heard nothing but good things and their songs being constantly played on the radio.

That reminded me of my dad, lol. He always says things like that to me when I say about the shows. Time will tell...

And one more thing: If Michael wasn't aware of all of these shows they scheduled him, he knows this by now. Make a press release and say you can't do them. Be honest. Explain what happened and that you are sorry. Do we really have any confidence anymore that he is doing all of these concerts?

Sorry, but this particular lawsuit is about more than MJ, it's also about somebody signing on behalf of his ENTIRE family. Who most likely does not have the authority to do so.

Is that Michael's fault also?

Amen. some want to look on the dark side, when the result hasn't happened yet.. some don't, when the result hasn't happened yet.
