my feeling is that as he also mentions family unity etc in his tweets, not all the family (all the brothers) are on the same page in things related to estate, justice, criminal case etc.. so he might be only on the same page with Janet.

or he just uses twitter to send out messages and does not care about to follow anyone.

who knows.

I dont think Oxman represents the brothers (Jackie, Jermaine, Tito, Marlon).
In the Jackson 5 realityshow the brothers are having meetings with their lawyer Virgil Roberts.

"Virgil Roberts is Managing Partner and founder of the law firm Bobbitt & Roberts, which specializes in representing entertainment industry clients in television, film and music. Prior to this, Roberts was President of Solar Records, one of the most successful African American-owned record companies in the 1980s."

According to LeGrand's testimony, MJ had $10 million in accounts payable due & was highly illiquid before Randy entered the picture:

Thanks to ctotw of mjfanclub, there is a tweet by MUZIKfactory2 (just love her videos, she/he is genius) about the tribute in Rome which explains things which I suppose is part her opinion on the matter. Also Tito & 3T are involved:

Reason for Randy's tweets were b/c Italian MJ fans asked Jackson family & Oxman to do something about Rome MJ Tribute organizers who have been misleading fans that Michael is alive and he would be at the backstage, watching the tribute ONLY to have more people attend her Tribute.

There was an article in Italian newspaper with false claims that MJ is alive, so they can get more and more fans to attend the tribute under false pretenses . A Italian fan will translate the article, I'll post it as soon as I get it.

according to tito manager tito will be at the st kitts festival and they dont know anything thing about the rome tribute he made this statement on jacksonsource site also one of tito son was ask the same question and he did not know anything about it, and he would check into it.
 
i like the fact that oxman is presented as MJ spokesperson and legal attorney.....this rome "tribute" is bogus,I've never heard of the company organizing it,for something so big they should have contacted the main live music oraganizers we have.
and i really doubt they can book lo stadio olimpico.
I feel bad that they choose to do something so tacky here...one thing is to fool ppl with magazines and tabloids but organizing something in a 80000 capacity stadium and spoiling m's name like this??smh

I'm quite confused and imo this thing is getting ridiculous, the concert is a little over a month away and we don't know if it's approved (or even real) or not? :doh: :cry:
I've heard of this concert about a month ago from the TV news. Newspapers, blogs and forums have talked about it too.
I think it's time to release an official statement and set the record straight; the stadium where the concert is supposed to take place has a 72.000 capacity and who knows how many people bought their tickets already thinking it was something official...
These people deserve to know the truth; maybe they will go to the concert no matter what but at least they will know the truth.
I was thinking about going but if it's not approved by the estate I won't, thank goodness I haven't bought the ticket already...

I read somewhere - maybe the official site of Oxman or something - which B. Oxman officially represented Joe , Latoya, Marlon, Randy (before the recent event, of course) and maybe Tito (I'm not sure about him).

But he talks in "behalf of Janet" too ...
