MJ CLINICALLY DEAD Long Before Medical Help Turned Up at His LA home.

Weeks ago, when It was first reported how Murray's 2 employees were seen and clocked in at the storage unit at 9:22am the morning of June 25th, taking out boxes( to destroy key Evidence, imo), I knew then, Murray knew Michael was already dead at that hour, if Michael wasn't dead then, Murray knew he would be in just a few short minutes from then.

Having the 2 Employee's at the storage unit at 9:22am should speak volumes to any law official investigating Michael's death.

Of course he was already gone when paramedics were called and when they arrived. We knew that.
I wonder how much earlier he'd have had to call them, though... like how close they were to the storage unit. He'd have to call them, they'd have to grab their purses and the keys, go to the car, drive there and so on. I guess it depends on if the storage unit was a mile away or clear across town. Good grief, that could be 8-something AM then. I admit it sounds an awful lot like something nefarious. Or just a really bad coincidence. Inside I don't think (or want to believe?) it was anything other than a stupid doctor not monitoring him like he should have been. In other words, an accident. It hurts even more to think of the alternative

Edited to add... well, just looked it up and there's at least eight Public Storage locations within 5 miles of the Armstrong Medical Center in Houston, the closest 3 miles. Guess one could drive there pretty quickly. Or did they drive from home? Can't remember. Anyway, just saying.

100% in agreement where the employees taking out boxes is concerned. Though whatever was inside those boxes might not necessarily have or excusively have been to do with Michael. If Murray knew he was in the doodah over Michael he'd want any evidence of OTHER unethical activities erased not to do woth Michael too wouldnt he.

Either way I do believe the storage unit visit issue will be revealed. Those two employees aren't going to keep quiet

Yeah and he panicked like a babbling idiot.

Oh no...so on the ambulance photo he's... And they put that on the OK cover??

It makes not one particle of SENSE to say one does not use a cell-phone because one does not know the address. [/B]
Indeed. And no-one said it did. I said I thought he was lying about that, it's a ludicrous excuse. So why you're yelling about it in reply to me as if I said it made sense, I'm not quite sure.

The only point I'm making is that Murray/Chernoff has never said Murray didn't have a working cell phone. So finding out he had a working cell phone doesn't 'prove he lied' as you said. Because no-one ever said he didn't have a working cell phone. Like I said, that's all I'm saying.

That doesn't make his excuse for not using his working cell phone any less ludicrous of course.

Oh no...so on the ambulance photo he's... And they put that on the OK cover??

Thats right! Michael was already deceased when that photo was taken by photographer. Many media outlets believed he was already gone then too. Notice how alot of them immediately referred to that pic as "MJ's death Photo"?. They knew he was gone. Their sources told them.

Its frustrating that the hospital staff worked on Michaels body for more than an hour without success.. Thanks to Murray wanting Michael checked into hospital he made the tension so much worse by giving us all hope that Michael was still breathing/had pulse or whatever.. When he was infact long gone.. I had hope, I had false hope.. for as long as the hospital staff worked on him.. When Jermaine gave us the news my heart broke into pieces.. I wonder if the news would have gone down easier if he was pronounced dead at the house..

Unfortunately it probably wouldn't have gone down any easier for you(imo). Its just wrong all the way around.

He didn't have to die.

OK, let me get this straight. Murry went out to make a phone call BEFORE Or AFTER he found out Michael was unconscious? . And if he called some one it'd be may be @ 9am, to his Assistants in Texas.

Ok so if it is Before he found out Michael had passed that he made the phone call, Then Thats a Whole Mess(Meaning Maybe, just maybe, He knew Mike would not live and he told his assistants to take out meds. from the storage, and that means he did do it*Ended his life* that is)

If it is after he found out Michael had passed, then it'd be cuz to cover his A$$! and it would be said he wasnt aware that Mike was in a bad state.

If it is the 1st one...OH Man...OH...Man...

