Murray Trial - 5 October - Day 7 - Discussion

The recording will no doubt be re-played by the media.i hope they comment on the genuine desire to help under privileged children, rather than try to twist it.

what is going on with the insurence? They didnt want to cover it because they had not given them what they want?

they are going to twist and turn it
why is he insisting on reading the emails out? To show the insurers had a concern regarding michael's health? (imply he wasn't healthy/druggie/etc ?
walgreen re directing nwo

Michael  His heart was as pure as they get.

I'm so damn angry at Murray..!!

Doesn't that just make Murray looks worst by him saying in an email that he's fine and there's nothing to worry about.

walgreen re directing nwo

yes thats exactly why hes doing it imo

re some of you thinking mj was reading from a transcript. maybe murray was putting mj under and he had him read or talk like they have u counting down in a hospital??

i thought back while this is it was in the bios, as movie, they said insurence cleared him??

that never happen! the mails prove that there was a problem, more than 1. Every thing they ask for wasnt given

So who lied??

walgren goes through the email again where murray says press talk about mjs health is rubbish

When man is under the influence of such medical drugs his talk is monotonous and it sounds like he's reading. I don't think he was reading, he was just unconscious

Hi all - I've been following the trial with you all - grateful for that! Wow - hearing MJ and even Frank today - what a mess! MJ did have such a huge heart...even while undergoing sedation.

Thank you for being there...

no one lied. the insurance given to mj only covered the first x amount of shows until a full medical was done in london

lunch is early

agreed. If Michael was conscious, I don't think murry dare to put the voice recorder on him. probably think later used it blackmail Michael, or sell to the press.

pls let's stay on topic and discuss insurance in another one, they didn't lie the initial shows were covered I believe the first 30 shows or something, but I'm not sure, to insure the rest they wanted a full med exam.

I gotta say, when listening to the recording of Michael speaking, it almost sounds to me like what he's saying is something he's reading.........it just didn't sound all that 'spontaneous' to me......anyone else?

It sounded like a random stream of consciousness within a stuperous state to me. It didn't come off as something being read, beca use if he was reading, I'd think the words and thoughts would flow more cohesively, instead of a kind of drugged rambling. My poor MJ. Always thinking of others. If only he had been given the same thought.

I had the same feeling. it is stuff that Michael says often, but the way he was talking it's like he was reading it.

Yeah. The part that, to me, that really sounded like he was reading something was when he so quickly listed off those 4 songs of his. I say this because you would think that someone who was so 'under the influence' would not be sharp enough (cognitively speaking) to just be able to so quickly list off anything (4 songs). That's what really struck me as odd. You would think, too, that whatever meds he was on that caused him to be in that kind of state would impair his memory to some degree...such that being able to just rattle off the names of 4 songs wouldn't be possible. There wasn't even the least bit of hesitation when he was listing off those songs, it was just one right after the other. That just doesn't seem possible to me, someone who is clearly so impaired.

There was a point, though, where he was talking about being hurt, where he did sound very spontaneous but to me that was really one of the few times in that recording where he sounded spontaneous. IMO.

Yes, but it is weird why he recorded him in that point of time, where Michael was falling in sleep. what for?

@lemon
thats how i see it too. the hurt part was him, but mostly was something he was reading.

Yes, I don´t think he was reading. The medication probably made it sound like that and he was half asleep.
He had such a beautiful heart.

Murray is an idiot and a sick bastard. How can you record someone in that state and keep it on his phone like a greatest hits song? The excuse he's trying to show how Michael sounded on drugs holds little water since he ordered more drugs after this incident. Not to mention we only have Murray's word to that excuse and he has every reason to lie.

I think he was in the middle of sedating MJ and just wanted to capture his stream of conciousness - IDK could be that MJ even wanted him to...

I didn't see it this way. Apart from the slurred speech and the voice , this sounded totally like him to me.

Felt recording was totally spontaneous from mj - all his major themes that he usually talks about were there. anyway doesn't he need reading glasses to read?

Michael was a cash machine, they could have saved him: they should have stopped this is it, and get him help.. He was not ok.. and they all kept quit
they lied, they didnt protect him..
and they sold to us, This is it, and made money, while he is a human being, not a machine...

Cm did wrong, but the others should have fight for him, they were consurned but let it happen anyway! they lied to us, about his health, his meds, and his non exsiting insurence...
