stupid idiot. claims in so many words murray wasnt using the phone. it was registared to murray but doesnt mean he was using it! what an arsehole baldy is

Defense is clutching at straws - the employee can't actually testify whether the phone was in fact in owner's hands when used, wth?

this list doesnt say how long it was..

i saw that 111 sec so 10.40 he could have gave michael the propofol?

sask whether they could tell whether calls went to voice mail whether the mail was checked etc

Wait, are they trying to say Murray left 20 minutes messages instead of direct calls? How's that suppose to help their case?

I swear I'm not being biased when I say the defense is stupid and firing aimless, random shots in the dark.

And this is to see where they are going with this, from the prelim testimony of the LAPD detective:

Murray is a sinister bastard and baldy is a desperate asshole for claiming Murray wasn't the one using it seriously, who used it then? Santa Claus?! SMDH @ those morons.

the list are contradicted???? twitlonger says : 10:34am - Sprint phone call from Murray to Stacey Ruggles-Howe (Murray's personal assistant) in San Diego, allegedly to discuss a document to be drafted to the London medical boards indicating his impending arrival and what facilities would be available to him, if needed (Murray did not and does not have a UK medical license); Ruggles confirmed Murray was directing her and requesting her to draft a letter and Dr. Murray was not distracted, 8.5 minutes

10:36am – Text/Texas

Nothing about a call at aroun 10.40?

Give it up already, Defense. There aren't many straws left to clutch at. This is beyond a joke.

baldy picks a phonecall from another company. idiot. objection substained. no doubt trying to catch the jury out. by having the witness say there was no phonecall made at that time!

asking about certain calls and were they answered or go to voice mail. tried to imply a call might not have been answered when it was.

i still dont see the point. He shouldnt have been making phone calls (except to 911), answered or not - he should've been monitoring MJ.....

IF the calls went to voice mail, murray wasnt busy answering the phone and was maybe monitoring MJ.

geoff strom he works for sprint phone company so more records
