If people with knowledge don't inform others, people will end up believing the tabloids. During 1993 & 2006 tv & mags were informing the scandalous lies but not the inconsistencies, if it weren't for the fans who did their own work & publish the transcripts many like me would still believe Michael was guilty even when he was proven not guilty. I don't know if you sound angry or if you're making fun of the people who take their time to find facts to rebut the liar. I'm grateful to them because I have the chance to learn the truth.

You keep doing what you always try do which is doing things you like and let others do the things they always try to do which is doing the things they like.

thats not correct. in the 90's there was only a very few infos available. and that was cause there was no internet, smartphones,...

like he claimed on the stand he'd only found out a week before his testimony in 05 that his mother got a settlement ten years earlier. the jurrors were right at laughing at him during their breaks

It's kind of funny how Jason Francia is saying he didn't know that Wade Robson has filed a claim against the Estate of Michael Jackson, and yet his Mama is siding with Wade Robson. I guess like the Jackson's nobody knows what is going on. The Jackson's, Jermaine and LaToya, did not know about Taj Jackson being molested by one of his Mom's relatives and bringing this to the attention of the media recently or at least on his twitter account.

it really worries me that the burden of proof is so much lower for a civil trial (which is what Wade is brining). The jury will be deciding the case on "the balance of probabilities"...
The 2005 case was a criminal case, where the jury were deciding the case on the basis of being "beyond all reasonable doubt"
i just feel like MJ will be found guilty at a civil trial... and he'll have a guilty label slapped against him...
legacy destroyed and he's not even here to defend himself. so sad.
my only hope is that when his kids are older they will defend him and people will believe them and some of this damage can be undone.
I also worry about the fact Wade is a celeb (albeit fairly minor). He must be friends/ acquaintances with alot of people who are no longer going to feel that they can publically say anything positive about Michael...
I just find his whole thing awful

Personally i think some fans still dont understand that the media have motives. u think they arent aware of blanca and the others lies. of course they are. but these are the ppl that get them ratings
sell their magazines. No point sending these ppl info on blanca. they dont care. they are using and paying these ppl to attack mj. they know they are full of crap but they dont care aslong as they have someone to push their agenda against mj. look how tiabbi was shut down over his sbpd corruption exposure prog he was gonna do. certain media outlets will always have their agendas and their whipping boy. nothings changed since jack johnson was lynched in the same way as mj. then on top when u have the pedo supporters such as guiterrez and world of wonder. bottom line u can not beat the media and their agendas only to post the facts on articles etc. the media decided along time ago to put the negro in his place while protecting polanski and

but, sitting here, in front of your PC, and reading all this bullshit? are u really planing to do that? for what? only for wasting your time?

i experienced that in the 90's and then 2003-2005, and now this time. thats so much time and energy. but i will no longer wasting my time to read all this bullshit. i stopped that many years ago now. to read every weird article about michael jackson the molester, about the haters, tabloids...
i only shaking my head, and laughing about this all, about AEG and USA, and the haters. looks like to me something like that is only possible in that country. "the land of opportunity", it really is.

I have to say I share your worries about the fact a civil trial has a more lax burden of proof. It could go either way and unfortunately people has been bombarded with negative stuff about MJ for decades and that could influence a jury. The whole "no smoke without fire" way of thinking could be there. The fact MJ was accused before. Etc. And you can be sure the media will do its job once again in tuning the public against MJ during a trial. Now, that did not work in 2005, the jury still remained fair. But that was a criminal trial. In a civil trial a jury doesn't have to think it's beyond a reasonable doubt.

I agree. The media knowingly paid people to lie in the past as well. Altogether they paid out millions for the slander or Michael Jackson! They don't care about the truth and presenting the truth. I also agree that there has never been a public figure ever to be subjected to the kind of witch-hunt and verbal lynching as Michael. Incredible.

So I agree that sending material to tabloids is a waste of time. Do we really think Indside Edition doesn't know Adrian McManus is lying? They know full well. They pay her to lie. They won't publish anything to refute her. Do we really think the Sun cares about the inconsistencies is Blanca Francia's testimony?

On the other hand I think fans can and should comment information on public forums whenever the allegations come up, because there might be people lurking who are not sure and undecided and are open to fair arguments and evidence.

No sorry I wasn't clear. I don't mean celebs will race to Wade's defence.. I just mean that people like, lets say Justin Timberlake, Britney etc etc.. people who have worked with Wade.. won't want to, for example, turn up at Cirque or something.. as it will look quite insensitive. A lot of acts around may have had some contact with Wade over the years and I just worry that less and less acts will be able to stand up and say they were influenced by MJ

Rumour has it Britney cheated Timberlake with Wade so I doubt JT will defend him.

Certainly there will be who worked with him and liked him and therefore will be on his side. So far I have only seem Z-listers, like Mayte Garcia. Allegedly they used to date so it's not surprising. It's inevitable that he will have his friends who will believe him and defend him.

Now we have fans circulation a useless petition along with video to promote it _ to be sent to the MJ Estate asking them to sue Wade for defamation. Its been stated Many time there is no law in place against defamation of the dead .. SO the petition is useless and is only bringing embarrasing attention to this whole fiasco ... I don't think it was useless. It won't single-handedly disprove WR in the public eye per se, but at least it might make some people think about it a little if it's likely MJ would be concerned about such things if he was a molester himself. And if a nephew who was a victim of molestation would turn to an uncle for support who is a molester himself. That Jermaine didn't know about it only proves that Michael was among a selected few in the family with whom Taj felt comfortable enough to share. It reflects well on Michael.

I didn't know this horrible news. :bugeyed I was following only Katherine vs AEG lawsuit news. I'm in shock. :busted: I always admired his talent as a danser and choregrapher, I was a fan somehow. I always believed he was a good guy, one of the biggest MJ admirators. What happens to him? :blink: After so many years of loyalty, why he betrayed a man to whom he owes his success? :blink: I will quickly delete all his videos, photos, articles saved on my computer. He’s pure scum, talking about HIS child, when he thinks nothing about the children of a man who helped him immensely, and as he simultaneously makes a mockery of what true victims of child abuse psychologically endure.

depends on what type of lawsuit against who. we haven't seen the lawsuit complaint but TMZ said it was against Michael's companies claiming responsibility, that's basically the same logic of Jacksons versus AEG. I mean what I'm trying to say is that for example you can file a breach of contract lawsuit but not a direct accusation claim. So it all depends and we don't have the info yet.

the only way would have been with actual damages with a malice. In other words it would require Estate to show an actual loss of income and prove that Wade is intentionally lying. It's a quite hard requirement so I wouldn't expect a lawsuit coming from Estate.

Speaking as someone who has experienced molestation as a child, I find Wade Robson's actions very odd. My molester (a family member) died a long time ago and I will say that I did not realise it was molestation until I was older however I did know from a young age that I did not like it. I, unlike Robson, avoided any contact with my molester as much as possible from a young age. I have told a few close friends about my experience but have left it at that. If I had been in the position where I had to defend my molester there is no way on earth I would have done that, especially under oath.

For this reason I do not believe a word of what Wade Robson is saying

I agree. He really can't claim to have been ignorant of the kinds of questions he was asked on the stand. He was a fully grown adult. Nobody would buy that excuse from an average adult witness in a court case. So what makes Wade so special? Why do people always insist on treating fully grown adults as if they are babies just because they were around Michael Jackson? It's like no adult has any responsibility for themselves or their actions when Michael Jackson is involved. It's pathetic.

Simple. Everyone is the victim EXCEPT MJ. The rules change when it comes to Michael Jackson.

In 1996 MJ's lawyers did prove the Neverland fab five acted with malice , MJ was awarded damages. Wade already testified under oath twice . if he is now coming up with totally contradicting statements it will be very much documented he's a liar, what more evidence do they need ?