These are the official statements from Murray's attorney, taken from the attorney's own website, FYI. My comments are in italics.

Ed Chernoff Quotes About Dr. Conrad Murray

Ed Chernoff on Dr. Murray finding Michael Jackson:

“He just happened to find him in his bed, and he wasn’t breathing. Mr. Jackson was still warm and had a pulse.”

Subsequent statements by others render this scenario unlikely. Did Murray communicate with Frank Dileo in the morning and tell him that Michael had died? Phone records will corroborate, or not. He "happened to find him in his bed not breathing?" Wasnt he supposed to be monitoring him?

Why did Murray not bring Michael his breakfast at ten, as usual?

Other. . . . . .

“The doctor compressed his chest with one hand, braced his back with the other hand. He checked to make sure there was blood flow. There was. He was getting blood.”

What about breathing/oxygen? If there is no breathing, the blood is not oxygenated and brain damage and/or death occurs within four or five MINUTES!

I don't see how chest compressions on the soft surface of a bed could possibly be effective, unless the patient is an infant.

Ed Chernoff on calling 911:

“No one was coming. He tried to call 911, he picked up his cell phone but he did not know the physical address of where he was, finally at some point he ran downstairs to seek help and he ran into the chef in the kitchen and yelled for security.”

"Finally, at some point?" There is no connection between not using a cell-phone and not knowing the address. Why not just say, on the CELL PHONE, "Michael Jackson's house?" That would have been enough.

“Dr. Murray rode with Michael Jackson to the hospital. . . Dr. Murray considered himself to be a friend of Michael Jackson and he is very distraught over his death. He will continue to cooperate in every respect.”

Murray know very well that Michael was already gone. EMT's wanted to call time-of-death, but Murray refused. He didn't want a police investigation, and wanted Michael to "die" in a hospital? Didn't want to be the physician-of-record?

I suppose that "cooperation" included vanishing from the hospital and hiding?

Ed Chernoff on Dr. Murray arriving at the hospital:

“Conrad Murray was the one who suggested the autopsy to the family while they were still in the hospital. He didn’t understand why Michael Jackson had died.”

Uh huh. He knew EXACTLY why he died.

“Dr. Murray spoke to La Toya, Jermaine and Katherine. He spoke to the children after their father had died. He said the children needed to be told about their father’s death. He was available to the family to answer their questions.

So Murray is saying HE told the children about their father's death? Is that what this statement implies? And it wasn't Frank Dileo who told them? Frank SAID he did. . .

Ed Chernoff on Dr. Murray giving Demrol or Oxycontin:

“I can state unequivocally there was no Demerol or Oxycontin administered or prescribed by Dr. Murray.”

The tox-report, if not "spun" or tampered with, will show the truth or untruth of this.

“There’s nothing in his history, nothing that Dr. Murray knew, that would lead him to believe he would go into sudden cardiac arrest or respiratory failure. There was no red flag available to Dr. Murray, which led him to believe he would have died the way he did. It’s still a mystery how he died.”

Propofol was not a "red-flag?" Murray has no idea why Michael died? How about his giving him a general anesthetic at HOME? That might be a HINT?

Ed Chernoff on Dr. Murray being treated as a witness:

“Investigators have made it clear…that Dr. Murray is considered to be a witness to the events surrounding Michael Jackson’s death, and he is not a suspect. Dr. Murray hired legal counsel to help guide him through the police investigation process. The law firm was hired to make sure the police investigation is conducted properly.

Of COURSE he's a "suspect!"

Ed Chernoff on the investigation of Michael Jackson’s death:

“Dr. Murray didn’t prescribe or administer anything that should have killed Michael Jackson.”

Except for Propofol? "Should have" killed him?

Ed Chernoff on how Dr. Murray is coping:

“Based on Dr. Murray’s minute-by-minute and item-by-item description of Michael Jackson’s last days, he should not be a target of criminal charges. Dr. Murray was the last doctor standing when Michael Jackson died and it seems all the fury is directed toward him. Dr. Murray is frustrated by negative and often erroneous media reports, he has to walk around 24-7 with a bodyguard. He can’t operate his practice. He can’t go to work because he is harassed no matter where he goes.”

