Fans are chanting coward because of what happened. Heard it was a decision amongst the sherrif's dept as they are afraid of a fan taking him out.

Conrad Murray is in court today in the Michael Jackson manslaughter case. Jackson's family -- Joe, Katherine, Janet, Randy, Jermaine -- is in attendance.

We'll be giving you live play-by-play updates as we get them.

** Keep refreshing. We'll have live video from in in court shortly.

UPDATE 1:32 PM -- The prosecutor has walked in along with Murray's lawyers, Ed Chernoff and J. Michael Flanagan.

UPDATE 1:24 PM -- Murray just walked in the courtroom. He's wearing a black suit and is being escorted by 10 officers. A few Jackson fans heckled him on his way in.
