Exactly and especially with very average (non Mike) songs on it, it can never ever touch a classic like Dangerous....simply not possible. And really, give it a week or alittle longer and some people will say different things. It's quite normal to go 'OMFG' when a cd has just been released, but after several listens and alittle while later...you'll realize it's not as incredible as you first said. Or at least, those are my experiences with alot of other music artist albums in the past. So let's just say it won't surprise me if that happens here too.
 
It makes you find the naysayers rather silly now, this album definitely does it for me.

does anyone know when the vocals for behind the mask were recorded, they sound very thriller eraish

However, I am afraid that is not happening. Some people have decided they will not buy the album, but they get the ilegal files. I don't get it either :no:

This album doesn't rank above anything else for me yet, and it probably won't, but I'm still REALLY digging it and I'm happy we have it.

Dangerous, Bad, HIStory, Off the Wall, Thriller, Invincible, Blood on the Dancefloor, Michael. That's my ranking. Maybe it'll overtake BOTDF, only time will tell.
 
But they really have to put Do You Know Where Your Children are? on the next album
come on that chorus is fantastic

Please!!! And Xcape too. We were given The way you love me now, so I guess it's time we get Xcape in full quality. And please, DON'T IMPROVE it, Sony!! We love the way Michael "destroyed" that song -_-
 
From what i've heard of the new album so far i gotta say that i really really really love that it has really strong melodies on it. Alot of singers now a days only seem to focus on beats. Yeah a song needs a good beat but the beat of the moment will become dated in a few years. Great melody will live on forever.
 
Gosh the whole thing is just a bit average isn't it?
What's in it for public when as a fan only much too soon excites me.

It's all good mj singing about a monster with outdated beAts will save the day lol.

Very average from the estate n Sony, and a tarnish on his record if I'm honest. They should be ashamed of themselves. Even another day sounds mixed up & weird.

I have heard it atleast 6-7 times now. - It has been on repeat ever since it leaked.

AND - I love it more and more for each listen.

I loved it at first and it just keeps growing on me - gets better all the time.

If this is all you can do why respond? You've already made your point the first time, no need to go about and attempt to force your opinion. Get out, and go play Dangerous all day, leave this thread to those who actually enjoy the music.
 
ive got to say im really impressed, its outdone all my expectations. When i heard they had done a mulit album record deal i was thinking we would get several albums with 2-3 killer tracks and alot of filler but i genuinly think EVERY song on the album is amazing and single worthy.
 
They are so cruel to put out an album like this, my heart is broken now...
