Aaron Carter Claims MJ Gave Him Drugs *Update Post 41* Merged

He tweeted to Aaron, Rodney and Chris Tucker:

fdcascio Frank Cascio
I knew Michael for over 25 year and NEVER once did he use cocaine or suggest to anyone else to use cocaine. Never!!!!

you cannot defame the dead. so no.

This is why MJ should never hang out with these 15 year olds..

But I think the Estate can release an official statement with comments of all the people involved in this BS, like Jerkins, Tucker, Neverland Staff, NICK CARTER.... and deny everything, and what about the Jackson Family, they should do something...

Does anyone have Aaron on FB or Twit to him? Is the story using the same words he said when interviewed and if not why hasn't contacted TMZ or contact news to tell what was really said?

As for the family they are not going to be of help some have gone on TV and used the word addicted without going into detail so it is too late for that. Besides look at how fast and popular this article has become, now use your search engiene and count how many non-MJ Forum articles there are on the DCFS article where the authorities said they found no evidence of molestation? If you are lucky there will be 4, just 4 and it was published on the 4th of May 2011.

The author of this piece of garbage is a Dimond Wanna-be.

Aaron Carter still doesn't get a pass from me. First of all, he didn't even bother to come out and set the record straight as to what was really said. He just allowed and is still allowing this mess to fester.

Second of all, wasn't it testified during the trial that Michael would drink wine in a soda can when he was around kids because he didn't want them to see what he was drinking? I think this was when he needed to relax on a plane ride.

Anyway, if Michael went to that length to keep alcohol hidden from the youngsters he was around, it doesn't make sense to me he would be that bold to drink around Aaron Carter. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if Aaron Carter did take a drink on his own. But once again, because he was at Michael's house and he was a miiiinnnor, people would still make Michael the scapegoat.

That's why I do not like to have a bunch of people all up in my home----and especially young people. Because they can do things they're not supposed to be doing or getting into things they're not supposed to and the adult can be automatically blamed even if he didn't know what was going on.

He's nothing but a lying jerk. He knows exactly what he's doing. He and Corey Feldman are cut from the same cloth.

I really don't understand what is so shocking about an adult drinking a glass of wine in the presence of a 15-year-old. I mean, in many countries the legal drinking age for alcohol is 16. It's not like Aaron was a little kid. And even if he was a little kid, so what? How many of you have parents that like to drink a glass of wine or beer in the evening on occasion? There's nothing abnormal about it yet people act like it's a crime when Michael is said to have done this, for some reason. Hypocricy at its finest.

So basically Daphne gets Aaron SPECULATE about what COULD MAYBE happen and Daphne then goes and writes an article about it as if it indeed happened? F* her! This woman indeed needs to be exposed and sued!

Is there a way to somehow download and save this interview before she takes it down from her website?

The whole interview is in that crappy magazine, is not out yet so maybe that's why AC can't say anything.
But I'm not going to take away all the blame on AC until we know how is mentioned the police story.

People say it's weird just because Michael Jackson was doing it. They'd call Michael weird just for sneezing and blowing his nose

I been seeing people drinking in front of me family and not family since I was 4. We had many parties at my house. lol But, u know it didn't make me drink or mess my life up.

Crazy how people complained about MJ and that whole Peter Pan thing and the minute they here he was just like any other dude that to becomes an issue. o_O Hypocrites indeed!

Well Michael wasn't allowed to do that. Like he wasn't allowed to have adult magazines in his house, get married, have sex, have children, have animals, drink, eat meat, have a house like Neverland. We wasn't allowed to because he was Michael Jackson. Everyone have can do whatever they want in their house but Michael, for some reason, didn't have that right. It was freaky and bizzare.

The estate need to act on this, it's outrageous. I am so angry right now. That video does not match the quotes in the article. That tabloid 'journalist' bitch needs to be sued asap. As for carter he is pathetic.0

I know right. It's sad really.

Yup, pretty much sums it up...I was just thinking the same thing..

It just never ends, does it? Disgusting pricks...

Co-sign! This is all such a mess! *sigh*

Here is a newly released video. If this is correct and unedited we have harmed this man for no reason, if this there is nothing missing from here than we have been played by that Dimond wanna-be.

He does mention the possibility that MJ could have had a? problem with tolerance & used drugs without him seeing it (pure speculation and not likely - same as many other 'speculators' have said with zero proof) + mentions alcohol. But he does NOT say that Michael Jackson "gave him drugs". So that's utter crap. Posted by 777mjj 30 minutes ago

That's what I say. It's hard for me to believe the estate can't go after this bitch. They need to send a message.

Ah much better quality thx!

He knew perfectly well what he was doing. They gave this video to calm the fans but all the bullshit that are written out there are not going to change now, are they? Is anyone of those who posted those nasty articles about MJ today, going to post this video and appologize. NO! For me his was stages by him and this woman. That's why he didn't spoke about it till now. And i won't take my words back until i see him all over the internet appologizing or saying that his words were twisted.

Edit: ?h and by the way, the audio of the interview came from Barak's website. Is it possible that she uploaded the interview that she made in which though she is basically proven a liar? Something is not right here.

I don't think there is much the Estate can do about this. As Ivy said, a defamation claim does not hold for deceased people. On the other hand, Aaron Carter could probably sue for libel/slander since he is falsely quoted as admitting he used hard drugs as a minor (if that video is indeed all that was said with regard to this topic). However, my feeling is that Aaron is rather enjoying all the attention he's getting right now and has no intent to deny the allegations.

What is the truth???

The video has been edited.

But why would they remove the parts about him talking about being given cocaine by Michael Jackson?

Why would she ask if he ever saw issues with drugs if he'd spoken about cocaine? Why doesn't he mention the coke then? Why does he say he never saw anything?

It's the exact same thing that happened with Grace. People kept saying the footage would show up with Grace saying those things - but it never did. Some haters are still saying the footage of this will also "show up." That Daphne is saving it for a high bidder or something. But why not on June 25th? Why not already? Earn the big bucks?

And why would he dedicate a song to him if he felt that way about MJ?

It just doesn't match up.

But I don't understand why he won't respond to it yet.

nothing is shocking. my dad used to rub alcohol on my gums when I was a baby and teething. There's a picture of me 2-3 years old in his lap, having my sippy cup in my hand drinking with him (he's drinking alcohol and I'm drinking milk). I drank my first alcohol beverage when I was 14-15 (3 years before legal age in my home country) given to me by my dad - he said I was in that "curious" age and he didn't want me to go out and experience and put myself in danger.

I saw my dad , my uncle , my relatives, family friends etc drinking all my life. They never hid that was alcohol. and it didn't corrupt me I turned out fine. I rarely drink.

People say it's weird just because Michael Jackson was doing it. They'd call Michael weird just for sneezing and blowing his nose

and this explains it totally. everything is blown out of proportion because he's Michael Jackson.

can't they argue that Aaron is defaming the ''brand'' ''Michael Jackson''? Can't they sue on that base?

hmm really hard imo. plus any kind of "defamation" actually requires the demonstration of "damages".

This whole thing makes me sick to my stomach. i hate that it has to be like this. Poor Michael. I think the estate needs to do something, like release a statement or something. I'm totally confused now, though. Did Aaron Carter really say these things or did this woman completely twist his words? And if he really didn't say that, then I wonder why he hasn't denied it yet. This whole thing is strange.

Exactly. I've had my family and friends of the family drink alcohol in front of me since I was pretty much a baby. I was even permitted to drink some myself at age 15. I've had so many adults drink in front of me since before I was 15. There's nothing wrong it. It's just how it is these days. Not a big deal.
