A lot of Chernoff's statements have been very strange... even stranger is the suggestion of an autopsy- they would have done one anyway. Surely they didn't need a "suggestion" from the doctor to do one?
Yes, some of this attorney's statements have been 'strange'. One such statement was when he said the doctor "didn't give him anything that would have killed him". I can understand him siding with his client, but unless he is a medical examiner and examined MJ, how could he make that statement? How would he know? He wouldn't. He wouldn't have any
way of knowing something like that.
About the doctor not knowing the addresss of the house. I agree with everyone on that plus the fact that is there a big
100 on Michael's gate? And he'd been there
how many times???
I feel there is something seriously
wrong with this entire "Diprivan" story. I feel it is a scent designed to send everyone sniffng up the wrong tree. The first thing is the origins of it.
The media have the whole world thinking about Diprivan/Propofol (spelling!) when all the while, from the beginning there has been NO tox report. In recent weeks it was "reported" that Conrad Murray admitted to administering it to MJ but that was weeks after the "nutritionist" claims MJ tried "desperately" to get it from her.
Did he really?
Do you call desperately trying to get something, making a phone call to someone you haven't talked to in MONTHS who has ALREADY told you on NO uncertain terms, NO FRIGGIN WAY!!? Someone who even pulled out "the book" on you???
If he was so desperate to get it from her, what did he hope/expect/wish for her to all of a sudden do? STOP being a nutritionist and finally decide to change her mind to the point of changing her ethics, going out of her way to insert herself into a supply situation and FROM FLORIDA get it to him? Nobody desperate for something sends for it from an unwilling source from 3,000 miles away, sorry...just can't buy that.
Suddenly he'd expect her to become this "under the table, down-low, drug pusher" when she is a NUTRITIONIST who has already said NO NO NO? That makes no rabbit tailed sense to me at all.
The Propofal story came from HER initially. WHY?
A person desperate for something illegal or improper is not going to ask or beg a squeeky clean, wholesome prima donna NUTRITIONIST who not only already said NO but gives l
ong lectures and pulls out "textbooks" to support their big fat NO. Something is wrong with that whole thing imho.
I do not believe anyone desperate for anything, I don't care what it is, is going to call someone they haven't talked to in MONTHS, who ALREADY told them NO and who's role in the medical field doesn't even support them having easy access to it and from so far away at that.
I no longer believe there's any credibility to the Propofol story AT ALL right now - all because I feel the NUTRITIONIST has to be lying from the word GO.
But nontheless, all our speculations center around what Dr. Murray did to MJ with some Propofol because its all we've "got". I believe that whatever happened is even far more serious than Propofol could ever be, which is why that story was chosen over the truth. I feel its because it is "believable" given the "reports" about the oxygen tanks and its easy for the public to believe these "stories" that have been spliced together. The media have also somehow mixed it up with MJ's "drug abuse' which no reports have supported that I have seen thus either. We're all subject to media speculation because its all we've got right now but its looking very strange as so many have said - and if its true that that guy Ausheitz or something like that, owns media outlets, could that explain a thing or two? I have to go back and read that but one of you probably can correct me and know what I'm talking about ... that big financier who owns AEG and the whole bit ... *sigh* Makes ya wanna scream!
