Some are good, but people like Lillian Glass remind me of TV psychics all talking about "traumatized look in his eyes" LOL She's always had it in for MJ too, she's never liked him and always acted like he was guilty or that people were lying about him when they speak positively about him. She claimed MJ's bodyguards lied about him having girlfriends.

Soon after this interview, Wade Robson makes his false claims and allegations. This is so Evan Chandler, if he didn't get what he wanted, Evan "the dentist" Chandler would smear Michael Jackson's good name and destroy his Career. The timing of this is because "One" starts this Thursday and no one is returning their tickets, because this would have been reported in the tabloid trash, oops, I mean news!

From tmz this am. Wade is counting on the house keepers testimony. Well good luck with that wade she was discredited and paid by a tabloid prior to court. So Wade wants everyone to take her testimony as the truth but his was not the truth when he took the stand? Are you shiting me? This is a joke right? Where is TMZ getting this crap. His lawyer must be getting paid for info. Well TMZ here's some free info print this Wade is a dumb ass lying piece of shit. AEG you picked the wrong dude for a smear campaign.

Legally the next step is, I think, the June 6 hearing for the creditor's claim. Then a hearing on June 13 for the civil lawsuit.

Until then Wade might do some more publicity stunts: more rounds in the media, maybe some juicy deteals will be leaked to the media etc. :smilerolleyes:

The Neverland housekeeper who graphically described seeing Wade Robson naked in a shower with Michael Jackson ... will play a huge role in whether Robson wins a cent from MJ's Estate in his new civil lawsuit, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the case tell us Wade's lawyers are dissecting Blanca Francia's testimony during Jackson's 2005 molestation trial.

During the trial, Francia -- who worked at Neverland in the late '80s -- testified she witnessed Jackson showering naked with a 7 or 8-year-old Wade.

We obtained a transcript of the testimony in which Francia describes seeing Michael's underwear on the floor outside the shower, as well as Wade's child-sized neon green underwear.

She said she couldn't see what Michael was doing exactly because the shower door was fogged up, but said she heard him laughing.

Ultimately, Francia's testimony wasn't enough to sway the jury -- MJ was acquitted -- partly because Wade himself also testified, but insisted Michael never touched him.

TMZ broke the story ... Wade is planning to argue that MJ's companies -- MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures -- had a duty to protect him because they were involved in recruiting him from Australia to work with Michael.

According to sources, Wade wants to use Blanca's testimony to show Michael abused him as a child. We're told Wade's lawyers are also trying to contact her to see if she will cooperate in the new case.

Here's what Taj Jackson is saying about the time he was sexually molested by a perpetrator. There is more solace and comfort in Taj Jackson's comforting words, than Wade Robson's rehearsed lines:

Michael Jackson's nephew Taj Jackson -- Tito's son -- just revealed he was molested by a family member on his mom's side when he was a kid ... and says Michael personally consoled him after the incident.

Taj dropped the bombshell on Twitter this morning during a tirade aimed at MJ accuser Wade Robson.

During the tweet session, Taj claimed he's in a unique position to judge Robson's sexual abuse allegations because he knows what it's like to have gone through such a traumatic experience.

"That is how I KNOW Wade is lying. Because I AM a survivor," Taj tweeted. Followed by: "I was sexually abuse (sic). By [a family member] on my mom's side of the family when I was a kid."

As for Michael, Taj says MJ "was a support system for me and my mom" during his abuse ordeal ... he even tweeted a picture of a note he says MJ wrote to his mother. The scrawl reads:

"Dee Dee please read this article about child molestation and please read it to Taj (and his siblings) ... it brings out how even your own relatives can be molesters of children, even uncles or aunts molesting nephews or nieces. Please Read. Love MJ."

And Taj makes it clear -- he thinks Robson is LYING for CASH.

Taj Jackson is trying to help people understand that there is a difference between someone who really was molested and someone who isn't. Michael Jackson wrote his sister in law about her son's abuse, to be a support system. Taj Jackson was violated by Dee Dee Jackson's brother. Why didn't Wade Robson talk to his mother when he was younger that Michael Jackson violated him?


