TMZ talks with Arnie Klein

That stupid "Michael Jackson Loves too urinate on Himself rumor" isn't new, It's been a gross rumor that appeared since tabloid type book was released in 1994 or 1995. Don't believe it's true though.

i had hoped that at the very least after june 25 ..... mj would finally have some peace. but boy was i wrong. i had never imagined the characters that were and are apart of his life for so long. just incredibly sad.

this topic especially the pee in front of people issue is being discussed widely. At another discussion place I actually came across to a story from a neverland employee - which I heard before and mentioned before - the swim trunks event.

according to these people / story : MJ was swimming with a group of children one day, after a while he went to the restroom to change and take a shower. One of the kids (the first accuser) followed him to the bathroom. This worker saw this kid going into the bathroom and followed to stop him. MJ told him to take the kid back to the pool. ( I think they told this to the investigators at that time as well).

they say at the interview with MJ and Lisa Marie Presley , LMP also mentions that the kids follow him everywhere even to the bathroom - they say that she is mentioning this incident.

So according to them the first accuser indeed saw MJ naked during peeing or taking a shower or changing his clothes only because that he followed MJ to the bathroom not because MJ exposed himself or pees in front of people. They say that part is rubbish.

Michael was had a professional relationship with Klein. He went there to receive a treatment. Michael got along well with Shmuley, Uri and Lester. Look how that turned out. These people were NEVER his friends. I wouldn't wish "friends" like those on anybody.

I've already said why Klein is saying these ridiculous things. He is playing into the tabloid image of Michael while defending himself. He is just trying to say 'I've done nothing wrong; I was just giving this eccentric man my services as a doctor.' He knows the attention is on him because of the murder. But as I said they will get him anyway for self-medicating.

Still it's really easy to guess that MJ had spots on his body; he had vitiligo all over. No need to snoop on him, anybody can just guess that.

Ivy, thank you for this update. This sounds more right than what Klein was saying. I simply cannot believe that MJ would ever do such a thing. It isn't like him at all!
And yes, I too think Klein is incriminating himself further.

i think he's seriously self medicating. that's the only way to explain his conduct. there is no way in hell he can do this w/ a lucid state of mind.

and YES he was the one who insitgated the 'im the childrens' father' rumour. he knows it. then he tried to back out of it once lk asked him if it was legit or not

Ignorant to think for a second that what Klien is saying could possibly be true and just like the poster above ignorant to believe Michael and Klien were close buddies! *rolls eyes* When with a little thing called common sense, you would realize Klien was injecting Michael and giving him medicated drugs to help him sleep and that's all it was about.

I was on some message boards and some people were saying the "white jew kids" should lose everything because their father and mother "klien and debbie " have alot of money and the little one "Blanket" should have something not because he is mj's kid but because no one knows who are his parents and the money should go to the BLACK family who mj came from . that was what Randy has been trying to do since day one . and some people " in the black community unfortunately " believe the family should control and get the estate not the "white" kids .


what does claiming mj used to pee infron of an audience has to do with the family or sending signals to them ? NOTHING .

He is receiving hate mails from fans , and he is frustrated with mj because his life is miserable now , he is considered the devil because mj used to visit him alot before his death. his self prescribing was exposed because of mj . and because of mj he is in big trouble with the DEA. a lawsuit will come from the family very soon . he will trash mj, they will trash mj more than him in the court . the matter will be:" give us money , we are not scared of your revelations that will destroy his legacy . not that we really care say whatever you want we will not set back when a goldmine is infront of us because MJ's reputation is at stake "

Then later on, admits that his "best friend" likes to "pee in front of people." This was the man Michael invited over for Christmas. And now the guy is trying to make him look like a freak.

Not defending Klein at all, but this was all hear'say and came from the mouth of Harvey Levin/TMZ, so who knows what Klein said or didn't say. For reasons of associations, media spin and conflicting statements with others, I don't take either of these sources at face value anyway.

The whole abuse/peeing nonesense is totally irrelevant to an ongoing investigation into Michael's death and seems like an unecessary Klein &/or TMZ attempt at character assassination to me. As for jaw droppers, either spit it out, or don't mention it at all. If it's relevant to the case tell it to the investigators.

Likewise the paternity issue. Though I find it interesting that they are saying Debbie Rowe planted the story

I'll just state some of the observations I found interesting or conflicting though:

Joe Jackson introduced Dr Murray to Michael, a previous source has claimed it was one of MJ's bodyguards; another that he may have met him via James Brown; that he lives in/is in mortgage default on a property at Red Rock Country Club, owned by one of Thomas Barrack's companies; further investigations to be done here to learn the truth about how Murray came on the scene, when and who he had contact with exactly.

