Murray Trial - 29 September - Day 3 - Discussion

I like her, too. Love how she had those warm words for the children and MJ. She even tried to explian how the world loved Michael :)
 
SkyNews returns to coverage and it turns out the day has ended. I didn't see much of Kai against the defense but judging by what has been said, she did well. Writing a complaint to SkyNews for saying coverage continued on the redbutton when it clearly didn't. Hopefully they fix that issue because it's happened last few nights.

completely agree. i thought the Pros was gonna bring that up when the judge asked if pros wanted to direct-- but they said no...
 
Unlesss i am mistaken..Is this flanghannaghans ( awful spelling) first time cross examining..He definately has an commanding persona, He doesn't act like a fool in the way chernoff does...Hmmm

And that doesn't seem like prince to me on twitter..Maybe I a wrong

yeah I'm glad it's ended and it's good that the prosecution made it known in the beginning that gave interviews etc otherwise chernoff and co would've laid it against her.

I never really expressed an opinion about this judge cuz I was skeptical of him, but tbh he does seem to be somewhat fair

It is Prince. Paris has sent him many tweets and I know for sure that Paris' account is real so ya I do think it is him.

tbh that then opens it up to the defence to start on mj. id rather stick to the main bit of her testimony

I think her name is Rosalynn... also known as Sister Rose. She was the kids nanny

Ok I'm lost I've missed most of today's testimony so I'm wondering what side flanagan was on?
 
The witnesses that testified so far can be called again later on in the trial so what ever wasn't asked can be asked later on and the same question ask again too. From what I believe.
 
anyone watching HLN now?! This guy from the DA who worked on the case is RIPPING the defense apart in their theory about Michael taking the propofol himself.

yes I seen it they said,,,,,

Michael had 200cc of propfol in his body,,,that means that he would of needed 2 bottles of the stuff and after the first one was administered..Michael would of been passed out.NoWAY he could of administerd the second one to make the 2nd 100cc bottle. Not only that but propofol burns and that is why they use laticaine and Murray would of heard Michael screaming 2 rooms over. So NOWAY Michael administered it to himself.
 
Thomas Massarau(sorry bad spelling) was just shown he said it's complete and utter speculation on the defense's part. Now Dr Gupta is on explaining propofol

Not to mention he would had most likely vomited the stuff back up, per the natural gag reflex.

Seriously, if Michael noticed Murray was gone was he fall asleep why didn't he bother to call the jackass back into the room? Are you trying to tell my anyone's natural response is to just drank drugs and take a crap load of pills at once? Really, why bothered to hire a doctor if you can come to that conclusion?
 
Jane from HLN has a point, I member trying to work out the blood test results from the Princess Diana inquest BOY was I confused by the end..I think this is going to be just as confusing working out the blood test results and propofol levels

at least someone finally gave an accurate figure of how much propofol was found in MJ's body. still he got many things wrong. He's assuming the two injections were given immediately after each other which is not really true.
 
yeah 4 years is a joke, all of us know he won't have to 4 years in prison even IF he's convicted.
