I don't think we will get to speak to Mr. Walgren and I don't know how the privacy rules are in the US but here you are not allowed to give information about someone. The only thing we can do is call the office of Mr. Walgren to ask for the information, email isn't going to work they haven't answered me when I sent my question for the address of Mr. Walgren and Ms. Brazil 2 weeks ago.

So who's living in the US and is willing to give it a try by phone? We want the working address of Dr. Shafer and Steinberg.

Work info and house info. is public unless otherwise stated, though. The only things protected are cell phone numbers and emails. I could probably score you his work address, his Haus address, and both phone numbers. We'll only want the work addy/#, though. We're trying to thank him, not stalk him, after all... :p

I still don't understand why dr. Shafer would be on the website of Stanford and say in court he works there when he is not according to Petrarose.

We don't know his long term agenda where, when and for how long he will be present..
I think someone from the US could really help us by constant calling his number and maybe one time we'll be lucky.

Well, Dr. Shafer is still listed as an adjunct professor at Stanford, which wouldn't make any sense if he no longer works there or w/e, and I know he is also affiliated with Columbia University in NY, but I am not sure if he resides there any longer. I did find an NY address (the same you posted), but I figured he'd be in CA due to his being listed on the Stanford site, hence my posting that one.

I can try my hand at calling if you want! 8D

Maybe it's better to call Stanford general number instead of directly to Shafer. If you know what I mean.
We only need to know if he works there so anyone of Stanford can answer that question imo.

I've got what you meant and I'm sure we should find it out exactly by calling the general number of CUMC and Stanford.
Btw, as I remember what he said in court, he works in two places (Stanford and CUMC + Editor-in-Chief). The question is: where is he right NOW? :)

Therefore, could you please find his phone number (cuz I can't find..) and call him, say on Monday?
All we need is just to determine which one is the most appropriate address to send our 'thank you' to Dr.Shafer (maybe he'll be so kind even to give some other address where he appears more often..?). Many thanks!

Of course i want to try all the possibility to find the adresses. But I really can't imagine how would it looks like to ask prosecutor about adress of the witness. We can't make a formal enquiry so we are just a people from outside.
Walgren and County Office of the District Attorney aren't information desk are they? There is telephone book. I think we shouldn't bother Walgren to ask him that kind of questions.

We all wouldn't want to disturb him on this occasion but personally I do not see any other variants to find it out. If somebody knows another way, please share it with us!

Re Dr.Shafer's address:
- call directly Dr.Shafer at Columbia University (212) 305-8206
- call general number of Columbia University (212) 305-CUMC
- call NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia: General Info (212) 305-2500, Info Desk (212) 305-2897
- call Walgren at District Attorney's Office (213) 974-3512.

Re Dr.Steinberg's address:
- call him at (805) 653-0101 (Ventura) and (310) 457-4898 (Malibu)

If nothing of this works, send our donations to FL or some trusted charity for children.

No one is sure if it is OK to ask Them. it is just that the phone contacts in the thread have already been used and the experts are not calling back. That is why it was suggested that the next best thing was to ask the person who found them in the first place. I myself have called the numbers in the thread, and unless some new numbers come up, I do not see how we will find them. After all this thread has been opened now for some weeks, and we have had no luck using the contacts listed in this thread.

Angela_MJJ, for some reason I didn't follow the link you posted below but scrolling this thread a few hours ago, I noticed it and followed. I could find there the e-mail of Dr.Shafer and just simply decided to write him a short message.

And here is his quick and very polite response which I've just received:
