Murray Trial - 6 October - Day 8 - Discussion

Ed Chernoff really is a complete moron. He has a bit of a cheek to call her a bad investigator when he's one of the worst defence lawyers I've ever seen!

I keep trying to decide who's worse and then Chernoff comes along and makes it easy for me! He's a horrendous person!

P.S the Sky News Live coverage is on at the restaurant I'm in! How lucky!

attacking her over the flum.. bottle now. and where it was found. she said it was found on the floor then she moved it onto the table. hes saying you didnt say that yesterday. shes saying yes i did. she says i did make a mistake in not taking a pic of the flum on the floor before moving it. but nothing else.

Where is he going with this? (Chernoff)? This women works for the cororner's office and he indicated she was derelect while doing her job. SMH

now about the broken syringe that wasnt. she says i should have said it was two seperate pieces. talking about her prelim testimony. she said syringe was on the nightstand without a needle. and there was a needle on the floor. now he says today you say its a catheter. she says a catherter has a needle in it.. (the bottom line the needle either fits in the syringe or it doesnt. if it doesnt fit its irrelevent as the 2 arent connected)

how is the witness doing so far? im not sure how to judge the cross so far... :/

they show a video of Mj type of his voice talking wried on ctv news website but i don't believe that it's MJ voice  makes me

yesterday anderson cooper daytime talk show he was talking about the MJ trail with other guest on there too

She is a bad investigator. Leaving an IV system with a syringe injected into the port used to infuse drugs in a case where the victim was 50 years old and the cause of death unknown has no excuse whatsoever.

she said the same thing in the testimony in the prelim as shes saying now. chernoff is just trying to twist it.

this is the part i am most worried about, the police did do a bad investegation in the first phase.

she found out later it wasnt a needle it was a catheter. at a meeting with walgren and dr rogers.

latex gloves now being discussed

agree, shes slack and i hate to say it but chernoff is doing a good job

what the f? didnt she state the same thing at the prelim she states now? just using different words? or am I mistaking something?

Chernoff is catching inconsistencies in her statement about the syringe. She isn't very consistent and doesn't seem too confident or assured.

She's not a good witness for the Prosecution imo.

She's saying the exact same thing, but using different words.

I'd hate if murray walked away just because the investigation wasn't conducted properly.

yes she said the same thing. hes just trying to twist it.

Chernoff' just being a slime ball trying to confuse her
IV bag and propofol.
Judge asks what R
( couldn't there be a better way of labelling of exhibits ??LOL!)
Getting to the bag no milky susbstance .. pff...

Well answers such as "I don't think" and so on are not helping. The other witnesses he asked questions too during the cross examination were much more firm about their answers and consistent. She seems confused or maybe Chernoff is just good at making it seem that way, but she is not coming across as a strong witness imo. I don't think she's doing a good job. Chernoff is casting doubts that the investigation was conducted properly and that could have a big impact on the Jury.

back to alberto and the cut IV bag. u see theres droplets in it. says theres no milky fluid in the IV bag she agrees. the judge asks if the bag was tested by toxicology she says yes. walgren says they have one testifying.

what other rooms did she go into when searching. she went into the bathroom. glanced into another bedroom and left. didnt look around it. was there another bathroom attached to the other bedroom she says ed winter told her there was one when they talked at the scene on the 25th. keeps saying wheres ed winter is he around objection substained. jude tells chernoff to move on. she wasnt there at the search on the 26th ed winter was.

mid morning break