Why a lawsuit against Michael Jackson's music, his Estate? This is too much like Evan "the dentist" Chandler's menacing and threatening manner!

Blanca Francia testified in the 2005 Trial that she witnessed Michael Jackson and the little boy, Wade Robson, taking a shower together.

Wade Robson testified at the same trial that he never took a shower with Michael Jackson.

One thing I do understand about criminals is that they do not want witnesses. Michael Jackson knows he has hired help on his property. Why didn't he make sure that the hired help all had the day off from work if he was a sinister human being. Michael Jackson wouldn't have been so open about his criminal act with children and knowing his hired help could walk in on him at any time.

Anything I have read about victims being raped by a perpetrator is they generally scream for help. I think that is why it is so sickening about child pornography, the children screaming.

One thing I have noted about the now 4 victim's is that Michael Jackson never penetrated them nor dry humped (Nancy Sinatra said that's how Elvis Presley was with her) them for pleasure of demeaning these children. It is always about fondling. This makes absolutely no sense. The penetration of a man's penis is why a victim cannot fight off their perpetrator. Why they scream for help, not fondling. If a child is being sodomized the penetration of a man's penis would absolutely hurt. The guilt that the victim allowed this, the shame that the perpetrator gloats, as if a conquering hero. It's too sickening and twisted to imagine.

Oh my god, i knew it. The media eats this stuff up like there's no tomorrow. A friend of mine sent me a link from NU.NL, and the title of the article is....Maid of Michael Jackson confirms childabuse. The problem is...WE ALL know that Blanca Francia was full of shit, but a whole lot of people have no idea about that stuff and they get to read this what NU.NL writes and that'll be the only thing they know. This shit makes me so MAD..it was proven goddamit that the bitch was lying, what the **** is this with people. Truly....sometimes...humandkind disgusts me in so many ways.

I have been trying that for a long time, but too many people decide to believe their own things, they keep saying nonsense like...where's smoke, there's fire. Or eventually they just end up calling me obsessive and a fan, so my judgement is clouded and not true. From now on i'll just say to them 'you know what, you believe what you want. I know better. And i also know they can't do anything to this man anymore.' . I think thats just the best to do.

Jesus..i can't believe these people. What exactly is this Blanca Francia trying to do here? She figures...oh...i failed in 2005 with my lies. But i can always try again? I bet Wade Robson promised her a nice cut of the money if she helps him, and if they win. That wouldn't surprise me one bit, it truly is beyond disgusting what people are willing to do for money. Last week it seemed this thing would go away soon...but it seems ugly. Already afraid of what else is going to happen and for how long. how can Wade go in court with this claim? and how any judge can approve a trial like this? wouldn't be sperjury? aren't there any laws agains this?

this people will do anything for money and 15 minutes of fame!

Wade is looking so "sad" in Hawai...NOT!...I really didn't expect this from him, but probably revenge and drugs are not going good togheter!

Yeah that's what i don't understand either. Doesn't this new judge know about the testimony of Blanca Francia and how she totally lost that thing? How does this even make her credible? How the hell does this even get in the media? It really is so similar to the 2005 trial with the Arvizos....they just report half the story. Also...........Wade freaking stated nothing was true what Blanca said....shouldn't that matter a great deal now and greatly damage his credibility?

"Where's smoke there's fire" has to be one of the stupidest, most fallacious sayings ever. It's a way of hasty generalization, instead of looking into the details of a case. And because it's an old saying people think it's wise. No, it isn't. It's stupid.

The 4th alleged "victim" is tickle boy Jason Francia.

This is my experience as well. I've gotten called a "psycho fan" who is too "starstruck by a p----" in person and on the internet. No matter what facts you give these people, they do not budge. It's no use arguing with these people sometimes. They are IMPOSSIBLE. Sometimes they make up their own things out of the blue that I've never even heard of.
People truly believe Wade. For some, there's no way to change their minds about it.