So sorry he can't "operate his practice." Who in their right mind would have this man for a doctor now?

The "last doctor standing?" He was the ONLY doctor who was with Michael.

Ed Chernoff on the July 22 DEA Investigation at the Houston Armstrong Clinic:

“We can confirm that a search warrant was executed today on Dr. Murray’s offices in Houston Texas. We reviewed the warrant and remained on the premises while the search was being executed. The search was conducted by members of the DEA, two Robbery – Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department and Houston Police officers. The search warrant authorized law enforcement to search for and seize items, including documents, they believed constituted evidence of the offense of manslaughter. Law enforcement concluded their search around 12:30pm, and left with a forensic image of a business computer hard drive and 21 documents. None of the documents taken had previously been requested by law enforcement or the L.A. Coroner’s office.”

But, hey, I thought he was not a "suspect." "Homicide investigation?"

Well, if Mike had been declared dead at the house, it would have been blocked off and investigated. So that couldn't happen.

Are you f**cken kidding, me.

You can't operate your practice. WHO GIVES A FU** YOU MUTHERF****. I dislike you STRONGLY

Michael is dead, you killed him. His children will NEVER see there father again.

All you care about is you practice. F*** u straight to hell for what you did.

He could have delayed reporting Michael's death because, he wanted to try and cover his tracks, and if propofol does disappear quickly he might have been hoping it would not be detected at post mortem and Michael could be blamed.

What ever happened Murrey is resposible. He killed Michael, either through his reckless behaviour or he was paid. He should be jailed and the key thrown away, arguably he would be safer in prison, I can see some disturbed fan somewhere getting hold of him and doing some serious damage.

Ed Chernoff on Dr. Murray arriving at the hospital:

That is just simple manipulation. Because if he kept quiet and didn't say anything, it would make people even more suspicious of him.

So sorry he can't "operate his practice." Who in their right mind would have this man for a doctor now?

The "last doctor standing?" He was the ONLY doctor who was with Michael.

He really was the very last doctor who stood beside Michael before he died. But he's not the only doctor. Dr. Kleine had been with Michael just a week before if I remember correctly...and plus...he was going into a medical clinic every other week or two. I believe Kleine was involved too, but Murray was to be the only doctor PRESENT. Because dying in the hands of more than two doctors in MJ's situation?? That's ridiculous. Their had to be just ONE STANDING to make everything seem believable.

Again, this is WHY he did not want MJ dead at the house. It would have made more sense to make it a CRIME scene. But if Murray really is innocent and did not bring Michael down on purpose, and really DIDN'T know anything else that Michael was taking, why would he worry so much and be so desperate to go to the hospital????

I wonder how long propofol actually stays into the system before it can't be traced. I heard only a couple of minutes. If so, by the time they actually did the autopsy report, wouldn't it already be gone?

A lot of Chernoff's statements have been very strange... even stranger is the suggestion of an autopsy- they would have done one anyway. Surely they didn't need a "suggestion" from the doctor to do one?

It's a facade. It's to keep up the appearance of innocence. I agree, it's crap, but that's why they're making such comments.

Yes, some of this attorney's statements have been 'strange'. One such statement was when he said the doctor "didn't give him anything that would have killed him". I can understand him siding with his client, but unless he is a medical examiner and examined MJ, how could he make that statement? How would he know? He wouldn't. He wouldn't have any way of knowing something like that.

About the doctor not knowing the addresss of the house. I agree with everyone on that plus the fact that is there a big 100 on Michael's gate? And he'd been there how many times???

I feel there is something seriously wrong with this entire "Diprivan" story. I feel it is a scent designed to send everyone sniffng up the wrong tree. The first thing is the origins of it.

