met mj 15-20 years ago. treated mj describe your relationship was professional then became close. he was a friend/confident for many years. one of his main dr's do u know klien? yes. do u recall getting a call in feb 2009 from mj. before that mj called him in june 2008 convo was about his health sleep issues nutriion and skin care issues. before june 08 when did u speak to mj.that was june 2003. taking xanax for sleep mj told him. and saw him for a pre op checkup. .meztger says ill check my notes all the time. in june 08 taking stuff for sleep and stress and back strain mj said that in his phone convo with alan. alan mentions sorting out a meeting with klien and him cause of skin issues

feb 26th 09 mj rang him. before that did anyone contact you on mjs behalf. not sure maybe a rare phonecall.sometimes with the nanny over the kids. (this is grace) mainly over the kids and how they were doing.alan liked to see how they were doing. alan visted mj at his house during the day april 18th. unusual to visit mj? not unusual but infequent.. mj asked me over to talk health issues and mj knew i wanted to see the kids. mj was there with the kids some security.

did mj tell u he was seeing other drs? no. was this a private convo? started with mj and the kids then the kids left. and they talked about medical issues convo lasted 20mins out of being there for 1hr 30 talked about stress mj was under.what was his state of mind. mj was lucid he was excited. talking about creative stuff he was gonna do.excitement and fear about the tour. fear that it was abig obligation and not wanting to not do all the shows. was he upto the task.? yes mj felt he was but he was concerned about staying healthy and his nutritional issues. talked about hydration his chronic back issues were fine. when did mj tell u about his sleep issues. 15-20 years ago. particulary after performing. he couldnt come down. did it happen on tour or regulary. he knew of inregards to both. meztger went on tour with mj.

april 18th convo. did he mention any medicine he could get for sleep. mj asked about IV medication used the word juice. but no name. alan wasnt sure what mj was asking. mj thought oral medicine wouldnt help and metzger knew from experience oral didnt work. metzger tried him on tyronal xanax on that date he tried colonpam, trazadone. mj asked about an anesthetic. didnt give a name. alan knew of the drug but not much as its not his field.

refered him to plastic surgeon and dermo. randy rosen is a pain mangagement physician alan and him worked with mj on his bad backs randys and anesthesologist by trade but alan worked with randy on pain management.

during the meeting in april did mj tell u he was visting klien . alan presumes he was going regualry for his skin. treatment for his vitiligo cosmetic stuff. any talk of mj taking you to london. no. mj mentioned taking a dr to london as he was concerned about injuries sleep and hydration. no referal? no as alan knows no one in london.

you didnt give mj IV medication? defo not. ever? yes never

speak to mj again after the april meeting?. no he doesnt think so gave advice on the tablets he gave mj and said get back to me.

since june 25th have you spoken to klien about mj objection substained.

april 18th when did u speak to mj the time? afternoon on a weekend early/middle afternoon

during the 15 years u were with mj u kept medical records.? yes he brought 5 pages with him to the court from 2002. after june he was asked to give his records to an attorney.

april 18th when mj asked about IV .you explained to mj it was dangerous shouldnt be done outside of a hospital. ever give mj diprivan never. any amount of money would make you give it? never

redirect.chernoff says you told mj is was dangerous shouldnt be given outside a hospital but u didnt know what he was asking for? mj wanted IV sleep medication its written as that in his records and anything IV as a sleep med is dangerous says alan. so doesnt matter if mj didnt directly name something

Conrad Murray is one shady doctor who gave Michael false hope that propofol can help with his sleep problem. There is no way Michael asked for it. He's been told that it's dangerous.
 
Metzger surely didn't help the defense, I don't see what they were hoping to establish by calling Metzger.
10 more to go now.
 
So much for Metzger being any help at all to the defense. Murray looked like he was gonna have a stroke!

they wanted metzger to say that mj asked for diprivan in april. but alan never used the word diprivan just talked about IV meds/anesthetic. maybe he was trying to hold back abit as hes mjs friend.might have given some that impression?

tbh obviously im bias but hearing about mjs health issues his bad back, stress, chronic viltiligo in alans words etc kinda gave a human eliment to mj.and alan made it out that going to kliens was totally normal cause of mjs skin issues etc. takes away from the defence saying he just went there for demoral shots!