"No smoke without fire" is a ridiculous phrase, it basically means we have to assume everyone is guilty of every crime ever. We should never have court trials, we should never have juries, if someone accuses someone of something we must assume there's some truth to it.

With MJ it's one of the phrases trotted about a lot, like the OJ Simpson comparisons. People think all they have to do is just say "OJ Simpson" and that's it. People have been forcefed ideas for so long they can't even think outside of cliches about this.

Exactly. It's a ridiculous thing to say, but so damn easy for them. They don't need to give any other examples why they think he's guilty, cause this is enough for them. I'm done with it. And yeah the OJ comparisons are getting ridiculously old and boring.....i bet we've all been coping with that stuff. You provided plenty of evidence and cold hard facts to peolpe and they say....yeah...innocent like OJ was too, right? Sigh....

It's kind of funny how Jason Francia is saying he didn't know that Wade Robson has filed a claim against the Estate of Michael Jackson, and yet his Mama is siding with Wade Robson. I guess like the Jackson's nobody knows what is going on. The Jackson's, Jermaine and LaToya, did not know about Taj Jackson being molested by one of his Mom's relatives and bringing this to the attention of the media recently or at least on his twitter account.

So Wade is gonna ask a judge to allow him a civil case because he (according to himself) lied under oath in 2005 - although he knew that MJ had molested him, but he didnt speak up because he didnt understand what it was....(?). So he's actually responsible for Arvizo's ordeals with MJ? Had he spoken up back then, he would've put MJ in jail and thus prevented 05. Talk about openening yourself up for a lawsuit! Another thing, Zonen's questions back then was not about whether he understood anything. It was about "did he do this"... Even if he didnt understand (as a grown man) what a hand down his pants was, surely he could've said "yes, he did put his hand down my pants"...?
And then we have mrs.i-saw-something-in-the-shower, who admitted under oath that she was paid for claiming what she did = not exactly the most reliable thing. SHE wants to go in court and back up Wade's crap. And that's his case, and that's his proof?

That's true, but it's still useful to set people straight because there may be other people lurking who are not aware of all the facts. Many people are just too stubborn and proud to admit they're wrong, even if it's obvious for anyone else to see, but they may be more hesitant to start arguments like that in the future if they know they can't just get away with posting misinformation. I'm a member of another forum (non-MJ related) and there was a thread there called "Do you think Michael Jackson molested children?" At first, a lot of posters said "yes" without really providing any arguments for it, just that he was "weird" and the usual "where there's smoke, there's fire" cliche. But then another (pro-MJ) poster and I joined in and provided some factual information about the cases and soon, the entire mood shifted in favour of MJ. Several people admitted that they didn't know much about the cases and weren't aware how much of it was misreported. The first thing I always ask people is whether they have actually read the court transcripts themselves or if they're relying on what the media reported on it, and then I post that Huffington Post article that describes the 2003-2005 case as "the most shameful episode in the history of journalism". That's usually pretty effective ;) Just avoid insulting people or their intelligence, that never works.

Besides, there will always be people who love drama and who are just vicious towards celebrities no matter what. On that same forum I mentioned above, the fact that Angelina Jolie had a double masectomy is a hot topic right now. There are people who attack her for it, saying she just wants attention, she's spoiled, she's a bad influence on women, etc. even though the reason for her decision is perfectly valid (she is genetically prone to a very dangerous form of breast and ovarian cancer that killed her mother and grandmother at a young age, the risk of her getting this cancer was 87% and now reduced to just 5%). If she were just a 'normal' person, I'm sure people would treat her with more compassion. It's the same with Michael and people making fun of his skin disorder, that kind of behaviour is considered totally unacceptable in everyday life. But it seems that when it comes to celebrities, some people just lose all sense of compassion or morality.

Good point. Wade admitted he 'knew all along what MJ was DOING'. So it should have been about the action as opposed to whether he understood it or not, according to what Wade is saying now.

How is he even credible in this? Why is anyone taking this seriously?