The media have the whole world thinking about Diprivan/Propofol (spelling!) when all the while, from the beginning there has been NO tox report. In recent weeks it was "reported" that Conrad Murray admitted to administering it to MJ but that was weeks after the "nutritionist" claims MJ tried "desperately" to get it from her.

Did he really?

Do you call desperately trying to get something, making a phone call to someone you haven't talked to in MONTHS who has ALREADY told you on NO uncertain terms, NO FRIGGIN WAY!!? Someone who even pulled out "the book" on you???

If he was so desperate to get it from her, what did he hope/expect/wish for her to all of a sudden do? STOP being a nutritionist and finally decide to change her mind to the point of changing her ethics, going out of her way to insert herself into a supply situation and FROM FLORIDA get it to him? Nobody desperate for something sends for it from an unwilling source from 3,000 miles away, sorry...just can't buy that.

Suddenly he'd expect her to become this "under the table, down-low, drug pusher" when she is a NUTRITIONIST who has already said NO NO NO? That makes no rabbit tailed sense to me at all.

The Propofal story came from HER initially. WHY?

A person desperate for something illegal or improper is not going to ask or beg a squeeky clean, wholesome prima donna NUTRITIONIST who not only already said NO but gives long lectures and pulls out "textbooks" to support their big fat NO. Something is wrong with that whole thing imho.

I do not believe anyone desperate for anything, I don't care what it is, is going to call someone they haven't talked to in MONTHS, who ALREADY told them NO and who's role in the medical field doesn't even support them having easy access to it and from so far away at that.

I no longer believe there's any credibility to the Propofol story AT ALL right now - all because I feel the NUTRITIONIST has to be lying from the word GO.

But nontheless, all our speculations center around what Dr. Murray did to MJ with some Propofol because its all we've "got". I believe that whatever happened is even far more serious than Propofol could ever be, which is why that story was chosen over the truth. I feel its because it is "believable" given the "reports" about the oxygen tanks and its easy for the public to believe these "stories" that have been spliced together. The media have also somehow mixed it up with MJ's "drug abuse' which no reports have supported that I have seen thus either. We're all subject to media speculation because its all we've got right now but its looking very strange as so many have said - and if its true that that guy Ausheitz or something like that, owns media outlets, could that explain a thing or two? I have to go back and read that but one of you probably can correct me and know what I'm talking about ... that big financier who owns AEG and the whole bit ... *sigh* Makes ya wanna scream!

It's impossible to believe that none of the phones in the house were working.
That's another thing! You are a heart doctor with no way to call for help in the event of a heart emergency. Yeh ok. You said it best when you broke all that down AND when you said it makes NO SENSE. It doesn't. Make ANY. NONE.

Where did you all hear that it was blazing hot in the house? Could it be fireplaces were roaring (if they were) to destroy some things? Like what - we'll never know. The surveillance tape perhaps? Whatever happened to that? I've been out of the loop. Could the police have confiscated it?

Oh and another thing , if the pics that are media put it out of mike "death bed" are true ( not sure if u all have seen it) But beside the bed was a phone!!!

Well, if Mike had been declared dead at the house, it would have been blocked off and investigated. So that couldn't happen.

Which is what stuck out to me in the article. Murray was trying to avoid the automatic investigations that would have taken place if Michael was pronounced dead in the house. Also, according to the article, if pronounced dead at the hospital an autopsy wouldn't have been automatic but it was ordered anyway by the UCLA doctor who felt the situation was suspicious.

I have a strange feeling about the nurse too. Her and her fake tears.

I also remember a friend of the Jackson family said a bunch of times that "Michael does not BEG for anything." He said that it's just not MJ. And here, the nurse is saying he begged her.

okaay? And even if he "begged" her (which he probably did NOT) - what if she'd said YES, OK Michael Jackson, anything for you! Then what???? She's in FLORIDA. He can't sleep in CALIFORNIA. Not tomorrow or day after - - -NOW. Was she saying MJ was begging her to give him some kind of "hook up"? NO. She said MJ was "begging" her for the drug (AS IF she even should have that drug herself in the first place!! She is a NUTRITIONIST!!!)

