Why should I be banned? i haven't insulted anyone i have put across an opinion that i have thats all. I have done it in a reasonable way.

Should i be banned for not having the same opinion as you? would be a boring place if everyone agreed on everything.

I agree. It would be best if they took off the Cascio tracks of this album. These are the only controversial ones, as far as I understand it.

You know what rather than the issue of the track being fake or not, I'm MORE pissed off with the attitudes some 'fans' are taking towards others right now.

Fake track or not, fans calling for other fans to be banned for having a different opinion is just pathetic.

This should be such a happy day, and now most people are left with nothing but confusion, anger and sadness...

The song sounds so weird, it doesn't sound Michaelicious to me at all, but I can't understand and/or believe how they could do this to us. How could they???

Michael would have needed a strong woman by his side, who could now take care of his legacy..

No, that has been finished for years. it was shelved because of the allegations/trial. I think Michael should have released it on the ultimate collection or maybe after it could have been a tv special leading up to the release.

maybe out of all the songs on the new album this is the most debateable song regarding his vocals so they are getting it out the way a month before the album is complete. When the album does come out we won't be talking about the BN song anymore but all the other great vocals (i hope).

There is only ONE part I hear that sounds exactly like Michael and could well be... is the Hee Hee at 4:00 and 4:01 < Just the note on that 4:01 is so like him.

No, I don't believe it is Michael Jackson's vocals.

I think Sony came up with songs that obviously were not finished, and then hired someone to "add" vocals...

This makes me think the One More Chance video is going to be lots of "back shots" of an impersonator dancing instead of Michael. I always wondered how they were going to show a video of an unfinished video?! *confused*

Anyway.. can't believe that this is how the fans are being rewarded.... waiting so long for NEW Michael music.

This simply isn't him.

Whatever you do, don't let them intimidate you. We are fighting for the justice and legacy of our deceased idol. He cannot fight, but we can. We are his army.

It's very clear that the MAJORITY (if not ALL) of that song is NOT Michael Jackson and I hope you won't let them tell you otherwise.

Make sure you're wearing wool-compatible Xray vision goggles when you talk to them, coz they may very well try pulling a nice little "yes sir yes sir 3 bags full" right over your eyes!

Be strong like Michael.

Don't you find it suspicious though that the Cascios cannot backup the authency of these tapes with anything? They say Michael ordered them to destroy the demos and other mixes. The hard drives of their computers are "destroyed". All VERY suspicious claims. We know that Michael didn't destroy anything he worked on. And isn't it a bit convenient for the Cascios that their hard drives which could be a proof are destroyed? Something is fishy here, no doubt.

I just listened to the song and I honestly do not know what to think. :( When I first heard "Michael" singing it did sound a bit...off to me. Do you guys really think that they would do this though? They would dupe the world into buying a Michael Jackson album that aren't even of his vocals or music? I wouldn't like to believe so but you never know. That's really sad and disappointing.
In my opinion, the only part that sounded like Michael was the "hee hee's" and the very end. Many of you have been fans for 20+, 30+, etc. years and can recognize Michael's voice anywhere, so I would put trust in you guys.

Well I for one have been jammin to this song ALL morning, I think its him, I mean we already know the kind of "MAJIC" producers can make in the studio with absolutley terrible singers, so I'm chaking the slightly different sounding MJ on this track, to many factors, one being his age, (and the fact that all of our voices change as we get older), and producers, (who obviously added a few things to the track to make it more "proper"). I like it.

No, you have to understand, that we have some fans, who listen daily (since 20 - 30 years) to his music.

They know every acapella, every single shout & breathe.

They don'T need to believe sony, cascio, producers... Ears are telling the truth!

If you still think its MJ, than its fine. But think twice... Why would all these people, would say its fake?

I have heard the song and it's definitely Michael Jackson.

If you don't want to belive that's it's upto you, but remmeber that if it was someone else, they could sue Sony for roayalties since they sang it and it was attributed to someone else who was then paid royalties.

If everyone and the dog can sue MJ, don't think an impersonator would miss out on millions in royalties.

So, let's lay this matter to rest, except for those who have their reasons.

I want to cry.

I mean this. I am sad that fans cannot hear the difference between an amateur and the greatest artist that ever lived. I am sad that Sony would resort to releasing a fake song out of all the hundreds of amazing diamonds Michael left them with. I am sad that fans have to -once again- endure confusion, pain and embarrassment. I am sad, that after all these years of being an active and proud Michael Jackson fan, today will be the day I say goodbye. I am done with it all.

Sony, you win. I'm gone.

Michael has been involved in the creation of this song, for sure, it has the MJJ feel to it in places. However, the singer singing 'Breaking News' on this version is definitely not him. The timbre is not his, some word phrasings aren't his, such as for "Michael Jackson", the falsetto resembles that of Darren Hayes, the crispiness of Michael's voice is also not there, and his 'aooww' onomatopoeia sounds like being Michael's from another song and they just attached it to this song. The 'hee-hee-hee' one also doesn't sound like his. The 'obituary' part is at most suspicious. The voice also lacks Michael's funky modulations and that slight 'buzzy' or fuzzy texture to it, his specific grunts, instead, that singer resorts to truly forced, unconvincing ones and the voice, overall, is weak, doesn't tickle or excite the ear the way Michael's does.. The atmosphere of the song, apart from the intro, doesn't cause excitement, that specific Michael excitement that makes the heart skip a beat or two. That's not him, but a very good impersonator. ... And the song, in my view, also speaks for itself as to why Michael didn't release it. It has a Malachi feel to it more than a Michael feel.

Sick what these companies do to play with fans hungry for new music.

Should I post links to some of the things members of the Jackson family have said about Michael over the years!?

i'm still laughing at the fact that some of them said Michael was not going to be in the 'This is it' movie' - and some fans believed them! - and that sh** soon died down when people saw how pathetic that statement was.

If we had all the 'not MJ' bull before Invincible was released, I am guessing the same people on here would have been crowing;

"2000 Watts is not MJ!! I have been listening to Mj since I was in the womb, and I tell you I KNOW it's not him!"

People on here KNOW very little, but ASSUME very much.

The sensible ones on here know that ASSUME makes an ASS out of U and ME!

Forget what MJ's family say. They have proved that they are not reliable when it comes to truth - even Michael knew that, which is why he had less and less to do with them over the years. They're a liability I'm afraid.

I have to say sth that many of the ppl here won't like it, but it's my two cents - Michael did live for LOVE, but he was also a VERY naive person at times. Some of the fans here resemble him for this.

Lay off Teddy Riley...

Before the release of the song the same people were bashing Michael's own FAMILY for speaking out against the track before we heard it.

Now we're digging up Teddy's personal financial history at a desperate attempt to answer our questions.
