Yeah, you can. It's so obvious when you see them together in videos as well. His eyes are just shining when he looks at her.

Mike himself said he loved her romantically and wanted to marry her. Many people dismissed it as a school boy crush, but he was hurt deeply when she married that Norwegian businessman and refused to attend the wedding.