According to her, she's not that kind of a healthcare professional who would even go there period! What nutritionist would a druggy go to for drugs??? A marijuana supplier MAYBE but a SURGERY drug? She probably doesn't even KNOW any anesthesiologists!! I mean ok who knows but why should she? She's in a TOTALLY different field of healthcare. She's in PREVENTATIVE medicine, NOT surgery!!!

Plus she's at least 3,000 miles away ta boot!

I'm thinking the Propofol was planted for the police to find that week later that they went into the house to gather "evidence". I think it was planted to support a story that would come out by this nutritionist.

I am not believing all these "viles" were laying around, along with "drip bags" and everything else, I.V. poles .. when the paramedics got there and they said not 1 word in the initial reports (patient is basically DOA in their opinions and they don't mention anything about anything odd such as I.V. POLES), or for that matter when the family went in there with the big truck and nobody in the family decided to protect MJ's privacy hence, Legacy, and remove that stuff be it right or wrong. In emotional crises, people follow their emotional instincts an go into "protection" mode, as demonstrated by their being there in the first place - to protect MJ's stuff in his inability to protect himself as he normally would.

I can see the family quietly sharing that information with a medical examiner - I cannot see them allowing investigators to go up in there and find it and splatter it all over the world - not if they had seen it first and could exercise a choice in the matter. That would be something they might feel is best to keep "hush hush" especially if they had issues with MJ and drugs. There would be no reason to suspect it to be a "crime scene" to protect if they felt it was all "addiction-related". Who thought it was a "crime scene" at that point? They just knew it was a mystery but if MJ had a "drug problem" taht would have been too much ammo for the press to speculate with. jmho and it may not make sense to some, but I just feel that people who are public figures with private hearts would do something to keep all that mess out of the press.... they had a big moving truck for cryin' out loud ... wasn't it Randy and Janet? They are not strangers to the streets. They are both pretty bold is my point. Even Latoya I feel would have done somehting to secure that "Propofal" stuff, or whoever it was taht went hunting for valuables to protect. The police go in and find "boatloads" of it, supposedly two and a half days after "nursy" said "no way" long distance from Florida. yeh ok tell me another one That's just another aspect that makes no sense. He's "desperate" for it on Sunday night. He's swimming in it by Tuesday night. *sigh* yeh ok. There's a lie somewhere and it will come to light.

I agree!

Plus, he supposedly has a doctor who has supposedly been supplying it since whenever that first chef, that male chef was saying he was seeing the oxygen tanks being brought out of the house through the kitchen door.

Fathers' Day, desperate for Propofol. 2 days after Fathers' Day, dead from Propofol.

Where was his trusty propofol provider Dr. Murray on Sunday when MJ was begging a NUTRITIONIST for something she couldn't possibly give him from 3,000 miles away even if she did want to which according to her he knew full well she did not as of 3 months prior....but he's gonna call long distance to "beg" a balanced-diet-guru for DRUGS. They still want the world to believe MJ to be stupid I guess. Stupid enough that he would beg someone who doesn't have something for something they already supposedly said they wouldn't give him (even if they did have it) which they'd have no reason to have in the first place.

I agree.

A nutritionist who deals with propofol. Michael would know not to call her.

I'm just wondering, couldn't Michael just have went to Dr. Kleine and asked for some propofol?? Kleine already seems like the person who will do anything for some Michael Jackson money.

And the family DID go into the house before anyone else and began removing everything. So all the investigators have to do is ASK whichever family members that went into the house, if they saw all that equipment lying around when they went into the house first. But I would assume Murray would try to hide it all.

But the family may also have kept the equipment in there assuming it would help prove that something Murray did wasn't right. After all it isn't normal to have medical equipment inside a bedroom, which he OBVIOUSLY brought since he's the 'doc'.
