It's actually worse than that scenario. Both Kai Chase and Alberto Alvarez testified that they didn't have the keys to the house and the doors would have been opened by the people in the house mainly like the MJ's kids and nanny etc.
So you either will have someone inside the house letting the killer in or the killer having the key (in that case I believe it will be really narrowed as it seems like no staff had the key). so I think "stranger" or "random guy from the street" is out of the equation.
Some can argue a person with high level of access but still that person needs to be able to pass through all the security, Mj's kids and Murray undetected to carry out the murder. It seems not likely.
So how did murray get in each night. Do we know if Murray had his own key or had to be let in? If he had his own key (which would truly surprise me) he could have made copies.
No matter how it twists and turns, all roads lead to murray.
The following is from actual court testimony by Michael Amir Williams.
Q WHEN YOU GOT TO THE RESIDENCE TO CAROLWOOD AT THE FRONT GATE, WHAT DID YOU OBSERVE?
A WE HAD SECURITY OUTSIDE THE GATES BECAUSE IT WAS FANS OUT THERE. MADE SURE WE STOPPED, TOLD THE FANS HE LOVES THEM, MAYBE A FEW GIFTS, AND THEN WE DROVE IN THE PROPERTY.
Q AND WHEN YOU DROVE ONTO THE PROPERTY, DID YOU SEE DR. MURRAY'S CAR?
A YES, SIR. I DID
Q WAS IT PARKED JUST AS SHOWN IN PEOPLE'S 4?
A YES, SIR. YES, SIR. IT WAS.
Q NOW, WHEN YOU ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION ON JUNE 24TH AFTER SEEING DR. MURRAY'S CAR, DID YOU ACTUALLY SEE DR. MURRAY THAT NIGHT?
A NO, SIR.
Q DID YOU GET MICHAEL INTO THE HOME AND CARRY THINGS INTO THE HOME AS YOU DESCRIBED?
A YES, SIR. IT WAS THE SAME PROCEDURE. WE TOOK EVERYTHING TO THE STAIRS, AND HE SAID GOOD NIGHT. WE WENT INSIDE THE TRAILER, DEBRIEFED FOR A FEW MINUTE IT WAS LATE, AND WE HAD TO DO IT AGAIN THE NEXT DAY. WE KIND OF JUST -- EVERYONE WENT THEIR OWN WAY AND WENT HOME.
So, Murray's car was already there when MJ's vehicle arrived. In fact, it was stated in Oxman's suit that before MJ left staples a call was made to Murray to inform him that his presence was required at the house. It was normal for Murray to be at the house before MJ arrived home from rehearsals. The following testimony from
Faheem Muhammad confirms this:
Q PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, HAD YOU SPOKEN TO CONRAD MURRAY OR BEEN INVOLVED IN ANY PLANNING TO MAKE SURE DOCTOR MURRAY WOULD BE AT THE HOUSE UPON MICHAEL JACKSON'S RETURN TO THE HOUSE THAT EVENING?
A NOT DIRECTLY. I WAS PRESENT WHEN MR. JACKSON ASKED AMIR, MICHAEL AMIR TO MAKE SURE DOCTOR MURRAY WAS AT THE HOUSE WHEN WE GOT THERE.
Murray arrived at the house at around 1pm as stated in one of the search warrant documents,
'Video footage at the residence shows the above listed vehicle (Murray's) arriving at approximately 0100 hours.' Williams states in his testimony that by the time they arrived at the house with MJ, Murray's car was already there and they did not actually see Dr.Murray in person that night. We can deduce therefore, that Murray had already been let in. But let in by whom? Clearly security let Murray in at the gate, but who let him into the house? The children would surely have been in bed and it's uncertain whether anyone inside the house was still awake at 1am, or whether someone was expected to stay up until Murray had actually arrived. So it's unclear who actually let Murray into the house that night, especially as it was late. Unless someone can rule it out, the possibility remains that a member of the security team might have let Murray into the house.
I also came across this testimony from
Williams. Here he states that during the day, the front door would be left open. At night MJ would lock it.
Q FRONT DOOR, IS IT NORMALLY LEFT WIDE OPEN, UNLOCKED?
A DURING THE DAY IT IS UNLOCKED. AT NIGHT MR.JACKSON WOULD LOCK IT.
Q THE SECURITY TEAM WOULD ALLOW THE FRONT DOOR TO MICHAEL JACKSON'S RESIDENCE TO BE UNLOCKED?
A YES SIR, UNLESS MR.JACKSON WANTED IT LOCKED WHICH HE DID AT NIGHT.
Again, it's unclear whether there was a specific time at which the door would be locked, or whether the door was simply locked once MJ was inside for the night. Depending on what the protocol was for locking the door, it is possible that when Murray arrived at MJ's house the front door could have been open, since MJ was not yet home for the night. If the door was locked, was anyone awake in house at 1am to let Murray in? If not, did a member of the security team have a key? Not much is known about this security team. The security team would have been pretty familiar with the routines in the house, when the doors were open, when they were shut, what time MJ was likely to be arriving home, what time people in the house went to bed etc. Having said this, MJ died in the morning. If someone else was in the house and someone else administered the final dose to MJ, they would still have to escape the house unnoticed. Does anyone actually know who the overnight security were and what time they went off their shift? If something sinister did happen, the security team had the access/knowledge to pull that off in my opinion.
