The L.A. County District Attorney filed a motion today asking the judge to allow the rehearsal footage from June 23 and June 24 to be entered as evidence in Murray's trial.

The important thing is that the defense had the opportunity to do the test they had been requesting for months and months …(to "prove" or disprove their theory) and didn't do it.
The defense chose not to do this test which would have DISPROVED his speculations…The explanation for the higher ratio of lidocaine over the propofol in the gastric content was provided by Dr. Rogers at the preliminary, being medication by paramedics one of the probable reasons (gear intubation equipment as Sophie quoted is usually used with lidocaine). (Besides, as Dr. Rogers stated the amount of propofol (which is WHAT MATTERS) in that content was too tiny, with lower concentration than in blood and the reasons for its presence there were fully explained by him as well).
I do hope the judge grants DA motions, particularly this one (point 2). (To take judicial note that defense had their opportunity... so as NOT TO MISLEAD the Jury).

As long as the pics are privvy only to the jurors, I'm alright with it.
An amazing human being life was cut short under the hands of a grossly dyfunctional shrink.

exactly, so in all honesty like the prosecution said it's hearsay since it isn't based on facts of the case. The judge should not allow those two 'doctors' to testify if they are not basing their opinion on fact. The first thing the anesthesiologist should be asked is if he thinks it's ok to use propofol as an everyday sleep aid and if it's ok to use it without monitoring equipment and is it ok to ever leave a patient alone under anesthesia?

To be realistic, even if the pictures did leak, you control your own destiny and have the option of simply ignoring them, therefore not seeing them at all. I doubt any longstanding member will post the pics here, I don't think we have much to worry about. With that said, it'd be done in any other homicide case, this should be no different.

For the jurors eyes only? Then I´m okay with it. The fans being inside the courtroom should not see those photos.

guys dont worry these photo's WILL NOT be made public....they will be kept under very tight security.....we will NEVER see them the family prob wont even see them...just the jury I think ...and probably of course Judge Pastore.

This just makes me want cry more and angry. I would have NEVER thought MJ would have died in this manner and his body get treated this way. He should have been an OLD man who died with peace after a long great life. Not at 50 years old from something stupid as this.