That Michael hated his family had nothing to do with them etc... yet at the same time says the family tried to stage an intervention to save Michael twice the latest just before he died; and Michael, was with them at a family celebration in May and expresses his love for them recently as seen on the filmed TII rehearsals.


Interesting that it was said that Jason got a bizzare phone call from Frank DiLeo during the emergency and that Michael had eaten something and that the story was odd but it didn't look good?
That TMZ have been told Dr Murray called Frank DiLeo during the emergency period too. Not heard either of those things before, ~ True or not?
I surely hope all phone records of everyone connected to Michael have been checked; and also questions asked about why there were no working landing lines at the house and why Michael's phone number was unobtainable to some people who tried to return his calls to them just prior to his death.

That Klein & Jason were out of town for a month preceeding seeing Michael during the last 3 weeks of his life, i.e most of May. That Michael may have been being treated by other people at the offices whilst he was away, yet he seems to be charging for his services throughout most of May, the physician stated in the lawsuit submitted for all those treatments given to Michael is Dr Klein.
Also the vast number of visits/treatments to Dr Klein, is way in excess of the documented Dr's visits in other recorded timelines/photos of Dr visits Michael made. The lists are useful for cross-referencing.


No needle marks, muscular & weight loss rapid deterioration in health state in last 2 weeks, tallies with some other statements, yet contradicts other statements too ~ only one thing seems certain, some people are lying/putting out false information ~ the question is who and why?

Mickey Fines Pharmacy was using his name/he didn't prescribe all the drugs mentioned/in the names mentioned? True or not? Maybe other people were getting drugs for themselves/for the black market in various names and chalking them up to Michael's and/or Kleins tab? Why do TMZ and other media refer/show pictures of drugs found at Neverland, they are not relevant to this case.
What about the delay in searching the property this time?

Conflicting statements about whether Klein has ever given Michael propofol. All these other doctors Michael was supposedly visiting regularly for a fix, together with all the visits to Klein, all the reheasals, all the other projects he was working on & upteen things he did everyday etc... how did he manage to fit everything in?
If Klein knew Michael was addicted to stuff he didn't approve of and more importantly was such a good friend/family, why did he not stop pandering to this alledged vanity and stage an intervention himself then?

When do Hoefllin and all these other Doctor's Klein speaks of and all the people with conflicting information get their interviews?

& Last but not least, if Dr Murray is the sole target, why are the press talking to anyone but him? No sightings, no pictures, not camped outside his home/harrassing him? Not that I approve of it, it just seems strange media aren't harrassing him?
 
tmz may be raunchy and disrespectful at times but in no way will levin state something that someone said and it be false. he's a lawyer so im sure he has it on camera or recorded audio so klien can't come back and sue.

he's an asshat(klien) who needs attention. i think him and karen faye should hang out. they'd make the perfect couple

Murray & Barack connection is very interesting indeed. Barack is an opportunists , He used to be a billionaire when he first met mj but at the end of 2008 and the beginning of 2009 Barack was no longer a Billionaire , he suffered alot financially and lost huge part of his wealth . MJ became richer than Barack , if we are to believe TMZ mj had almost 1.5$ billion as assets , while Barack had 700 to 800 Millions before mj's death .

Barack story to LA times only a month before mjs death where he talked about MJ living in a two bedroom poor apartment in Las vegas when he visited him to "rescue him" did make me very suspicious of this man . Reports after mj's death confirmed mj was living in a mansion with Tennis and basketball courts in Las Vegas during that period .

all his talk about investing in publishing rights as a more secure way during financial crisis before mj's death and sending people to propose to buy mj's share in sony/ATV days after mj's death .

I thought I watched video footage of Frank DiLeo & Randy Phillips, talking about both Frank & the Dr Murray, being the ones to tell the kids, with a social worker there at the UCLA hospital.

Is this another discrepancy? ~ I'll try and find those videos and post the links:

I thought the call to Jason/Klein's office "it doesn't look good" sounds earlier, before he knew he had died? But I'm not sure then, I've never heard Frank mention this call.

Murray went with Michael to the hospital didn't he? If so, he would have been at the hospital when Frank got there and they were there together until after the family/children were told according to Randy Phillips's account I think. So, if Murray called Frank it would have been earlier I would think? but again Frank never mentioned this call either that I can recall, so I don't know.

Was there anyone who wasn't after it? I think the main people who wanted the catalogues have sort of got them in a roundabout way now myself, at least more control over them anyway, because Branca, Wietzman, DiLeo, Katz are all music industry with connections to Sony anyway.

I believe Thomas Barrack, Tohme, Jackson males & even Michael, had discussed various plans/proposals for Neverland, that didn't/have not yet materialised, as far as I'm aware?
