I can so remember now when MJ passed and how devastated Liz was. She mentioned she couldn't believe it and that she was packing her bags getting ready for London and how losing MJ just broke her heart. She mentioned how close they were and how much they really loved one another and how much she adored him. It made me cry then and it's making me cry now. Maybe MJ will be able to perform for her again in the heavens.. May they RIP..

R.I.P. Dame Taylor...
I just got home, and had a shock about this happening.

This is too sad to believe. I know you have been reunited with those you loved. The world has lost a great and good person. With your death comes the end of an era.

I was so sad to hear this.
It was on the news and they showed a photo of her and Michael together...that broke my heart....:(
This world is a very sad place.
It is geting harder and harder to stay happy and have hope for anything any more.

Couldn't believe when I saw this message come to my phone at work. May she rest in peace, I'm sure Michael gave her a massive hug when he saw her. Rest In Peace Liz-you were a true class act.

I just found out. So sad :cry: I thought she was doing so much better, too... She was such a GREAT friend to Michael especially during his darkest hours. She was such a beautiful person, too. God bless her.... Love you Elizabeth & Michael

I just heard about this, and despite her declining health recently, I'm still pretty shocked about this. :(

Though, I have faith that they're throwing her a huge welcome home party, and Michael is singing "Elizabeth I Love You" again, and again, and again.


R.I.P Dame Elizabeth Taylor, and thanks for being so kind to Michael, in his worst of times.

At MJ's funeral, Liz looked devastated. She said that MJ should still be here at the funeral. I really think on top of her health issues and losing her dear friend the way she did broke her heart. I remember how she pumped up so greatly TII and how superb it was and how it showed MJ's genius. I also remember last year Paris strolling her in a wheelchair at Universal Studios. I pray for Prince, Paris and Blanket. They lost their god mom.

Ok, now in no way do I want this to sound cynical or mean. Please don't take this message the wrong way but...


I'm very happy to see Ms. Taylor go. Of course, it's very bittersweet and I'm very sad to see she's left us, but the positive weighs more than the negative on this for me. I have high hopes she's with the Lord and with her family and Michael now. She was very old, and lived a very long and wealthy life (i mean wealthy in experiences and love, not riches btw), and, to me, she seemed ready to go! I know I don't want to live too long and watch all my friends and family leave without me. I'd start feeling jealous, lol, and would want to go too!

I'm very happy for her and I will be missing her very much!

I watched CNN and they had a story about her life and it was so tabloidish, I could not believe what I was hearing. I thought they would show at least some respect... Michael was mentioned as well. They said "she publicly befriended Michael Jackson, they appeared at red carpets together several times, and she even called him wonderful. But that was before his molestation trial". They made it sound as if she abandoned him. I am so pissed right now. F-kers.

I'm very strong normaly, not physically, but by my spirit, but when I learned the news, I was really shocked, empty and so sad...

I don't believe in God, but I need to know that the people I love are somewhere in a peaceful place, so yes, Mike and Liz are together and it's peaceful where they are....

Thanks for everything Dame Elizabeth.

Tito Jackson, brother of Michael Jackson, is sharing his deepest sympathies with the family and friends of Elizabeth Taylor in light of her death.

Like many stars who knew Elizabeth well, Tito was very appreciative of the humanitarian work the legendary actress did. But he also appreciated Elizabeth for being a good friend to his late brother.

“Elizabeth Taylor was an impactful person in this industry and on society as a whole,” Tito said in a statement. “I specifically admire her charitable efforts including bringing early awareness to HIV/AIDS.”

“Most memorable is her steadfast loyalty and unwavering friendship to my late brother Michael Jackson,” he added. “Liz provided a sense of relief and comfort to my brother at various difficult times in his life, and I appreciate that, may she rest in peace.”
