I didn't have time to watch the complete concert yet, but did have a glimpse at "Black or white". Michael seemed to save his powers, his moves weren't as energetic at all as they usually are.

Did you notice that, too... or am I wrong?

he even went on stage when he was sick...i remember in Vienna at the History concert he had high fever and though he was a bit late he made the concert and it was amazing:)

Anyone got any footage from this concert?

Michael was defintly a trooper.. I have the flu now, but still going to work. If Michael can do dancing/singing while miserable. Guess he gives me the courage to do so as well :)

Its all over youtube... just search in there and u will find the hole concert.

I didn't mean to criticize Michael in any way, of course he can be tired or sick...

... it just was very surprising to me, his moves really looked like he's doing an off-camera rehearsal.

If you want to do me a favor, please look at Helsinki Black or white and tell me what you think...

He had problems during history tour. The same problems he had with this is it;it was hard for him to sleep, eat and drink.I don´t know when it started, maybe it was the whole tour. The doctors told him he would be risking his life if he would do more tours after history.

I became a fan because of that concert! :) They showed it on TV in Finland during the xmas break from school in 1997. I watched it and fell in love with Michael  I was totally in awe, he just blew me away!! I remember it like yesterday. I've been a fan ever since. So that concert holds a very special place in my heart..

This is from a interview with someone at Sony that Michael trusted.

CR: “This was years ago. I’m going to go back probably eight years ago and Michael told me, ‘Cory, I can’t tour anymore. I’m not gonna tour anymore. Ok?’ I said, ‘why Mike?’ He said, ‘Because it will kill me.’ That’s what he said to me. He said, ‘It will kill me.’ Why would you say something like that? He said, ‘Well, remember when I was preparing for my concert and I passed out at the Sony Studio?’ He said, ‘Well, it’s because when I get ready for a tour I get dehydrated. I don’t eat. I don’t drink. I don’t sleep. I put so much of myself into preparing for a tour.’

He said, ‘I’m not doing it on purpose. This is just something I don’t think about anymore. You understand? I’ve just become so driven that I can’t even think about these things anymore. They made me walk around with an IV last time. He said, ‘So I just decided, my doctors decided that maybe you shouldn’t do this anymore. He said he wanted to make the Invincible album work to the point where that was it. He’s done with the tour. He’s gonna do this Invincible album. He wanted to continue to put out albums. He said, ‘I’ll do albums till I can’t do it anymore, but I just can’t tour.’”

Right... I listened to that interview recently, too. And they put that quote in the "This is NOT it"-Trailer.
Looking back, horrible that he decided to tour again! :(

BTW, what does IV mean in this context?

I guess it means they gave him nourishment intravenous.
It was 12 years ago they warned him to tour again and this time he was eating at least once aday with his children. They could have given hem nourishment intravenous again, given him special food with more energy. The worst problem was that he couldn´t sleep.
Propofol helped him to sleep during the history tour and then he had a doctor who knew what he/she was doing.

I don´t know if you could see a difference between his performance in the beginning of the history tour and the end.

Do you have a link to that interview? I remember reading it, but I'd like to revisit that interview. It was full of information

I didn't find anything wrong with his dancing, but his face does suggest that either he's awfully tired, or has a nasty cold (like he's about to sneeze at any moment, lol). Maybe he wasn't feeling so well, but otherwise, he did great :)

I wanna know what that necklace was that he was wearing :D

well i didn't download that concert yet but it was obvious he had a cold in the Copenhagen one (14th Aug), while he was singing SC his voice was different & at the part where he "throws down" the criminal he couldn't pronounce the "C" in criminal
it went "you've been hit by, you've been struck by, a smooth riminal"

I'm sure I'll love it, too. Anything that's live is great ;).

Regarding Helsinki: I posted the tube link for "Black or white" above, maybe that's enough for you...

nothing is enough for me when it comes to Michael
it's the next thing i'm gonna download after the links in my download manager are finished
i hate how slow my internet speed is :boohoo:
so i'm gonna watch BOW now ;)
i hope this doesn't make me cancel everything i'm downloading to download the concert :D

I was there for both Helsinki concerts and he seemed fine to me.
He did hae the flu or something during the tour but for Helsinki he was fine.

I prefer if he didn't tour and be alive today. Doing albums was enough for me..aww! Michael, now that void you have left will never be filled.
Mybe he shouldn't do 2 and 1/2 hrs by himself, he should have guest performers, and lip sync.
