Murray Trial - 30 September - Day 4 - Discussion

says looks MJ had a chronical illness problem

asks the paramedic if MJ looked like a drug addict

good answer to the drug addict question . said mj looked like he had a chronic illness and hes seen fat drug addicts thin addcits. theres no set pattern for what an addict looks like.

how is possible that the paramedic saw Michael being moved when Alvarez said earlier that they moved him while talking to 911?

Nareg Gourjian is tough, attacking and aggressive...

confirms again the IV was still attached to the leg

looks like alvarez got the tubing timing wrong as well as he said Murray had yanked it out but then how did the paramedic see it still in his leg.

I'm bracing for a LOT more of these "drug addict" questions. The only bad thing about how well the prosecution is doing so far, is that the defense gets more desperate, and these questions will be more likely...

alvarez and medic has different story regarding when MJ was moved from bed.

OMG so I'm not going crazy... that was the same thought that came to my mind, it dosen't make sence!!

Lorazopam, says Murray gave him the information about the drug, says he is not familiar with the drug, no knowledge about t the drug... the defense are pushing it and saying >Murray DID tell them murray gave them information that he had given MJ lorazapam

I find it funny on one hand the defense is trying to say Michael was an addict, but doesn't address why Murray insisted he was in good health and had no underline problems. I hope the DA questions this point since int looks like the defense what to have it both ways.

is it possible that everything was happening so quickly that while they were moving him and Alvarez was on the phone with 911 the paramedics already arrived and were entering the room? who was the person Alvarez talked to? was it one of the paramedics that arrived or someone from 911 office (sorry don't know what whose ppl are called)?

After hearing all these. No matter when they moved MJ to the floor, Murray is the one to blame. He really should go to hell. Really pissed me off today.

all these feckers trying to help get a killer off deserve to go to hell

that's somethign that crossed my mind as well, why are their testimony's so different?
Maybe someone got it wrong as so much was happening?>

I hate Gorjian the most so far, he seems to be worse than flanagan, why didn't they let chernoff handle this?

it's actually worse for Murray because proper CPR was delayed another 6 minutes

This is a crude tactic to use an aggressive lawyer for the paramedic to agitate him! I wonder if he'll be doing the cross exam for the other paramedic?!
