Argh! You know what makes me really angry? people who are not directly haters but think Michael was kind of weird and therefor simply agree with people who think, Michael killed himself. Without ever having done research. They simply judge a person because of what they hear from others. And they all don't have a clue!!! :( :(

I propose that we "knight" Mr. Walgren and Ms. Brazil as honorary Knights of the Neverland. For their service to the King and their dedication to Kings heirs and the people of the Neverland, us.

Lets not wallow in what the haters are saying. let them be upset. this is about justice

LoL that's funny :D

Exactly, ignore the trolls and haters.

No matter what ANYONE says now, the history books will document that someone else did this to Michael, that's all that matters, that was the most important issue here. Conrad Murray being convicted is a relief for his legacy like others have stated previously. All of us were in this fully aware knowing that he wouldn't serve a life sentence and/or that the conviction can't bring Michael back, but we wanted it on record. We believed in this man so strongly, we believed in him, on June 25 2009, when Oxman, Chopra, Schmuley, and God knows who else were shouting addict, we shook our heads in disbelief and fought against it. We were made fun of, and ridiculed for sticking to and believing in him, but at the end of the day it all paid off.

Exactly!

Well I hope this verdict will bring some peace to Prince, Paris and Blanket and all the people who really care for Michael, inluding us.

I just can't stop thinking about the kids and Michael

Justice has been served, and what Judge pastor said was .. well I guess we all needed to hear that. I know this is stupid, but I never doubted the verdict would be guilty, what I really wanted to see is Murray hearing it , and being handcuffed in court. Judge Pastor's speech was not something I expected, and it really felt good and a relief to hear it.

It's really special for me that the verdict came today. My dad died unexpectedly exactly 2 years ago today, at 10.30 pm CET. When I got the call, I was in a movie theater watching This is it, it was 10.40 pm.
That's about the time it was today when Judge Pastor explained his decision to send Murray to jail. that was just one very special moment, I felt a big big wink from upthere ..:)

big big hugs to you all, I'll never thank you enough for being here, I really hope that this has brought a little peace to you, as it has for me.

RIP Michael, we love you more

I know! They aggravate me!

i'm relieved. justice has been served.

but nothing will bring michael back

rip mj

Indeed. Sir David Walgren and Dame Deborah Brazil it is then. ;)

It has been my sentiment as well that the History Books will reflect that Michael was murdered and did not commit suicide. The name calling and shameful words directed at Michael will continue but eventually they will subside and the truth will prevail. There will be that one sentence where it states "Michael Jackson's personal physician was found guilty in the pop star'death." It will take time but I want that wording because no one can change it. Nothing can bring Michael back but this was a huge victory for those of us who have been through through it all ( no matter how far back your fandom goes) and did not let anyone take us down with their hatred and words.

actually there are lots of fans who say all those things, not "haters"

Probably fans of the family. After all, Michael was addictive to hard drugs and was in sever denial.

This is not a family thread so I will let it go here.

Im so glad with this verdict. Only the part where pastor explained his desicion to no bail and send cm now to jail. I didnt get that maybe i was still shocked by the verdict. Can someone give me a sum what the judge said??

Thx

And for prince paris and blanket i hope you can go on now and now justice is served for your father, our beloved michael jackson

I am so sorry for the loss of your father and oh gosh, how you found out.

Yes, today was a sweet victory. Bitter sweet but we couldn't have asked for a better outcome to this trial.

As Murray was guilty of a homicide, he was deemed a potential threat to the public and also a flight risk, so Judge Pastor decided he needed to be remanded in jail, just in case he tried something. He saw no reason not to have him remanded because of the conclusion he was guilty of causing death to another person.

I just came from the store; there was a van parked in front under the light, and hanging from the rear-view mirror, was a bright white knited cross. I've recently pondered becoming an athiest, since I've lost a lot of faith... yet I think seeing this cross, it's enstilled my belief once again. Maybe it's just a fluke, but I'd like to think that it's a real sign. I've never seen that van b4, and on this night, of all nights, although I had tears in my eyes, it gave me some more comfort. Justice was served, and I'm certain now that some higher power (along with common-sense, compassion) was involved.

the same fans who said he bleached his skin to become white and hated being black still they loved his music , gotta say this screw them

Not sure what that has to do, with ANYTHING? WTF?

Today, we have seen ONE step toward justice for Michael. ONE step, and a good one.

The charges were too light, but the sight of Murray going off in handcuffs, was priceless. So much for "Adams, and Metzger, et al." In this small but important way, justice WAS done.

Not only, let's hear it for Walgren, but PASTOR. He did the right thing and Murray is finally behind bars. YEAH.

I feel like Michael was watching over us today. I was so nervous before the verdict. The doorbell rang and my Joe Vogel book arrived. I held that book so tight when the verdict was being read.

Something that's doing my head in, is so many people on Twitter are saying how Conrad Murray was innocent, Michael was just an addict trying to get his fix, whatever, when they've never seen any evidence from the trial! Have they watched the trial and seen the Prosecution experts talking? Have they heard the cross-examinations from Walgren? No! They no absolutely nothing about the ins and outs of the case, but then feel they have the right to pass judgement. They don't realise that Murray agreed to give him Propofol. He left him without supervision and without the correct equipment. He delayed calling 911, and the lied to the paramedics and medical staff about what he had given Michael. So, before they start spouting crap, they should have actually watched some of the coverage. Dumb idiots. Hell, I know people who aren't even fans of Michael, but they've watched the trial and even they admit Murray was a dumb sh*t.

Yeah, I doubt all those haters went over the autopsy, toxicology and police reports like the jury and we did. They never bothered to follow the trial or anything.

I have a sister who is an ignorant hater (refuses to read the Aphrodite Jones book, refused to watch the trial and yet she judges MJ) and I hope she reads my Facebook posts about the guilty verdict lol.

Pastor aint gonna let murray go anywhere but the big house. hes showed his feelings. cant wait to hear him address murray in sentencing day. ive got work that day but im gonna cancel one last time for mike.

If anyone has the time, can you go vote at Yahoo! "Do you agree with the verdict poll. The haters are making it close. It's now 59% to 41%

Maybe gonna get a bit of hate for this but I do agree with HLN I do feel a bit sorry for Murray's son and his mother. Tho I do not agree with Dr. Drew's comments of we shouldn't be showing such elation and that he's shocked that Murray went straight to jail. I think it was the right thing to do tbh he's been free for 2 years plus he may not even get that much time in jail afterwards so might as well serve some now.

Just heard that at the sentencing hearing on 29 Nov Joe and Katherine get a chance to address the court AND his children also...

Honsetly who cares bout what this stupid poll says? murray has been found GUILTYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! and that is all that matters

I REALLY needed to see that 'picture in my mind' come to fruition....I so wanted to see him walk out handcuffed....a visible sign of the guilt he has denied for so long. I agree, Pastor did a wonderful job with this trial, all credit to a very humane judge, who knows what justice should look like and feel like.

edit: That picture will stay with me for a very long time.. V
